Food was so fresh and delicious. Service and ambiance great, as well. They have a fabulous vegetarian & gluten-free salad and main course. Loved the dessert, too: a perfect crème brûlée with the most cute cat ever. Decor was cat-inspired and perfect for this cat lady 🐈🐈‍⬛😻

Been here a few times and the food has always been excellent. Had a lankkupihvi, and it did not disappoint. We were a party of 9 persons, and all were happy with the service. There was a big event in town, so with this many guests a few more waiters would have been needed.

Great Autumn menu with mushroom soup, duck and French toast! Friendly staff, nice relaxed atmosphere. Quiet on my day of visit.

The most know steaks in Jyväskylä, which is opened for over 40 years, serving super good steaks with great side dishes and sauces. Have been there couple of times and it was a success. Go for the porccini soup for starters and take one of the super fine steaks. Pepper steak was superb.

Beautiful place. We were greeted very kindly and the food is super! You have to try the reindeer fillet (rare, not well done)!! On average the cost is 33€/person.

A local suggested us to come here for a traditional Finnish dinner. We trusted the advice and indeed it was great! Most likely the best meal we had in Finland. I got the steak as main course and I definitely recommend it. It’s a must!

Excellent food! I tried the Reindeer and Cream Brûlée , both excellent, especially the reindeer! My friend had the beef and she was very happy too !

Reliably good cooking and pleasant service at a reasonable price. Cozy but not cramped. I make it a point to visit every time I'm in Jyvaskyla.

I've been told that this is a traditional Finnish place. I've been here a few times, the first time was the best. I had the reindeer steaks. It's good, very rich sauces if your not used to that kind of food. Inside is nice, aged, homely (not the ugly kind of homely) Be ready to be there and hour or more for a regular meal. I'd go back, I think I'd try a steak next time.

The food here is very tasty. We were a party of 5. I chose the stuffed savoy cabbage, while the others chose from various different meat dishes and we all reported ourselves impressed by how the food was presented, and tasted. The cloudberry pancakes for dessert were great, too. If you're looking for fine dining in Jyväskylä then this should definitely be on your shortlist.
