What a nice Camp site. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Book in advance as the site gets full quickly. Spots are nicely arranged and have a bench to each plot. Shower and toilets are brand new. Saying that, only two showers and toilets for the whole of the campsite. Can get crowded in the morning.

My stay at Rancho Sedona RV Park was an incredible experience. This RV park is a true oasis in the heart of Sedona, with breathtaking views of the red rocks and desert. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with modern and comfortable bathrooms and showers. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us in finding the perfect spot for our RV. We enjoyed a scenic walk along Oak Creek, which runs adjacent to the park, and explored the trails and panoramic views of the area. Overall, Rancho Sedona RV Park is an ideal destination for those seeking a high-quality RV camping experience amidst stunning natural beauty. Recommendation: Don't miss the opportunity to witness a breathtaking sunset over Sedona's red rocks."

We enjoyed our stay. Still a little hot in October but can’t blame the location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops was key since we don’t pull a car with our RV. Access to the creek was great and we spent a lot of time there with the kids. The option to check out board games and movies was a nice bonus. Will definitely be back.

Quiet on the creek yet close enough to town to walk! Clean and warm restrooms/showers. Very friendly!

OUTSTANDING GEM IN SEDONA! This is perhaps my favorite RV Park of all I have encountered. It is situated in breathtaking Sedona, AZ, in a unique riparian setting immediately next to the clear-running Oak Creek in a small area of large overhanging trees - truly exceptional in this area. The continuing maintenance and attention to detail are clearly evident, and the sites are exceptionally clean, well-marked, and pleasant. The park rules are clearly stated, and are reasonable and easy to follow. Check-in is after 12:00 and check-out is 11:00 AM. (This needs to be followed as this is a prime destination and it is courteous to the incoming guests) Although it is only a very brief walk to the Sedona arts district (5 minutes), it seems like you are out in the beautiful wilderness area that makes Sedona so attractive. Definitely going to return here soon!

Google
We've stayed here many times over the years. It's really the only RV park within 25 miles of Sedona and located in the center of town but yet feels like you're out of town. Very tall beautiful trees with Oak Creek running by the park. The park has many big rig sites with full hookups. We found the staff very friendly. The park was well maintained and quiet. We had to leave one day early and without asking the park refunded one night to us which is wonderful and appreciated. This is just something most parks will not do these days. The park is very hard to get into during the warmer months so book far ahead if you're going. We went in January for one week. Highly recommended.

Google
This RV Park is amazing. You are nestled right in the middle of the red rocks and within walking distance to town. There is so much to do around here. The park is quiet and safe. Good places to walk our dog. Staff is friendly. We travel in a 36' fifth wheel and navigated inside the park easily. There were no issues with backing into our spot.

Google
Very friendly staffs. RV sites near the creek are wide & spacious. Park is well-maintained & clean. Trees provide covers from the hot sun. Near shop & restaurant. Beautiful scenery outside. Entrance into RV park is a little narrow but after entrance, there's lots of space for an RV to move around. Highly recommended.

Yelp
We travel with a pull behind RV. We were lucky to be able to secure a spot near the office. Having read negative comments about a proliferation of signage, I was concerned. However, I was not offended once on property. Frankly, people can be pretty rude and there may have been too many complaints which precipitated the signage. The bathrooms were clean, showers had plenty of hot water, clean (the showerhead could have allowed more water output). The laundry was good and outside there was a large clothesline to take advantage of all the nice sun to dry clothes. It had a nice concrete pad with a picnic table, easy hookup for water, sewer and electric. We enjoyed the mornings listening to the wind in the Sycamore trees and hummingbirds chirping, and evenings were dark and quiet. All in all, a great experience.

Yelp
It is so beautiful here. Very clean and staff informative. They do have rules but this makes it perfect for seniors/adults looking for a nice friendly serene campsite

Yelp
Even with temporary bathrooms due to construction, this campground was great. It is a beautiful, quiet, convenient oasis with helpful staff next to a creek in town. The location is conveniently in Sedona yet feels like country. We stayed five days but would have enjoyed longer. "Alto" universe

Yelp
This is a lovely well-maintained RV Park. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. After helping us, they helped the next people in line. We looked at some of the excursion brochures at the back of the office. When we left, they made a point of saying good-bye even though they still were helping the other people. The sites are spacious, and there's a decent amount of space between sites. From what I could see, all the sites are gravel but have a large concrete pad with a picnic table. The bathrooms are clean and modern. A code is required to enter the bathroom, and the code changes weekly, which adds another layer of security. The RV park is centrally located, and it's easy access to the highways.

