The hotel is fresh and clean, staff are all friendly and helpful. We stayed on 6th floor in a deluxe sea view room ... wow what views from there. We were only B&B , breakfast was plentiful and again very clean and tidy. Pool bar very well stocked and areas are all well maintained. The block is so spacious and airy it has such a fantastic feel to the place. We did not use the restaurants or bars in the evening.|Whilst there are works going on finishing the hotel refurb this whilst you could see and hear it from the pool area was not too much and did not interfere. Lucy on reception was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you, my only problem was we only spent the 4 days with you... will for sure be back

Having just returned from a week in Malta at the Ramla Bay Resort, here are a few things to consider.||To be fair to the Resort, they did say on the details, the place is not finished. We were taken aback when we first arrived at our hotel to find over 50% was still a building site!||However, we were there now, so let's explore what happened. The first nice thing which happened was we got an upgrade from a standard twin. We had a balcony, which had a partial sea view.||Next, the hotel itself. Inside the hotel, you are not disturbed by the building work outside. The room was very spacious, a/c, queen size beds, multiple lighting options and a fridge freezer and a microwave, (I think these must have been self catering apartments at some time previous). ||The hotel interior is clean and tidy with a few evening meal options, (buffet or Mediterranean food restaurant). There's a well stocked bar too on site. There's a shop, where some items, such as sun cream and sweets and inflatables can be purchased. ||We chose a b&b tariff and were satisfied with the food available at breakfast, (a nice selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts, various teas and coffee, cheeses and sweet things.||There's a private beach accessible too.||The staff are very friendly and if you need assistance, reception are quick to answer and resolve your issue.||There are indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a spa, where you can indulge in health treatments for an extra cost if you want.||For me personally, the winning feature, however, were the sunsets. Ramla Bay resort, unlike their neighbouring hotel, has an idyllic setting. ||So, in conclusion, be aware, you are going to be surrounded by a building site, the food is good, the accommodation nice, service very good. Would we go back? Yes.

I cannot express how amazing this hotel is. We were blown away by the beautiful architecture inside, the relaxing indoor pool, and most of all their decadent food. They had won awards for their impeccable buffets earlier in the year and I must say they are absolutely well deserved. The room was also so spacious with an extremely comfortable bed. Despite the construction to build their atrium, there was hardly any noise. 10/10

Very disappointed with my stay here. A majority of the property was under construction. There was really no parking lot besides a super bumpy dirt patch. The pools were not heated at all. They were freezing cold even though they had the ability to heat them. They say they have access to a beach but the beach is very small. The room was very nice though and had a panoramic view. They were giving all customers free upgrades due to it still being the slow season. On-site restaurants are nice, but the waiters do not speak great English. There was a lack of additional activities to do on site. I would say it's definitely not worth the $655 for three nights. You also have to pay for water Even at the buffet.

Just had a fantastic week here bed and breakfast in a panoramic room |Room was unbelievable huge and with amazing views, clean and everything you could want. |Resort is still being built and there is a crane and people working but it didn’t affect the holiday noise wise - although there should be a hoarding up where they are building by the pool. Only tape going across and we watched a boys Ball go into there from the pool so he walked into the building site to get his ball. |It is quiet up this end of the island so don’t expect bars and restaurants to walk to, but that’s what we wanted. We hired a car and went to some lovely restaurants in Melieha which were excellent and such a nice town.|We ate a few times in the hotel which was very good too. |We also went to Gozo for the day which is so easy.|Went on a boat trip with Bluewaves which is onsite - recommend this too.|All the staff are so friendly and polite and can’t do enough for you. Nicole on reception was very helpful. |Make sure you try kofi and kale on-site too, we only went on our last day and it was lovely. |Seen some negative comments but can honestly say we loved this place and the pools weren’t cold and couldn’t hear anything through the double glazed windows and the air conditioning was amazing in the room.|Once the building works are done it’s going to be an amazing resort and we will definitely come back

Mixed feelings about the place. Hotel is very nice, staff is very polite. Minus is a construction site as they are building new facilities connected to existing hotel so at 7AM you are awake, weather you like it or not. It will be a beautiful hotel once they finish it.

Great staff and facilities. Great choice of food, and basic shop in hotel for essentials. No other shops/restaurants etc nearby.... 3km to nearest, but taxis easy to order on usual apps etc. Construction work ongoing on resort, but apart from seeing from outside would not notice. Great view of the sea.

A beautiful hotel, room was excellent and what a view. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with choices of hot and cold food, an omelette station, and a good selection of various bread and rolls, cheese, cold meat, fruit, and pastries. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The staff are welcoming and helpful. There are two restaurants, a buffet which I didn't try and a fabulous Italian restaurant with an excellent menu. We ate there 4 nights, the food and service |There is also a snack bar by the pools, and a coffee shop by reception serving coffee and scrummy cakes.| so good. The hotel is opposite the islands of gozo and comino with regular ferries to Gozo. Getting around is cheap with a flat fare of 2.5 euros to anywhere on the island. Buses are frequent. Also, download the Bolt app for taxis, which are also reasonably priced.|There is a small beach to the right of the hotel with water sports. We used the speed boat to the blue lagoon. Big shout out to Augustus from bali, our speed boat captain. He was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the speed boat ride, but the blue lagoon was packed to capacity. |All of the staff are a credit to the hotel. Nemar from Nepal in the Italian restaurant goes above and beyond |Don't be put off with some negative reviews of the building work taking place. You can see the work going on, but it didn't affect our enjoyment of this fabulous hotel. Once completed, the hotel will be phenomenal. Top tip: Take beach shoes as the beach is rocky. The hotel has a little shop selling almost everything you need. A lovely lady runs it, and you can drop off your paperback books once read. She sells them for local charities at the end of the year.|The reception staff are really friendly and helpful.|Overall, we had a fabulous holiday in Ramla Bay and are looking to book for next year.
