3* at best Very disappointing restaurant (a Michelin guide recommendation ?!), worst coffee, stale bottled water (strange). Unavailable shuttle service (in the morning as well as in the afternoon). Room service (tragedy). No one to take care of the luggage. Miniature pool. It is a small boutique hotel that would require splendid service to be profitable. Instead, they try to make money by cutting staff and offer less. Beware of nice photos that do not match the reality. During the dinner the alarm went off, which lasted for 20 mins :) My best advice for the hotel would be to hire a professional team to show them 5* service. I am very sorry for choosing this hotel as it has affected my holiday mood. I didn't argue with anyone at the place, but would love to read a review like this before the booking. Location was what we expected (not great but wanted to be close to the city centre). Room was the biggest in the hotel and rather nice, however, fitness room does not match a real fitness feel as well as not the terrace with a small Jacuzzi. Your neighbours look straight into it. It is just something that 5* people don't use.

We stayed 3 nights at the Mirador D'alt Vila for my best friends 50th birthday. I reached out to the hotel ahead of our stay to find out details/ask questions and seek assistance with birthday preparations, and the ladies on Reception (Marta, Virginia & Cristina) ALWAYS replied so quickly and helpfully. Nothing was too much trouble.||The location of the hotel is beautiful. Being May it was not too hot in the centre of D'alt Vila, but I can imagine in July/August it could be oppressive but the hotel is well ventilated and has great air con in all rooms. Tastefully decorated with all mod-cons and super comfy beds. Housekeeping extraordinarily efficient and polite. Rooms peaceful and some with a lovely balcony with sea views.||The Pool & pool area is tiny but pleasant and pleasant and, during our visit, peaceful. A nice place for a quick cooling dip but not really best for sunbathing as the sun only reaches it a few limited times a day.||The hotel is best accessed either with the complimentary airport transfer provided by the hotel (wonderful Carlos!) or taxi as it would be almost impossible to haul cases up from the port.||We only experienced breakfast and the offering was fairly varied and service great. 3 of our party did, on one morning, ask for poached eggs on toast and all 3 sent them back (yolk hard, white still clear/runny) as inedible. As everything else was amazing, I think the chef must have been having a bad morning so we let it go and didn't cause a fuss. We just didn't order it again. The French omlette was divine.||Everything about our stay was top class and we all would highly recommend staying here if you want a peaceful and sophisticated hotel stay away from the hub-ub of the usual loud Ibiza buzz (which is easily accessible via a short 8 min stroll downhill to the port).

We have stayed in this hotel before, so had expectations set from a previous visit. On the surface this hotel is very pretty, the rooms are decorated professionally and are very comfortable. Staff are pleasant but are not 5 star trained. They are forgetful, don't listen, unattentive. The level of service was far below one comes to expect from a 5 star hotel. There is no spa, the pool area is tiny. On the plus side it is in walking distance of Ibiza town and all it's bars and shops.

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We stayed for 5 nights in June and were not disappointed. Sitting outside enjoying breakfast and watching the world go by is a perfect start to the day. The pool is small but you know that when you book so I’m not sure why some people are negative about it. We spent a day by the pool and it was lovely. We stayed in a suite with a fantastic view looking out over the bay and while you don’t have a balcony, you can open the doors and enjoy the sea breeze. The location is stunning and very quiet. Housekeeping deserves a special mention, they are so attentive and keep the whole hotel beautiful. If we come back to Ibiza I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

What a beautiful elegant hotel with exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff! We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived; the staff attended to all our needs from airport transfers to valet parking. A really nice touch was the daily evening surprise desserts left on the fridge at turn down. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The room itself was impeccable and had a gorgeous sea/ harbour view that we were not expecting (we had a junior suite). Great location within the city walls and stunning views, however the hotel is at the top of a fairly steep slope so expect to break sweat!

Service above and beyond …||We echo all the other positive reviews. ||For a relaxing few days near the Centre of the Old Town - this Hotel and its location within the Medieval walls is perfect. ||A short walk to look over the old walls to views of the ocean are amazing. Daytime & evenings alike. ||The Hotel has a quiet and elegant atmosphere which everyone respects. ||The top floor Suite in a separate building is fabulous - open the many windows - enjoy the views and the breeze. So relaxing.

Charming hotel, lots of character, right in the centre of the old town (Dalt Villa) which is lovely and just five minutes from the Cathedral overlooking the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant a few times and it was excellent. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We would love to go back.

We were lucky to stay here during the medieval festival held every year. The hotel was in a great location and had all the facilities we required. The staff were friendly and very helpful, our room was clean and we were surprised with a treat every evening.