Yelp
We love coming to Rancho Sedona RV Park. We have been coming since 2010 with the grandkids and friends. It's beautiful, love the creek behind us. Walking or bike riding distance into town. You're so close to everything you want to do for being a tourist small town. The red rocks are beautiful to look at take pictures during sunset or sunrise. The staff are friendly. Paula was very nice, helpful and sweet. No matter what site you park in it's beautiful place to be in. Until next time:-) hopefully sooner than later

Yelp
I just love this place. The quiet the perfectly kept grounds and its location. Everyone is super nice and welcoming.

Yelp
Nice park? CLOSE to town. We rode our bikes EVERYWHERE. The town traffic gets CRAZY. Walk or bike , Cindy thank you AGAIN for helping me with changing my reservation. Clean restroom Shower are tight and only 2 but clean. Cant wait to go back.

Jodi M.

Yelp
Beautiful and convenient spot to base your Sedona visit. The campground is well maintained and office staff friendly. My spot backed up to the creek and views of hills. While there I ran all my laundry in a clean coin facility and left refreshed and blessed. This location is a mild walk to galleries and restaurants. Enjoy!!

Tarren B.

Yelp
The park was very clean and well set up! The only downside was that we weren't allowed to have any kind of fire. We were RV camping with friends and for our last spot it would have been nice to sit around a campfire.

40 W.

Yelp
Very nice resort, but has many rules. Lights off, be in your RV at 10pm, no yelling at the river, no bonfire gas or not. I guess this is the reason the resort is so clean and nice & the location you can't beat

Donna M.

Yelp
Being right on the creek in the center of Sedona is amazing! Quietest, cleanest park we've ever been to. Very relaxing. Well managed. Staff were all friendly AND funny. The unexpected thunderstorm in the middle of the night made it all the more special.

Yelp
This place was amazing .. from staff to the view! Then more view Very clean bathroom and shower. Property was very well kept. WiFi was perfect! Shops & Restaurants walking distance a bit pricey but nice.

Yelp
It's such a a beautiful place but the staff is so incredibly rude. We drove from out of state and arrived 47 mins early. Upon arrival a man in a golf cart said, " check in isn't technically until 12noon but you guys are good to go." A few mins lady a rude lady named Cindy on a golf cart told us we had to move. Not a hello. Not a welcome. Just "you need to move NOW!" And drove away in her golf cart with a nasty look on her face. We had already unpacked all of our gear. So we packed up our things and we are sitting here for an hour until we can move back to our camping spot. ALSO, they are "switching computer systems" and heavily over charged us. Over a $200 mistake. They are claiming they will make it right but we are still waiting for that. I wish they didn't have a crappy cancelation policy or we would be camping elsewhere. I do not recommend this place due to the unprofessional and rude staff. We were hoping to arrival to a magical place and we were treated as an inconvenience. Don't stay here.

Laura S.

Yelp
Great RV park, close to shopping and eateries. Many of the spots are shaded, clean and the creek was an added bonus. Cute little grass dog park too. The staff was super friendly and a special shout out to Brandon who was super helpful to us, what a great asset to your RV park. We will be back!

Jon Y.

Yelp
Amazing beautiful place. Can't wait to come back. Staff, facilities, amenities, location, and atmosphere is phenomenal.

Kris G.

Yelp
This is one of the cleanest and best RV parks we've stayed at. Tranquil, green and shaded in a canyon right below uptown Sedona. Beautiful big trees with grass and concrete pads, and gravel roads, but well manicured and beautiful. Our site was in the D area for bigger rigs, and we were very close to the creek that runs along the park. Sat in a beach chair and read a book there. Maybe a few full-time residents, but hard to tell. Very peaceful.

Al A.

Yelp
Nice place but staff is not very courteous. I came 40 min before check in and they would not allow me in because the site needed to be cleaned. Well, the site looked clean and I never saw any workers come to do any cleaning to it while I waited to park my RV. Needless to say, I've never had a campground not extend a simple common courtesy to allow a guest to walk in just before check in. It's not like i tried to check in hrs before. I'll consider a different campground in the future.

Gene B.

