10 ‘Bridgerton’ Season 3 Locations You Need to Visit | Vogue

"Ranger’s House, a red-brick Georgian mansion fringed with wisteria and hidden behind a gate threaded with pink roses, is recognizable as Bridgerton House. It houses an impressive collection of art and decorative objects amassed by Julius Wernher, including over 700 rare pieces from Renaissance jewelry and 18th-century porcelain to Dutch Old Masters and the 'Madonna della Melagrana' from Botticelli's workshop." - Radhika Seth

I’m the biggest Bridgerton fan ever and always wanted to visit this Rangers House. I am Tehremy and I draw bridgerton fanart. Finally got to take pictures of my art infront of this gorgeous house 😍 How to get there? If you’re coming from North Greenwich station then take the 108 Bus and it’ll drop you at the top side of the park so you don’t have to hike up. :)

Half of the ground floor and most of the first floor is open to the public. The exhibitors are very knowledgeable and do a very good introduction. The art collection is very big considering it was made by only 1 person, some of the rooms have seats and there's extra information books, more so on the ground floor. Taking photos of the actual art, which is kept in glass cabinets, is not allowed.

To be honest, don't waste your money and time because nothing interesting as people making stories of it wow, fabulous, great, not even close to it. There's ban on taking photos and sharing it on Google Maps. Wish I can give it 0 star After the visit, I was thinking is there any point to visit Ranger House. No not at all

Ofcourse I’d recommend the iconic rangers house to every period drama and Bridgerton fan because it is now iconic. Sadly we can’t visit inside anymore but looks pretty from outside and I’m sure it’s a part of many of our hearts.

I love collections like this where you have such a variety of beautiful items brought together and reflecting the owners artistic tastes. I actually didn't realise you couldn't take photos as no one said anything and there were no signs. There are over 700 items on display across the two floors of this house. Perhaps my favourite items were the incredibly beautiful and intricate jewellery and the Renaissance Ceramics; the Maiolica on display here is tin-glazed pottery decorated in bright colours from 15th/16th Century.

The house was owned by German gold and diamond explorer. They had extensive collection of jewellery, paintings and items. Fantastic house and it’s small but surprisingly quite a lot to see. Bridgeton used the front of the house in the drama, which I knew it was always the case. There children friendly activities like puzzle and drawing in the house. Parking is free except a couple of the hours during the day Monday to Friday. The phots are not allowed inside the house, but we still had a good time in the house. It’s part of English Heritage site so it’s free entry for members.

*please note images are from the rose garden behind the rangers house, english heritage request no images are taken inside the property* The Ranger's house is a 5 minute wall from my house. I have lived in Lewisham for almost 3 years and I can't believe I have never been here before. The art collection is fantastic. There is even a Botticelli painting in there!!! The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable about the collection and offered a lot of insight into both the art collection and the Ranger's house. This is one of the best things to do in Greenwich but I don't feel as though I hear many people talk about it! If you are in South East London - make sure sure you include this - you definitly won't regret it.

An elegant Georgian mansion, Ranger’s House holds the Wernher Collection, featuring Renaissance and Baroque art. It exemplifies aristocratic patronage in art collecting and the adaptation of private residences into public cultural institutions.

Other than the Observatory and the Maritime Site Greenwich has many nice homes dating back to beyond the last century. The Wernher Collection which is based in the Ranger's House is an amazing collection to view. The collection which was started by Sir Julius Wernher the diamond magnate contains a sumptous album of silver, porcelain, paintings, ivories and a spectacle of fine jewels.
