They really took care of my precious toy with all the cares and love. They communicate and stay in touch with you throughout and the tones are all sweet and make you feel so comfortable for handing your toys over to them because they are not just toy tailors but actual doctors who tried all their best to save your toy and your past memories stored inside this toy. Dominique, the Chief Surgeon of raplapla, does not practice medicine as we know it. She is a true miracle worker. If you have a plushie that is in need of a “medical intervention” this is the place to go. Our baby was severely injured after getting viciously attacked by a hellhound 50 times her size. A creature forged in the deepest pits of hell, teeth like daggers, rage like a thousand suns. We feared the worst. We prepared ourselves for grief. Fast forward: After a single afternoon at the clinic she emerged not just healed, but renewed. Reborn. She looked as though she had spent three uninterrupted weeks bathing in milk and honey. Were implants involved? Black magic? Or maybe Botox and fillers? A secret fountain of youth hidden behind the sewing machine? We will never know. What I do know is this: My spouse has since looked at our plushie, looked in the mirror, sighed deeply, and asked whether Dominique accepts human patients. But that’s another story… Much love to the team at raplapla. 🫶

Brought our Twins for repairs and we're very happy and satisfied with the results. Service was fast and our babies were really taken good care of. I would like to thank Dominique and her team, they were very nice and accomodating. This experience was surely incredible.

I've put all my friends onto this place and now we all have the cutest matching plushes that we all adore so much.

This is the best shop ever for fun things for children and adults alike. The Monsieur Tse-Tse is the bestseller for a good reason (it looks funny but all children love this doll) and the koala one is super cute. I love that it is locally created in Montreal, and I really support local businesses that create organic and wonderful items.
