RAN BAAS The Palace

We stumbled upon Ranbaas and I'm so glad we did. My friend and I stayed in Patiala and we were directed towards the centre for food by hotel reception. This place is amazing: the standard of food is incredibly high(one of the best places I've ever been) and I love to travel and explore. The staff created a very welcoming, warming, and entertaining experience. decor is amazing and the only regret I have is that I don't live in Patiala to come here often||Chef Ramanpreet curated a very memorable dinner his awareness of local and international food is immersive and enjoyable. I went there with my family for the long weekend for a staycation, from the get go, the experience of luxury and calmness took over us. We were assigned a butler, named Shivam upadhyay and kid you not; he was no less than a genie. He was polite, patient and friendly, making sure everything was perfect. From planning our day to making our meals extra special, he left no stone unturned to make us feel like literal royalty! He was just a text away all through and very proactive. Overall the experience was 10/10

I recently dined at Restaurant Neel at Ran Baas. While the service, ambience, and food were average and unmemorable, the property itself is stunning. It is a 300-year-old heritage building that perfectly blends history with modern amenities. Reaching the hotel can be tricky as the approach is through narrow, busy market lanes, but there is ample parking inside the compound. Overall, it is worth a visit for the breathtaking architecture and photogenic atmosphere, even if the dining experience is just okay.

I took my mom with me to give her some much deserved luxury and mother daughter time . The rooms were exquisite and the ambiance of the hotel was peaceful Shivam our butler made our trip that much more special with his guided tour of the Qila grounds as well as the whole palace and narrated a lot of stories about the history or the Qila and the palace His presence and assistance ensured that all our needs were taken care of with priority and attention to detail I can't wait to be back this time with my sister and mom and make family memories at this beautiful place Would 10/10 recommend the hotel and the amazing staff who were hospitable , polite and just happy to be of service

My stay at Ranbaas Palace was a good experience overall. A special thanks to the butler, Sonu, who executed all my wife’s birthday surprises perfectly and made our family stay truly memorable. Rohit ji was also very cooperative and supportive throughout. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, considering everything, the property feels a little expensive at the moment. As it is a new property, a few improvements would make the experience even better.

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday, and the experience was exceptionally well thought out. The room upgrade and the thoughtful birthday arrangements, including the spa experience and celebrations, were beautifully handled. A special thank you to our personal butler Ms.Sonu for her attentiveness and care throughout the stay. Everything felt seamless, and I would love to return in the future.

My stay at Ran baas was beyond my imagination. Such a beautiful and cozy place with all the royal feels. Literally felt like living a life of king and queen. A big shoutout to iur butler Mukund Mehrotra. He made sure we are comfortable at all the times and has been the sweetest person theoughout. Also helped my Husband with all the surprises he planned for me. Truly appreciate his effort. Hoping to visit the property again.

We spent an absolutely lovely one night trip at this amazing property ! The highlight for my family was the superb level of care and service rendered by the entire team at Ran Baas. Special mention for Sashwati and Sudipto in the dining area and our personal butler Ms Sonu for making the trip memorable and supremely comfortable. The level of hospitality here exceeds that of Leela and Oberoi level properties. The rooms are extremely well appointed and have the perfect blend of old world charm and modern amenities.
