R&C Hotel Mirador de Dalt Vila

A true gem in Ibiza's Old Town, away from the noisy nightlife. The room was comfortable and quiet, the staff was very kind, and the breakfast exquisite. Special thanks to Virginia and Marta at the reception for their helpfulness.

An Unforgettable Anniversary Celebration in the Heart of Dalt Vila We had the absolute pleasure of dining at this Michelin-recommended restaurant during our stay in Ibiza, and it truly exceeded all expectations. Nestled within the enchanting walls of Dalt Vila, the setting is breathtaking — a perfect blend of historic charm and stunning views. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. We mentioned a couple of allergies, and they took it incredibly seriously, going above and beyond to ensure our safety without compromising the experience. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable. The food? Simply divine. A true gastronomic journey through Mediterranean flavors — each dish beautifully crafted and full of personality. A huge shout out to the chef, whose creativity and execution were outstanding. We were even surprised with an extra dessert and a Yerbas toast to celebrate our 13th anniversary — such a thoughtful touch that made the evening even more special. We also want to thank the lovely hotel receptionist (sadly we didn’t catch her name), who truly went the extra mile to help create a magical atmosphere. Everything was just right — refined yet relaxed, elegant but never pretentious. The experience was so memorable that we returned again on Sunday. I still can’t stop thinking about the croquetas — without exaggeration, probably the best I’ve had in my entire life (and I’ve had many!). This place is a gem, both for the food and the people behind it. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely wonderful stay, amazing staff that go above and beyond. Wonderful breakfast selection. This hotel is immaculate throughout, lovely spacious room, fabulous location. Shuttle service to and from the airport. ||We would definitely return and stay again.

Very quiet and accessible location to old town center. Staff is super professional, welcoming and friendly. The pleasant surprise is the onsite restaurant with gourmet meals. Rooms are very clean with fine finishes. But some of the fixtures and furniture is a bit dated.

We have stayed several times at the Mirador hotel and last week the service from all the staff was first class , we had a late flight and they allowed us to keep the room until we left at 6pm that day ! Amazing service and will make us return in the future ,you feel part of the family when you stay at this hotel . However we have only ever experienced the breakfast which has to be described as one of the best when sitting outside on the terrace in the sun ! On this trip and regrettably on our last day we decided to have lunch at the mirador , the experience was incredible! ,the croquettes and the cheesecake were Michelin standard and we have been lucky to eat in many Michelin restaurants over the years. They have a new menu for 2025 which is not on their website ,but we can strongly recommend the chef “Andoni san Martin” ,his attention to detail was amazing to see and he came out of the kitchen to explain each dish which was good and really cared about his work ! It truly shocked us and we dine again next time Mike&Nicola

Fabulous! Complimentary airport collection/return. Very warmly greeted by reception and told we had been upgraded room to a junior suite. Room was absolutely stunning, everything you could possibly need. Turndown service provided which was an added bonus. Service was on the whole excellent albeit a little slow at breakfast. Breakfast selection was good however a better variety of fruit, bread etc would have been welcomed. Coffee was excellent! Didn’t eat there in the evening but had wine prior to leaving for dinner and it was very good. |The location is ideal for a stroll into the old town for dinner and cocktails. Taxis cheap if you don’t fancy the walk uphill.|Would highly recommend and I look forward to returning!

We stayed at Hotel Mirador in Ibiza for three nights in late May, and we really enjoyed our time there. The location is fantastic, perched on top of a hill, offering stunning views and a pleasant walk to both the hotel and the city center of Ibiza. ||||The staff were very nice and accommodating, helping us arrange a boat trip, which was a highlight of our stay. The breakfast at the hotel was also good, with a nice variety to start the day. Although we didn’t have dinner at the hotel, the meals we saw looked appetizing.||||It's worth noting that the hotel equipment is a bit older, so it doesn't have that brand new feel, but this didn't detract from our satisfaction with the stay. They also have a small pool—very small—but it’s a nice touch if you’re looking for a quick dip.||||Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit and would recommend it for its location, service, and charm.

There are two hotels to stay in while in Ibiza- the MIrador, located in the Dalt and the Ibiza Grand. The two hotels couldn't be any more different. When I stayed at the Mirador there was constant construction outside the building and my room. After complaining that this ruined any siesta time that I could of had- I was given a free breakfast. Almost a laugh. Next time it would be a good thing, if in fact the hotel informed you that they would be drilling right outside your room and ruining paradise.
