Brought our Twins for repairs and we're very happy and satisfied with the results. Service was fast and our babies were really taken good care of. I would like to thank Dominique and her team, they were very nice and accomodating. This experience was surely incredible.

They took such good care of my collectibles - My Pet Monsters! When I found them in storage, they were able to remove 25 years of cigarette smoke!! They smell fresh and look fantastic!!! Highly recommend!!! A+++++

We made the drive from Toronto to visit the Raplapla stuffed animal hospital in Montreal—and it was absolutely worth it. I brought in a childhood toy with deep sentimental value that was in very rough shape. I was nervous about the “surgery,” afraid it might change him too much. But Dominique worked magic. She spent the entire day thoughtfully restoring him—using all of his original fabric wherever possible and seamlessly patching in new material only where needed. She cleaned, restuffed, and revived him with such care that he looks refreshed but still unmistakably him. Dominique’s skill, dedication, and kindness are truly unmatched. She listens carefully and honors your connection to these beloved companions. I can’t recommend her enough—you’ll be in the best hands.

Our son owns over 10 of these stuffed toys, and for every single birth, we gift a new stuffed toy to each baby and they love them so much. I cannot recommend the store and the owners, employees, more. It is the #1 place I tell everyone to visit when they come to Montreal, with or without kids.

What a hidden gem! We pre booked an appointment and dropped off our gang of 3 stuffies, 1 for repair and 2 for restuffing. All done the next day. Got them back with cute cards and a prescription note. The attention to detail is phenomenal. The work done was superb. The whimsical nature is so unexpected and yet so in character. The cart holding the stuffies like a patient recovery area with their own little stuffie is the cherry on top. The best part? The cost was 1/3 of what we had been quoted in Chicago. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I brought George,my stuffed toy monkey of 45 years to be repaired as his legs gave way to old age and material was shredding.Dominique and her team took excellent care and restored george to his handsome self...thank you so much for your wonderful care and repair.

This is the best shop ever for fun things for children and adults alike. The Monsieur Tse-Tse is the bestseller for a good reason (it looks funny but all children love this doll) and the koala one is super cute. I love that it is locally created in Montreal, and I really support local businesses that create organic and wonderful items.
