Ramons Village Resort

My trip to San Pedro, Belize was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and a laid-back island vibe that instantly melts stress away. We stayed at Ramon’s Village Resort, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This tropical oasis feels like something out of a postcard—lush, beautifully maintained grounds with authentic thatched-roof cabanas, steps from the beach and surrounded by swaying palms. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always friendly and attentive to every need. The resort blends comfort and Caribbean charm perfectly, with stunning ocean views and the relaxing sounds of the sea just outside your door. The on-site restaurant, Pineapples, served up fresh and delicious meals daily, and the dock provided easy access to snorkeling and dive tours. We especially loved how Ramon’s is just a short walk to the heart of San Pedro, yet still feels like a peaceful, private retreat. Every day was a new adventure—snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Ray Alley, exploring the island by golf cart, and lounging in the sun with a drink in hand. The memories made here will stay with us forever. Whether you’re seeking adventure, romance, or total relaxation, San Pedro and Ramon’s Village Resort offer the perfect combination. We left with full hearts, sun-kissed skin, and a strong desire to return. Belize it—you won’t regret it!

Great place we loved everything about it. The staff was outstanding and very helpful when it came to getting reservations at restaurants. Small issue with seaweed but we understood that it was everywhere. We would definitely book and stay there again. FYI rooms don’t have tv’s so bring iPads if you miss television.

Ramon's has been here for years for a reason. Visit was exceptional. The resort has everything you need so there's no reason to leave but it's right in town so you can walk or rent a golf cart to go anywhere. Airport is right here but flights seemed to stop by 8 pm so no noise issue. The food and staff are exceptional, try "Dinner on a Stone", my husband did - 4 times!! Lots of snorkel/scuba tours and a beautiful sand beach with lots of palms. Another place I can't wait to return to.

Amazing place to stay! It is right in the heart of San Pedro in its own secluded jungle. Staff is on point and the accommodations were beautiful. Would definitely recommend this resort. They do not serve liquor but you can bring your own. Beer and wine only. Pool was big and it has a jacuzzi at the end of it. Dive shop and tours right at the dock. San Pedro is a golf cart community so you can rent from the resort if needed.

Took 18 divers from Our dive shop and had an experience of a lifetime. The rooms, the food, the cleanliness of the facility and most definitely the diving experience was in Belize able. Rick from the dive shop met our needs and gave us a great experience. Great boots and gotta tip my hat to AC for the incredible job he did as our guide. Thank you for the experience.

A very nice resort, tropical environment. We spent 8 nights at the resort, had a balcony facing the ocean so that was lovely. My only complain at Ramon’s would be the dive resort. The admin staff were not very friendly. I expected to see people who love diving, are bubbly and welcoming and engaging. We got there on the first day, the admin lady told us to wait with our dive gear. No one collected us. I had to ask around and find my way around. The dive guides were friendly though. Most of my time spent on dive resorts are filled with amazing people. This was rather odd.

Amazin Hotel . Great choice in the middle of the town. but quite . Setting is super nice and tropical . Nice pool . We booked the mini room, which is small but comfortable. It has a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a micro .Shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. included. The Pinapple restaurant inside the hotel has very good food too. Scuba and snorkeling trips right there at the beach hotel shop. Beach setup with plenty of chair lounges , very relaxing. The only thing was that we couldn't access the beach because of the amount of seaweed this time of the year. But it's still very enjoyable . I'm looking forward to come back soon!!✈️🌊

We visited San Pedro for a week of diving and fishing. The first two days were windy, so we headed to Secret Beach for the day. Highly recommend! Our stay at Ramon’s was exceptional. We were picked up at the airport within 10 minutes of arrival. Our jungle deluxe room was ready for us at 12:30. As the conditions improved, our plans came together. The dive shop was helpful. The hotel staff were super friendly. Breakfast was available as early as 6:00. Ramon’s is convenient to everything in San Pedro and yet secluded. Had a great time. We’ll be back for sure.
