I recently enjoyed a fantastic 4-day stay at this hotel in Trichy, and it was a delightful experience overall. The food was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. The room was decent, comfortable, and perfectly adequate for our needs. What truly elevated our stay was the helpful staff, with a special shoutout to Mr. Balaji, the sales manager. He deserves every bit of praise for going above and beyond. Balaji provided excellent recommendations for local shopping spots that we thoroughly enjoyed, and his suggestion to visit the Perumal & Shiva temple at Malayadipatti—a historic site dating back 3,000 to 4,000 years—was a highlight of our trip. That temple trip became one of our most memorable experiences, thanks to his thoughtful guidance. The combination of great food, solid accommodation, and exceptional service has me convinced—I definitely will visit this hotel again the next time I’m in Trichy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable stay!

Overall the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hot water in the shower room will be off from about 11 pm till 3 am and if you wish to take a hot shower after 11 pm you need to call for room service to provide you with 1 bucket of water. Food in the restaurant was good. Hotel breakfast was the same always. The changes were on fruit juice and sweet item. Otherwise every other dishes were repeated everyday! Room was spacious however the corridor lights were off till evening which makes the passageway very dark during the day. The room was old and so was the flooring. Shower in the toilet was very slow (due to wear n tear) Over the the 3 days stay was ok. But it could have been better if the facilities were well maintained!

First things first..The pic you see here belongs to the new wing of the hotel. So when you book rooms ask for the rooms in the new wing. |Good things- Mr.Balaji at the reception. Always willing to help with a smile. Excellent communicator with compassion and empathy. |Not so good things- Food at the roof top restaurant "Thendral"- Pathetic. Never seen cold buffet breakfast in my life time. Big disappointment. Even the dinner buffet was too bad. Choose the veg restaurant at the reception area. Atleast the food is hot. We also tried the Non veg Thali at the multicuisine restaurant which was equally bad. Rice came cold and we had to request to serve it hot. Chicken was not cooked. I think the hotel management is not bothered as the crowd is a floating crowd. Lots of scope for improvement if they really want to. |One must do is to reduce the height of the WC. its like sitting on top of high raise chair. So inconvenient. Our legs were hanging on the floor. Please look in to this seriously.|though we had booked for the airport pick up, it was not arranged properly and we need to taxi to reach the hotel. |Overall, not a very good experience.

The room size is not justified for the price. 🧑‍💼 Reception Staff: Customer support at the front desk needs improvement—requests were not handled efficiently. 🍽️ Complimentary Breakfast: Offers a wide variety of menu options. However, taste and freshness were lacking.

I wanted to share my positive experience with Ramya's Hotel. It's a great place to stay with families, wonderful buffet breakfast and good, hygienic dinner options. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and it's conveniently located near the Trichy railway station and bus stand.

Good location and place of restaurant,not stayed in this hotel.we only had dinner buffet which is very average not great for the price.. Environment and atmosphere is good.. Definitely they should improve food quality, variety and taste

Maintained the same legacy After 12 years staying in ramyas They are maintaining the room quality and cleanliness highly can rate good for that ... But, Staffs are not friendly All are having their own work no smiles in their faces... Smile and good gestures are required especially in hospitality industry which is misses here

Honestly I did expect such a great service, be it restaurant in basement or roof top restaurant or reception or room service everything was unbelievably good, we really enjoyed every minute of our stay. The best hotel in Trichy I should say. Real value for money. It will not be fair if I don't mention few hotel staff names as they are genuinely passionate about customer service, Mr Praveen and Mr kanagaraj in roof top restaurant along with all their colleagues deserves appreciation. I want to thank the hotel management for making our stay memorable
