Rastoni Hotel Aegina

Amazing hotel! We stayed for one night only but will definitely be coming back. The location is perfect, close to the port and beaches and everything but still on a street and surrounded by greenery so no city noise or similar bothers during the night. The hotel itself is beautiful, a big garden and nice art, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything, super nice! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were beautiful, also fit with mosquito screens so none bother you. All in all, highly recommend!

The Rastoni Hotel on Aegina exceeded all expectations and was one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed. Tucked into amazing private gardens, you feel as if you are in a garden paradise. The daily breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the Jasmine Bungalow which was very spacious and had the best shower ever! It was a 5 minute walk to the beach, and 5-10 minutes to the shops and restaurants. Would recommend taking a taxi from port for luggage but otherwise easy to walk everywhere from here.

This is a unique and special place. Basically, it's a lush garden that integrates seamlessly into a hotel. As close to perfect as a hotel can get. Liana took care of us from the moment we arrived. She was kind, welcoming and helpful. She found my lost hat and figured out it was mine and returned it to me. I highly recommend that you upgrade to a top-floor room, with a sea view.. You can watch the ferries go back and forth to the mainland, and see the sun set in all its glory. The price is very reasonable, the breakfast was delicious. We were in room #7, which was wonderful. The garden would be impressive in any climate, but even more so in the dry climate of Greece. It's exquisite, fragrant and has nooks and crannies where you can sit and read a book or enjoy your breakfast. It's beautifully lit up at night. You will feel special staying at the Rastoni Hotel. There is nothing like it. Perfection.

We stayed at the Rastoni Hotel for a family vacation, and it was everything we could have hoped for! The rooms were amazing, big and clean. Our own sitting area and balcony allowed privacy although the garden is providing nice seating areas. The staff was incredible and so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The front desk lady was amazing—she truly went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Breakfast each morning was a delicious assortment of foods, offering variety and new flavors for us to try. The beach, Temple of Apollo, and some of the best waterfront restaurants were only a 3-minute walk away. If you're looking for the perfect vacation and the best place to stay, it is Rastoni Hotel in Aegina !!

I stayed in a maisonette, on the top floor.||What's to love:|- Speedy and thorough communication prior to trip|- Reasonable rate|- Great location. Quiet. On the edge of town, but only an 8-minute walk to the main port|- Helpful front desk management (storing bags, providing ice or beverages, explaining the room, etc.). They were on top of everything (in a good way)|- Friendly housekeeper. She always had a smile, and offered to help with my luggage|- Cats! There are about 10 resident cats, and they add so much life to the hotel. Seemed like the other guests very much enjoyed their presence too|- STUNNING garden. Lots of green outdoor space for hanging out|- Two large patios. Beautiful sunset visible from the top one|- Spacious room. Many windows, with screens, which provided natural light and fresh air. Dark at night (you can close the shutters). Private patio. Quiet. Clean|- Strong Wi-Fi, which extended to the garden|- They're fine with guests using the garden after checkout||Room for improvement:|- Information on e-bike rental would have been helpful

Stayed here for 5 nights in May, there was 3 of us in room 9 with an unbroken view out to the Saronic gulf. The room was very large with a mezzanine floor. Lovely balcony to sit on in the morning and at night. Very nice breakfast and very pleasant staff work in the hotel, everyone was very nice. The garden is a dream like the garden of eden. If I ever returned to Aegina I would definitely stay again.

Excellent experience here. The rooms are "cute" and clean, the bed was comfortable and the grounds are beautiful! A bonus: a very nice breakfast was included. A very quiet location within easy walking distance from the hub of activity at the port. Restaurants, car rental, tours all easily available and the staff was great! Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the Rastoni. The hotel is well located, five minutes walk from the beach and about 10 mins from the town centre.||We had one of the maisonettes (room 18) which sleeps four (one double and two twin beds and two bathrooms) but there were only two of us so we had plenty of room. The space was well fitted out should you want to prepare small snacks. Breakfast was good (a selection of meats and cheeses along with hard boiled eggs, bread and various sweet bits and pieces) and we had ours in the garden.||The staff are all delightful and only too happy to help wherever they can. They organised a taxi for a round the island trip and also helped us book our ferry tickets to our next island.||I would definitely stay here again and can’t recommend it enough.
