A beautiful 160 year old house tastefully converted to a high standard. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast tasty and international. Pool is big and a delight to swim in. The room we had was lovely. More attractive than most "generic' higher end hotels. There is also a spa.

Fantastic stay at this resort. Service was outstanding! From.checking in,to the quality of the room to the free shuttle to town to the front desk, to the housekeeping and a special shout out to the security guard who gives 10/10 service 24 hours a day! Honestly I've never met a nicer gate house man.

I booked this hotel for my daughter very last minute, who was travelling solo. she had been in hospital for a few days and wanted somewhere she could recover in luxury. She cried when she arrived, it was so beautiful and she was very happy. There was an issue with her bath plug and she couldn't fill the bath but one word to reception team and the General Manager was on it right away and arranged an upgrade for her with a big bath. He listened to her needs and understood how important the recuperation time was spent with them. Coming from a hospitality background in 5 star hotels for over 20 years, we understand that sometimes things don't go to plan and once made aware, then the difference between a good hotel and an exceptional hotel is down to the staff and how they handle any issues. you give a hotel the opportunity to right a wrong and then they can show their true colours. The GM at this beautiful hotel did just that and more and I will be eternally grateful for looking after my daughter in my absense. My daughter loved the location, super comfortable bed, friendly staff and pool and hydrotherapy pool were excellent. She did not want to leave and her wonderful surrounding aided to her speedy recovery and she left feeling so great and ready for next leg of her travels. Thank you for all your generosity in spirit.

Really nice hotel which isn't the middle of all the main tourist centre but close enough to get to even if you walk. Its also close to local markets / restaurants which I personally really appreciated. Staff were incredibly sweet, rooms were nicely cleaned and decor was relaxing. The pool is incredibly cold but it's so soothing to be around especially when it's scorching out. Plenty of parking and considering there's a lot of greenery there were a minimal amount of critters. The only thing I didn't enjoy is the breakfast but the view across the river (and the close proximity to local markets) makes it a good opportunity to have a nice freshly squeezed drink. Recommend this place especially if you get such a great deal like the one we managed to find!

My partner and I had an unforgettable stay at this wellness hotel in Chiang Mai! The manager graciously upgraded us to a stunning room with direct pool access, which made our stay even more special. The RarinJinda Resort Wellness centre is absolutely 5 star. The hotel is in a nice quiet area next to the Ping River. The rooms are very clean, spacious with views to the pool. We had spa treatments and they were divine, very professional and worth every bit. They offer free shuttle to night markets at 6:00 pm. The staff are kind and make you feel special. I highly recommend this hotel to stay at while you visit Chiang Mai.

The resort is a heritage property. Elegant and classy piece. Great service and hospitality. An excellent place to relax with family. Walking distance to the night market. Will definitely stay there again..
