The guest house is just amazing. I've never seen such a cozy, comfy homely stay like this. Host aunty was really really sweet, it felt like we were staying in our own house. Breakfast was also really good. It is just a perfect stay near the Virupaksha temple, I'll definitely come back and stay here.

Had a wonderful stay at this cute little guest house in Hampi! The host is incredibly friendly and always greets you with a warm smile. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The best part is the big balcony terrace — perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner while chatting with other travelers and soaking in the peaceful vibes. They also provide auto service, which makes exploring Hampi so easy. From popular sights to hidden gems, they help you discover beautiful locations along with lots of local information. Overall, a homely place with great hospitality. Highly recommended for a cozy and memorable stay in Hampi!

I had a great stay at Ranjana Guest House in Hampi. The view of the main temple from the rooftop is absolutely beautiful—especially at sunrise and sunset. The family who runs the guest house is very, very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and relaxed. If you book directly with them, you don’t have to pay tax, and they also offer auto tours, which makes getting around Hampi easy. On the day I checked out, they kindly let me store my bag all day until my night bus and even allowed me to use the washroom, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Ranjana Guest House for a comfortable, stress-free experience in Hampi. I would gladly come back!

We had a fantastic stay here. From the moment we arrived, we instantly booked for an extra night. The owner is wonderful. The rooms are spotless, spacious and think of everything including storage. The location is excellent.I can honestly say.I would only stay near this temple if you want the full vibe of Hampi.

Recently completed my stay for almost for 4 days. Stay wise is comfortable and the location wise is great. Most of the places are walkable from this stay. The host is nice and also commutable service being provided from here only. Within Hampi or even to Badami auto/cab services are available from here at reasonable rates. Food is available but limited and details are being listed out in the menu. If possible hot water kettle it can be provided in the room and so that hot water can be available for guest for drinking.

Our stay at Ranjana Guest House was truly wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had access to 24-hour water and reliable Wi-Fi throughout our visit. The house itself was very cute and charming, adding to the cozy atmosphere. The location was peaceful yet close to the Virupaksha Temple, which made it very convenient. What stood out most was the hospitality, the people here were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and always ready to help. It felt like a home away from home, and we would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Hampi.

What an amazing 2 nights we spent at Ranjana guest house! It is located right next to one of the still-operating temples from the old period, and next to the Hampi market and restaurants / cafes or anything you would need. From the start it was an awesome experience, with Jilan from the guest house coming to pick us up in his auto from Hospete train station. We then booked a full day excursion to see as many of the acheological sites as we could fit in, in the time we had. We did the full day tour, from 5am until 6pm. We stopped regularly for breakfast and lunch (had a south indian thali which was incredible). Jilan also took us specially to a coin shop as we collect old coins, and were looking for some for our collection. There is so much to see at Hampi, you could easily spend 3 or 4 days around the sites. We also got to experience feeding monkeys at one of the temples with bananas, if you would like to! Plus the landscapes and natural beauty make it one of the best places I have travelled to in my life. Cant thank Jilan and the rest of the team at Ranjana guesthouse for making it the best trip!!

Best stay in Hampi with most welcoming host. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.Location is best in heart of hampi city and next to virupaksha temple.Ample govt.parking available nearby.They also have auto driver's contact who offers day tour which we found very reasonable as compared to others and useful rather than driving own vehicle.
