I was excited to wear a shirt my wife purchased for me, only to discover a stain on it before ever washing or wearing it. I brought it back for a simple exchange, expecting good service. Instead, I was met with unprofessionalism and refusal to help.
The employee insisted she wasn’t responsible, refused a return or exchange, and wouldn’t even allow me to speak with the owner. This is over a small stain that could have been resolved easily — instead, it turned into an unnecessary, frustrating situation.
I drove all the way from Miami Beach for this, only to be dismissed. This is not how customer service should work. If you value professionalism and respect, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
