Ranch House Bistro

Ranch House Naivasha is set in an absolutely stunning location - the scenery alone makes the visit worthwhile. The setting really is the highlight and creates a lovely backdrop for a meal. The service was good throughout. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive, which made the experience pleasant and easy. The food, however, was nothing special. It was perfectly fine, but not particularly memorable, especially compared to how beautiful the place is. With such an incredible setting, you can’t help but hope the dishes would shine a bit more. Overall, it’s a nice spot to unwind and enjoy the view. If you’re looking for a scenic place with decent food and good service, Ranch House Naivasha is a solid choice - though there’s definitely room for the cuisine to match the charm of the surroundings.

Was here in December. Great atmosphere and ambiance. Beautiful view over the lake. Food was good, some was amazing and some was just OK. I will update next time we visit. The service was top, and the bartender was very helpful with my request and went above and beyond! He gets 5 stars easily! Will come back for sure.

Beautiful views of the lake as you enjoy your meal. The hippos keep making noises from the lake and you can spot a few monkeys on the nearby trees. The meals were tasty and service was good!

Great view of the lake. You can hear the hippos, get a glimpse of worth hogs and other small animals. Exceptional service. Fast and friendly. Food taste was fair. Portion was good.

The restaurant is located on the shore of Lake Naivasha therefore the drive there is quite scenic. I personally didn't get to enjoy their outdoor space since it was raining when I went there. However everything else was 10/10. The food was delicious and the portions were quite reasonable. The service from the staff was really good. I look forward to going back on a sunny day so I can enjoy the outdoors space.

Had dinner being serenaded by hippos. Some of the food was excellent, some good. Service and atmosphere can’t be beat. Watch the feral attack cats and keep you hands inside the vehicle at all time.

Was so good had to go back the following day :) Cosy and tranquil setting with stunning lake views. Makes for a perfect space to relax ,enjoy nature and a delicious meal. Amazing food on offer, have to call out their beef burger 👌👌👌👌👌. Cocktails also on point. Service was fast and friendly. Huge thanks to Elizabeth for taking such great care of us. Definitely one of the best in Naivasha.