Yelp
Enjoyed our stay here! So many trees surrounding the grounds with great shade. I rarely had to use the AC. It was perfect. I like their check in format and other RV parks should follow. They gave us a call with details to our site. You would park your rig sometime after 12 PM then check in the office after you are settled. I found this to be less chaotic and everything was organized. No traffic holding up the entrance. Genius! For folks who aren't use to following rules, this is not for you. Some may feel it's an overkill, but you have to understand it's out of respect for each other. Many come here to relax. I totally agree on their terms when we made the reservation. It's one of those RV parks where I felt safer than the norm. Everyone here are respectful. This place attracts the right type of travelers.

Cesar Y S.

Yelp
Great place, nice and beautiful , so clean it's a excellent RV park to relax and have fun

Joy S.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our stay here! The property is impeccable and the location has plenty of trees for shade, spacious rv spots and you can't beat the creek access which looks like it's right out of a fairy tale. The laundry facility was perfect for catching us up on clean clothes. My only issue was their wifi which wouldn't even load basic internet pages in any kind of reasonable time, but otherwise our stay couldn't have been better!

Jacob P.

Yelp
Beware no fun zone at this campground!!! Staff is not friendly, after a few days staying here and reading all the rules. I knew I wouldn't go without the staff coming up to me and telling me I was doing something wrong!! I was right!! After leaving for most of the day, I was approached by a staff aka (Karen). She must have been waiting for me all day to tell me because she came up to us with a sassy attitude and basically ran to the site. She first started questioning us about how many bikes we had and ppl we had on the reservation. Which is none of her business I felt very uncomfortable with her telling me we had an extra chair and an extra bike. One of my kids ended up bringing two bikes, but she was very concerned with the extra bike we had. Then she said I couldn't have my chairs on the grass. She said that the owners came by and we're not happy. Okay..... don't know what that means. She further said that we didn't want to deal with the owners. Okay.... I told her I was told by another staff member that as long as the chairs were moved before going to sleep I would be okay due to the sprinklers going off at night. Which made sense. Seems like the staff is not on the same page and it depends who you talk to once again making up extra set of rules. What's the purpose of having an area with grass if I'm not able to sit or have a picnic with my 1 year old. This campground has an adults only area but seems like the whole campground is being ran as an adults only and not kid and family friendly. If I had just taken the time to read the reviews before making reservations here it would have saved me lots of trouble. The sad thing is that after looking at all the negative reviews on several sites seems like nothing changes and staff and ownership doesn't care about the reviews.

Staci A.

Yelp
Such a nice, peaceful, well maintained park! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. The spaces were not too close and the staff was helpful and friendly. We wanted to stay longer, but they were booked out. Would definitely stay again!

Veronica P.

Yelp
We decided to rent an RV and visit Sedona among other sites to see. Also did this to fint out what this whole mobile home living is all about. As a Virgin in glamping, this place is my favorite of the 3 sites that we went to. Has all the Amenities that you need such as clothes line, washer and dryer, shower, bathrooms and a big kitchen sink to wash your pots and pans in. What I love the most are the trees, provided canopy over the campsite. in the middle of the campsite are 4 picnic tables in a big huge wheeled grill, Like you would see in a big Arizona steakhouse. I specially loved the river rocks ...no pavement except where your picnic tables are, lots of grass and foliage. Front desk folks were Uber helpful. The other lady even loaned us a Pan so we could grill...again new to this whole glamping thing. Because we had our handicap father with us, we chose to be near the bathroom facilities worked out really great. Lot 26

Yelp
Hand down my favorite RV park. The staff is nice and the park is always clean. Book early because they sell out quick, but for good reason.

Kathi B.

Yelp
Excellent RV Resort! Small to Medium park, big wide spaces, picnic tables, grass at the sites, lots of RULES. Very organized and clean. Big Creek runs behind spaces. Doggie park. Had our RV porch light on 5 mins after 10 pm, had a big note from mgmt. the next morning. Up the hill from resort is hiking and awesome red rock mountains, canyons and greenery. Close to town. Hard to get reservations- even a year in advance, but would definitely stay there again.

Wayne B.

Yelp
Our main complaint was the spotty or non-existing wi-fi. The advertise it but it doesn't exist. We're now staying at a KOA RV campground and the WiFi is terrific. The dog park needs pest control as I have chigger bites all over my legs and bats fly at night. The grass is beautiful. Our goldendoodle lives running in it.

