"Anantara Mui Ne Drive four hours east from Saigon and you’ll arrive at the port city of Phan Thiet, around which lie sand dunes, scenic lakes, quaint fishing villages, golf courses, and—along pristine Mui Ne Beach—this five-star Anantara resort. It’s easy to access those area attractions and more from the hotel, or just hide out among its lush oceanfront grounds, which include a central palm tree–ringed pool, a quiet library lounge, and a kids’ club offering activities like fruit harvesting and kite flying. Choose from traditional hotel-style rooms in the main building—each with amenities like rainfall showers and satellite TV—or upgrade to a one- or two-bedroom pool villa, some with second floors or direct beach access. In addition to restaurants serving Vietnamese, pan-Asian, and Continental dishes, there’s theWine Room, whichhosts tastings and pairing experiences. Guests who’ve visited other Anantara locations will feel at home in the five-room spa, where signature brand services are tweaked with local ingredients like lemongrass and turmeric."
We stayed 2 nights in this ocean-front resort with 3 swimming pools. ||Our 2 rooms had ocean views. We woke up early in the morning to the sound of ocean waves and beautiful sights of fisherman with their catch, and families with children picking seashells and cones. This is definitely the place for complete relaxation, reading a book or just watching the world go by.||Breakfast was appetising with local and western cuisines. We also liked the good services provided by front office and concierge.||What we disliked :- the initial room offered to us had a strong cigarette smell, but it was quickly replaced. The bar of soap was less than 2cm thick. The bottles of hair and body shampoo were also small, insufficient for a couple. Housekeeping provided more bottles upon our requests.

Beautiful hotel on the beach! Very nice hotel, the kitchen is on top! Suitable for families with children and individual travelers! Room cleaning every day, water, tea, coffee and wifi for free. In addition to breakfast and lunch, there is a pleasant snack by the pool in the afternoon tea) Very responsive and responsive staff. The territory of the hotel is clean, the pool is well maintained and large! A pool without bleach! Oxygen purification, which is very good! The eyes do not sting and children swim comfortably.

Our family experience was alright, spacious room if you don't mind some broken details of the room.
Breakfast is from 7AM-9AM which is very crowded and short, limited choice of food but it is not so bad.
Great pool for kids and adults
Great beach front with white sand, some trash out in the water.

It was such a beautiful place to stay at. The place reminded me of a perfect jungle. The decorations and the view are so nice. I stayed in the four or more persons room and it was so huge. I thought that door to get in was not the room door but to open to get into the room inside, sorry kinda confusing on my part. Anyways I loved it here. The staff were nice, the food were great, and rooms were pretty clean. They gave you a free dragon fruit, so nice. I recommend coming here if you're ever in the area.

The Ravenalla is a beautiful resort in an oasis of mature landscaping, literally in the middle of Ham Tien Beach, Phan Thiet, VN. The building is beautiful and most rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. The shower is separate, important as the water doesn't get all over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was excellent with a separate egg chef. The pool was exceptional with a bar next to it and plenty of lounge chairs. The water was just a tad cold though. The resort is right next to the sea, just a stone wall away, with steps down to the water. As the beach is non-existent at certain times of the day, they've made a beach above with trees , sand and lounge chairs. But the most exceptional aspect of this wonderful resort, was it's front desk staff, the reason we booked day after unplanned day. Thi Thi and Tram both looked after our every need, were pleasant and thoughtful, went beyond what would have been expected, and were very professional. We loved them! DRC

We opted for the best room in the house at this resort and were not disappointed. We chose both bungalows facing the beach (had a friend travelling with us).||Wow what a beautiful hotel!||Excellent bungalow room facing the beach and also right next to the pool (LOL, and the pool bar).||Absolutely incredible staff.||Breakfast was delicious.||We loved the location although it is a medium sized walk to the main area of Mui Ne. That didn't bother us at all. You can just jump in a taxi, they're frequent enough.||Would highly recommend the Pho shop across the road and to your right when you exit the resort. YUM!

Very good service and good breakfast. Beautiful outdoor environment and nice bungalows. We had an ocean-facing bungalow and loved it. The beach was clean, and it was pleasant to sit along the beach and read for many hours.
The water and coke in the fridge is not free, but there is no sign indicating so.
