The quality of a brand experience is measured in fine details. We were visiting Palma today and while wandering around the old town there was what can only be described as a truly epic thunderstorm. Thunder, lightning, hail the size of golf balls. While many of Palma’s shopkeepers kind of understandably weren’t thrilled with hordes of pedestrians diving for cover in their stores, the folks at Rapha went out of their way to invite people in and get people out of the rain. The cafe was full, the team were run off their feet, most of the people there had zero intention of buying anything, but the staff were just excellent. Courteous, efficient, understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. It was the kind of experience that I’ll tell people about. It was the kind of experience that sets certain brands apart. Chapeau!

⭐️ Rapha stores are always worth a visit, but this store in Palma de Mallorca is special ⭐️ I personally really like this store with the huge shopping area upstairs and the cozy coffee downstairs. The store also offers ride outs. Perfect location to enjoy some time off, talk to people with the same interests, shopping some new bike clothing pieces or sit down with your working laptop and enjoy the afternoon.

It's not just a shop, it's a meeting place. One of the best Rapha shops in the world. People are coming over not only to buy clothes but also to talk, spend time together and drink coffee which is (no doubt!) one of the best in Palma. To be honest, this was the only place, where the barista knew how to make a true latte :-) Design inside is super nice. At the bottom coffee shop with big tv and tables outside. At the second floor clothes and bike gear. Staff is very friendly, everybody are smiling. If you ride a bike and you like coffee, this is definitely the place which you should visit.

A visit to the Rapha store is a recommended part of a cycling trip to Mallorca like a climb in the hills of the Tramuntana. Upon entering the shop the friendly staff makes you feel like being a part of their community, offering tour tips and ride invitations together with some of the best coffee and snacks in Palma. The apparel is pricey but in my opinion worth it thanks to the great design and functionality.

The best absolutely the best coffee in town with the friendliest staff. I have been going there for few weeks and the days I didn’t go I regretted having coffee somewhere else. Thank you so much

We had looked at the clothes and wanted to have a good coffee afterwards. Unfortunately, the espresso tasted far too sour and watery. The quantity was more like a double espresso (under-extracted). When I took the cups back to the counter and told the barista in a friendly manner, I was told 'that I'm probably not used to specialty coffee'. You can argue about tastes, but I think it's a shame that the barista is not able to criticize or react appropriately at this point and instead looks for the customer's fault. The Cortado we ordered tasted good!

It happened yesterday. I rushed to the shop as a bird made a poo on my hair and jacket. I run to the empty shop and approached the bathroom which was closed. The shop was completely empty and the shop assistant come over to me and said : it’s only for the customers. I say “of course but I’m in an urgent need and I need to enter the bathroom immediately, I’ll of course buy something afterwards but can I enter now please “. And so he starts: “you didn’t even say a good morning, you want only to go to the toilet” with a serious and unpleasant way. So I say, “I’m sorry but I have a bird’s poo on my hair and I feel very uncomfortable can you please open the bathroom”. And so the gentleman turns around, goes back behind the counter and completely ignores me. … Ok, never again will I go there to buy a coffee, it was so unkind not to mention unprofessional. Was I supposed to enjoy a cup of coffee with a poo on my hair first and then clean it in the bathroom.. ?

A beautiful designed small place, crowded sometimes with fans. You can find good specialty coffee, pastries and upstairs you can find a small Rapha shop with theirs basics and new merchandise.