Nicole B.

Yelp
DO NOT RECOMMEND! Tried booking a trip for Christmas of 2024 (called August of 2023), the office staff is very difficult to deal with. Post booking I discovered that you aren't allowed to have fires, even in the freezing temperatures. So I called to cancel. Elizabeth was extremely rude and not understanding of the situation. I guess I'll be on the hunt for a better place to spend my holidays.

Lisa D.

Yelp
Welcome to Roacho Sedona!! Where there are a ton of rules and ROACHES (a little R&R ). I am definitely someone that enjoys a park that has a respectable amount of rules to keep the park clean, free of noise and organized but this place felt like a prison. Be INSIDE your RV after 10pm?? I can understand "after 10pm please keep it down to a whisper then nobody outside after 12pm" but what about the parents that finally get their kids to bed after a lonnnnng day and just want to relax to a cold beer and talk romantically at the picnic table so the kids don't overhear lol (couldn't anyway unless you don't mind roaches tickling your feet or you wear close toed shoes). Also, I specifically said to the lady over the phone that I needed a place with wifi because I had a virtual work meeting during my vacation that I had to attend for 5 minutes and the wifi couldn't even let me search on safari from my phone yet alone do a meeting... My meetings worked fine at other campgrounds and this was the only one that boasted wifi and it didn't deliver. It may have been a t-mobile verse Verizon thing but whatever. Upon driving into the park (under 4 miles per hour in a 5mph zone and in a clean RV so not doing anything that would warrant unwelcome attention) the people that appear to live here give uncomfortable looks to where me and my spouse were getting worried that we did something wrong or that something was wrong with our RV that they were trying to signal us about so he waved and got a stink face look in return from a lady walking her dog. Also the "walking distance to shops" is a minimum of 1 mile so if your bringing children or someone unable to make the 1 mile hike in the heat since it's hard to park an RV at the local shops just be mindful. I love a great walk so that wouldn't have bothered me so much but my six year old has little legs and gets tired but I expected walking distance to be a block away from the camp. The view coming into this place is BREATHTAKING so almost worth it but.... BUT they posted several signs that say "no standing or parking" I can understand the parking but you can't walk up and snap a photo without someone looking at you with a frown and fearing being reported and kicked out of the campground - so uncomfortable. The place is very clean aside from the infestation of roaches ... it's a quiet park (people too scared to talk here, maybe?? ) It takes a lot for me to leave an unsavory review as I see the good in every situation and I am fair but I had to warn future families that are bringing their kids expecting to have fun and camp that they have to treat this place like a library during the day and lights out at 10pm. Literally, at 10:03pm my husband was walking to the bathroom near our site because I was taking a shower in our RV and he witnessed a flash by a staff member as the member was putting flashlights on every RV to be sure everyone was inside with exterior light off (my husband was too nervous to pee... so he went back inside and held it until I was out of the shower ... my husband is the most quietest person ). Last Visit to Roacho Alcatraz for us.

Amy E.

Yelp
I hope your ready to be treated like a child. Do you have children? Do you like to sit in chairs on the grass? Do you like to stay outside and observe the night sky? Do you like to feel like your Invading someone's personal home and your presence is inconvenient? The reviews are true. Don't stay here. I couldn't put my finger on why I felt uncomfortable until now. As I sit here in after being scolded from management. This is how it went Lady approaching my vehicle before I even had a chance to get out. Lady: Hi. How many people are with you? Me: huhmn my husband and our 4 kids. Lady: it looks like you have more bikes and chairs than people. How old are they Me: ( feeling very uncomfortable) Huhm well its on my reservation ( also fyi they charger PER EXTRA PERSON PER NIGHT $5) Lady: well the owner came by and she was not very happy. You left you chairs and a blanket on the grass. Me: oh well I didn't know I wasn't allowed to leave chairs in the grass. Lady: well you don't want to deal with the owner. She came by about 15 min ago and was not happy. Me: oh okay. I will make sure not to do that. Oh my gosh. I feel scolded for having children! Why is there a bike limit and a chair limit. Come on. I was literally not even out of my truck when I was attacked by this grumpy old lady. They might as well say they are an adults only park. Because they don't want kids. And they have literally 25 rules of what you are NOT ALLOWED to do. We paid a lot of money to stay here. This place isn't cheap by any means but it's run by a bunch of grumpy people.

