Beautiful hotel! Very nice design, small but cozy rooms. Everything is very clean. The shower in the room is incredibly nice. The bed was a bit hard for me. Delicious varied breakfast, clean pool and very comfortable sunbeds on the terrace. Friendly staff. I would love to come back here again

Beautifully renovated urban and compact motel. The new design is flawless, public facilities are very rich tasted, food is great! Medium sized shallow pool and fun balcony aside. View from studio rooms is nice and you can see the creator from the upper floors. Having said that - windows are minimal and small, eastern light will wake you up in the morning as no sun barrier was applied except drapes. Bed size and mattress hight are too big for the original room, especially considering the ceiling height, which gives the space a claustrophobic feel on the long run - unprofessionally use of furniture. Nonetheless - woodcraft is fantastic and private bathroom is worthy and cave like in a good manner. Should the prices stay sane we would consider coming back. Unfortunately bigger rooms only face westbound towards the old neighborhood. Service was helpful and warm.

Updated Review – From 1 Star to 4 Stars During the first days of our stay, we encountered several issues with staff professionalism, room maintenance, and service quality. Initially, our experience felt far from the 5-star standard advertised, and we were disappointed. However, yesterday the hotel manager personally reached out to us, listened to our concerns attentively, and handled the situation with professionalism and patience. He addressed our complaints, offered fair compensation, and made us feel valued as guests. This proactive approach significantly changed our impression of the hotel. Over the past 24 hours, service improved notably, and the overall atmosphere felt much more welcoming. We are a family group of 10, occupying 4 rooms, and most of us now feel the hotel deserves 4 stars for the effort made to turn things around. That said, there is still room for improvement: rooms should be dust-free upon arrival, tissues should be replenished daily in bathrooms, and coffee and sugar supplies in the rooms should be restocked regularly. We leave today with a far better feeling than we expected just a day ago. Credit to the management for listening and acting swiftly — this transformed what could have been a disappointing trip into an enjoyable one.

Newly renovated. Now called Daroma (used to be Ramon Inn) We were a group of 2 couples. Check in was efficient and handled with a smile (they probably should have put out water and lemonade in the lobby- we arrived during an epic heatwave). Rooms are small-ish but pretty, and very comfortable. Good shower. Air-conditioner was effective despite the heat. Breakfast buffet was excellent (as in all Isratels)-- Hot and cold dishes, pizza, borekas, breads and spreads, salads, fruit, cereal etc etc. I asked for ice at the coffee corner to make iced coffee. The waiter standing there asked me what type of milk and if I wanted sugar, and told me to sit down and he would bring it. He brought me a delicious cold coffee, and then 2 more for my companions. The pool seemed pretty, and full of kids (August) but the room was very hot, so we didn't swim. There was a municipal parking lot right across the street with blue and white paid parking. Free parking could be found if one was willing to drive a little further. The hotel is on a residential street, not right next to anything interesting, but the town is small and everything is walkable, or a 2 min drive away.

The room is tiny. The children bed is too small for a 6 year old. The indoor pool is also very small but the worst thing about it is that the indoor rounding the pool is impossibly hot. The service is terrible, you get to drink of a cooler with no glasses because the staff doesn’t want to clean after the guests.

A very nice boutique stile hotel with a great potential totally ruined due to the fact it is open to children and it is kosher, so the amount of children in this place is unbearable, sorry, I have been in places open to all, this place is not built for it, they have no where to go

Tiny rooms, though great facilities, and great breakfast.

Our entire family stayed here for 3 nights, and all of us, ages 85 to one year, had a fabulous time.||The hotel is beautiful as it is, but will be renovated soon, so I can only imagine how amazing it will look in the future. The rooms are spacious, the pool shaded and large, the spa free and fun, and the lobby had a cozy oriental feel.||The food, although during Passover, was delicious, generous and with a large variety. We didn't feel the holiday had any influence on it.||But the best attribute of this hotel, by far, is the hotel staff. I've been to many hotels, and I have never encountered a more willing, professional and kind team. From the CEO of the hotel, who mingled with the guests constantly, to the last of the waiters, who like all the hotel workers, carried out their tasks swiftly, and proudly. An amazing experience.||Definitely recommend this hotel - and the area it's in, with its uniqueness and beauty, is an exceptional bonus.
