Updated Review – From 1 Star to 4 Stars
During the first days of our stay, we encountered several issues with staff professionalism, room maintenance, and service quality. Initially, our experience felt far from the 5-star standard advertised, and we were disappointed.
However, yesterday the hotel manager personally reached out to us, listened to our concerns attentively, and handled the situation with professionalism and patience. He addressed our complaints, offered fair compensation, and made us feel valued as guests. This proactive approach significantly changed our impression of the hotel.
Over the past 24 hours, service improved notably, and the overall atmosphere felt much more welcoming. We are a family group of 10, occupying 4 rooms, and most of us now feel the hotel deserves 4 stars for the effort made to turn things around.
That said, there is still room for improvement: rooms should be dust-free upon arrival, tissues should be replenished daily in bathrooms, and coffee and sugar supplies in the rooms should be restocked regularly.
We leave today with a far better feeling than we expected just a day ago. Credit to the management for listening and acting swiftly — this transformed what could have been a disappointing trip into an enjoyable one.