Yelp
One of the nicest RV places we stayed at - ever. The ladies on the office were nice, the place is super clean, the park has beautiful trees. We loved the park more than Sedona. We will probably not go back to Sedona as it's small, mostly touristy shops, not bike friendly. But this RV park is fabulous. Yes, they have a ton of signs and weird rules. But we are early to bed anyway and we'd prefer more rules than loud, obnoxious neighbors. Highly recommend.

Pete M.

Yelp
First time here. Unbelievable campground. Everything so organized when you check in. Map given with wifi and bathroom passwords. Rules spelled out. Bathrooms are unbelieveably clean and neat. Even have magazines in the toilet stall. Short walk

Gloria L.

Yelp
3.5/5 stars The reviews for the Rancho Sedona RV Park are definitely divided into the loved it (5 stars) or hated it (1-2 stars) category. I am somewhere in the middle of these reviewers. I definitely agree with the group about how rigid and crazy this park is about signs! There are signs everywhere. Signs that tell you where to park and where you can't (about every 10 ft on the drive in), a clock with minutes and seconds to tell you when you can check in and where to go if you're early. We live in an RV full time and travel a whole lot. The rest of the RV park world can explain these basic things without the constant bombardment of signs! And many parks have earned my loyalty by being a bit flexible. This park did just the opposite. While we enjoyed our stay, had a nice person check us in and had a lovely view of a red rock peak in a nice size site with large trees and plants, we would never return. I, also don't recommend the park. It has a strange vibe from all the crazy signs extolling their rules and regulations. And they don't even follow them as we did heard a dog barking (big no no). The sites are close together that you can hear someone's TV next door. It is a pretty park and so close to town. However, the price is high-both in dollars for the sites and the annoyance from the signs. Also, the huge, bright light makes it difficult to sleep. And if I pay $50 and up dollars for a piece of ground to park my RV, don't tell me to be inside at 10:00pm.

Jiovanna D.

Yelp
I'll preface this review by saying as an avid camper/RV'er I've never felt so uncomfortable. The park is beautiful and in a convenient location, but that is all it has to offer. If you have a family, you'll have to be extremely careful you do not make a single sound- because you will be hounded by your neighbors who probably are retired and want absolute silence and will then be on the office surveillance and speed dial the rest of your stay. If you read the other reviews this is a common problem, and I initially thought "hey, they're probably exaggerating" which prompted me to book, but NOPE it is all true! As previously mentioned: we're avid campers and hold memberships to KOA and thousand trails and have never had a problem. When we arrived within 10 minutes of checking in, we had a "noise complaint" it was 1:05pm... The next morning from 9:00am-4:00pm I received multiple calls from the front office explaining there have been complaints of a dog barking coming from my campsite. The first time, I had stepped away and left my golden retriever in the trailer while I grabbed a coffee and thought she could have been barking, although this is unusual for her. The next calls I received of a "dog barking from my site" were when she was with me....hiking all day. I felt hounded, under surveillance and uncomfortable my entire stay here. The staff is rude, "maintenance" rides around all day doing nothing besides making noise at 7:01am- but hey that's when quite hours end! Just make sure to be trapped in your trailer before 10:00pm, lord forbid you need to go outside for an emergency! If I could rate ZERO STARS I would!!

Linda D.

Yelp
Shady !! I called to cancel cause Of the rain and the very rude man I talked to wasn't at all helpful or even polite ! A lady called today to very my reservation and I found out I could have just rescheduled! The first guy said nothing about that even when I asked for my options ! He was more than happy to just cancel and pocket our $100!! Shady shady !! We will definitely make sure to tell others not to stay here !

Danielle W.

Yelp
We had a great time! Beautiful park very well kept, lots of big beautiful tree for shade, awesome creek, clean bathrooms, and close walk into town. This place does have quite a few rules but it's really no big deal. I would definitely return for another stay! :)

Lori A.

