I have been buying carpet since 1980. The last 8 year a young lady by the name of Winter have been such a blessing. She was able to explain so much to me about the product as well as make a sale. The owner is always so polite and his prices are reasonable. They come out and service you , and they do an great job.🙏🏾🤙🏾

I ordered laminate flooring and it looked beautiful in the beginning. After about 4 months you could see the flooring picking up. I don't like the way it looks anymore and would not advise anyone to do more than one room at a time if you want it to look professional. The first question asked was I moving furniture, no I wasn't but if I was it should not cause that much damage unless the furniture was made of steel.

I grew up around the corner and always used them for my carpet and tile needs and they always provided good service and advice when needed; No harassment. Plus they always had a fat kitty kat to keep me entertained while I wait.pbl

Needed a rug for my child's classroom at school. They helped me find a large, good quality remnant that worked perfectly! The delivery was so helpful too. great experience.

I was very surprised to see their store on 123rd Street goneI really just stood there in disbelief. And then I said I know they must have relocated nearby. And then I found them such a relief. We need this guy He can be a little rough around the edges but once you know he treats every one that way it's fine. They offer a good product at a good price

Had an over the phone interaction with Terrell. Very rude!! Very dismissive, quite combative. Giving "LAST WORD" vibes through the 3 minute conversation. Wouldn't allow me to address the reason for my call. I wouldn't buy a soda from them. Very friendly when your purchasing but thereafter the vibes become not so friendly

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! They don't deserve any stars. They tried to rip us off, quoted prices for carpet then was half the cost online. When we called him out on it, he tried to make excuses and then refused to do business with us which was a blessing in disguise. Found RILEY CARPETS!!! and not only did they give us a great price, had the job done within 5 days, removed the old carpet, trash and did an excellent job. GO TO RILEY CARPETS IN THE BRONX. BEST IN THE BUSINESS

Really happy I found this place! The selection was great. The price was good. The service was beyond outstanding. Jose was patient and helped me get the exact flooring I wanted. Chicho the installer showed up right on time and did an excellent job. Mine was a tiny order, but I was cared for like an important customer. I started my search for flooring downtown. I'm so glad I headed up to Harlem and visited Raskin when it was time to buy.

BUYERS BEWARE - August - 2015 made a purchase with my Discover credit card, which I hadn't used in over a year and my balance was zero, this was the only purchase I made on this credit card.The very next day Discover text me informing me that a purchase had been declined and that my credit card had been maxed out. If you do have to make a purchase at Raskin Carpet I advise you pay cash and if you do use your credit card don't let it out of your sight. Better yet, it will be safer if you make your purchase any where else. Has anyone out there experienced this same issue after making a purchase at Raskin Carpet, please speak up now.
