It's been about a year since my last visit, and upon hearing about the recent change in ownership, I decided to give them another try. During my previous visit, I had ordered the mac and cheese balls, which were frozen in the center. Despite receiving a second batch, they were still frozen inside and burnt on the outside. Although the appetizer wasn't satisfactory, I recalled their wings and burgers being fantastic.Upon entering, my stepdad and I were warmly greeted by Carly, who was kind and helpful in suggesting what to order. The menu remained unchanged from before, but we were informed that it would be updated soon. For starters, we ordered the general alarm wings, onion rings, and a side of fries. For the main course, I opted for the flashover station burger, their signature dish, while my dad chose the ribeye steak, part of the Thursday special. The steak came with a salad, which was served first, followed by a surprise when all the appetizers and main entrees arrived together. Despite the initial confusion, every dish had delightful flavors. The wings were coated with mango habanero sauce, leaning towards the sweeter side without much spiciness. The onion rings had a well-executed batter and were fried perfectly, while the fries were crispy and seasoned just right. I particularly enjoyed the burger; the patty was cooked to a perfect medium, juicy, and generously portioned, with the jalapeños adding a nice, light spice. The steak was well-seasoned, flavorful, and tender. Overall, every dish tasted excellent! This place is definitely a must-visit for good food and great vibes.