Yelp
Sedona desperately needs more RV Parks! Granted, this one is centrally located and has many trees next to the river. But there is more to a park than location, and I thought that after reading the bad reviews that maybe those folks were stretching the truth a bit. So I took the chance and decided we could deal with a lot of signs for a few days to be camped in town. Surely it couldn't be as bad as they said?? The signs are only the beginning... We laughed at the two Entrance signs within 10' of each other followed by the 'No Sitting No Standing' signs placed down the driveway every 5 feet on each side for a total of 10 signs. Ok, I knew about this because I read the reviews! Only one 'Office' sign directing you to the office...until you get there and then there are 5 Office signs all over the office. More laughter! Ok, so after all those signs there is a big sign that tells you to go directly to your site first and THEN check in, but I already knew that because they had called me the day before arrival to tell me just that In no uncertain terms. By the time we got set up and walked to the office they were closed. We were traveling with another couple and were parked next to each other so we would go over to their rig to eat and visit. When it came time to go to bed we stepped out of their door at 10:03 pm and noticed something happening in the sky that turned out to be pretty bands of ribbon hanging in the trees to scare the blue Heron's away. We were speaking in normal voices, not loud at all just saying good night when the night shift guy shined his light in our eyes and told us we couldn't be outside and then proceeded to walk to our rig and write a note about our porch light being on. It's 10:03 and we are heading back!!!!!! Lights are supposed to be out by 10:00 pm and NO talking or standing/sitting outside is allowed...WOW! I also have to agree about the dumb dog rules, we have good dogs that don't bark but we felt like we were walking on eggshells the entire time we were there. They also had to stay in our rig since we couldn't put them on their leads in between our rigs where there was nice grass because the RV Parks rule of maximum lead of 6' and you have to physically be outside with them, an open door with them right there isn't good enough. Our dogs like to be outside. The bottom line is that they are high priced and micro manage everyone and everything, I wonder where these people moved there from?! We will definitely find somewhere else to stay where we won't feel confined to our RV next time we go, I feel bad for how stressed the people who own and work there must be. Sedona is a beautiful place and we want to enjoy it and feel welcome where we stay and not feel like prisoners.

Richard H.

Yelp
This park is small and tight but very close to Main Street of Sedona and great hiking trails in a short walk away. We sp3nt four nights here and very quiet and super clean. No pool but hiking the badt

Julie P.

Yelp
This place is awesome and super clean! The owners have a high standard to keep this place nice. They are currently open despite a lot of other places that are closed due to the virus. There is great access to the river and they have a volleyball court some horseshoe, and a tether ball. They also sell postcards and have stamps if you want to send something. The employees that clean there where so nice! We met one lady who was so kind and really cares about doing a great job! It is a little pricey but well worth it!

Melissa F.

Yelp
Beautiful, clean park. Yes, as many have mentioned they are a little "sign happy" lol gives you something to giggle about. The park was very shady which helped keep the rig cooler in the heat of summer. The access to the creek was amazing! Pups are allowed to swim! We love this place and will return every year!

Tina S.

Yelp
We stayed here for a week. Our entire family really enjoyed our stay. We stayed one night in space #54 which is close to the office, dog run, volleyball grass area and is a corner lot so you have neighbors on one side only. The rest of the week we moved to space #23. It was a smaller lot but close to the restrooms and laundry facilities. They have full hook ups for all their spaces- we hooked our trailer up with electricity, sewer, and water. Picnic benches are provided. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed having our meals outside. This is a very well tended RV campsite. Yes, it costs more but I know why. There were employees constantly cleaning. Restrooms close everyday from 1 pm to 3 pm for thorough cleaning. Restrooms were clean and there was never a wait to use them. They do have lots of rules, but it is what keeps the place a well oiled place for guests. I didn't mind the rules because I know it's for the betterment and enjoyment of everyone visiting. This place gets booked up quickly- I recommend making reservations months in advance. During the second or third week of March, the same group of RVers book the sites near the creek (#71+, etc) and those spots were not available. They book them a year in advance, FYI. There is a path leading to the creek and my dogs really enjoyed frolicking in the cold water. There are many places to walk, bike and hike from this site. It is centrally located. Very dog friendly, poop bags everywhere to pick up after your dogs. My two fur babies loved their time here. We got to see some stars and it was so amazing! You do have to have your lights off by 10 pm. It's not just the RV resort but the entire city of Sedona implements a dark by 10 pm ordinance as not to hinder the views of a night full of stars. Around 9 pm, I walked up the road where the entrance to the resort is near Schnebly Road and the skies were peppered with stars throughout. I definitely want to come back. All of us really enjoyed our time here. Everyone was friendly and said hi to each other. It is thumbs all the way up for me. Oh, wifi kind of sucked. Especially around 8 pm to 11 pm when everyone was back and trying to watch movies, it was such a pain- the circle of death kept popping up on my phone. I brought my Chromecast but the Wifi really slowed down and it was diffukt trying to cast anything onto our television. I would bring DVDs or books or games. It got to be pretty frustrating trying to watch anything online.

Yelp
DO NOT STAY HERE! 1. Very rude owners 2. $78 a night 3. Signs EVERYWHERE which makes you feel like you're breaking the rules just from being born. 4. You can have dogs but they can't bark 5. You can't park or stand anywhere. So if you want to be treated like an abused kid, park your RV, stay inside, and leave as quietly as possible when you've served your sentence, go ahead and stay there. Oh and pay as much as a moderate hotel price.

Yelp
We've been coming to Rancho Sedona RV park annually since 2013. We love the location, the place is very well kept, and the price is very fair. My ONLY complaint is that we've never really had much success with their wifi. It will connect but it chugs and we always end up giving up on it. If we're browsing on our phones then we can jump over to the connection on our phone (AT&T 5G) but even that chugs. Maybe it's the location of the rv park being down in that valley or something, but it's almost like it's a connectivity dead zone from time to time, at least that's been our experience. Perhaps they could benefit from some better wifi extenders or a more powerful service provider? Regardless of the connectivity stuff, Rancho Sedona RV Park will always be our first choice every time we come to Sedona. So glad we found it back in 2013!

Yelp
I'm not sure Rancho Sedona RV Park needs another 5 star review, but here's another....Sadly we were only able to reserve 2 nights that were a cancelation. This park is beautiful, clean and well managed. It's lovely and it's close enough to walk to many restaurants, shops, and hikes. The office staff was friendly and helpful. At night it was dark and quiet, making it easy to enjoy the sounds of wildlife noises while enjoying a great night of rest. The reviews that complain about all of the signs and rules either are the ones who need them or have never camped with folks that do. Common courtesy isn't common, hence the need for signs and rules. Lots of places to camp if you want to party, but we appreciate this park for what it is, especially at $100 night.

Yelp
Our go to Sedona RV spot! Always clean, nice and chill atmosphere. Beautiful trees and close to Oak Creek. Pet friendly. Just know you need to reserve well in advance. You may get lucky if you call last minute too. Staff always friendly!

Yelp
It's a clean and quite place, at night not daytime the cicadas were roaring daytime this year.

Yelp
Never got to stay there - and never will either. I hope this visits a bit of karma onto the owners. So I've tried to get a space here a couple of times, including this weekend. They were booked, no big deal, got a place in Flagstaff. I have to admit when I've read the reviews, gone through the rules on the website it puts you off as not particularly friendly. Boy how. We drove past the park on the way to a road out of town - that turned out to be dirt and 4WD only, so I needed a place to stop for a couple of minutes to sort things out. I figured - why not the RV park - kill two birds with one stone and check things out for a future stay. We pulled in and immediately saw the "no stopping/parking/standing" signs and there was a large dirt lot to the south, (evidently where they want people to wait to get in if you are early (can't be early!)). So we looped in to that lot and I got out my big Arizona Delorne's and started to figure out how to get to where we wanted to go. That's when one of the rude owners showed up. I had to explain to her that we were just looking at the map for a minute and before I had a chance to explain that we had a Class A and might be interested in staying in the future she told us this was private property and we had to leave. So OK. And unless you like being scolded and being told what to do all the time I suggest you find another RV park that will appreciate your business.

Yelp
Yes, there are a lot of signs, but I certainly wouldn't let a few signs stop you from enjoying this beautiful park. Huge shade trees, access to Oak Creek, clean and well kept park, walking distance to many restaurants, hikes, rides. I just love this park.

Yelp
Totally better experience this time. Got a stunningly beautiful site under trees with some grass. Very private No screaming kids next door!. Yay. Completely different staff at the desk this time. Two Middle aged women who couldn't have been nicer and more friendly and funny. The stern woman with the clipboard and the golf cart not there.... We will certainly come back for a longer stay. Only wish they allowed propane fire rings. I don't see how that's more dangerous than a charcoal bbq... Anyway... Great spot

Yelp
Really loved this place. AAA+ Full hook-ups, central to shops, pet friendly, fab communal spaces and creek-side. Heron breeding sight- there was a nest with several fledgling. My sister and I were only there for one night and plan on returning earlier for a longer stay next Spring.
