Great indoor and outdoor area for lunch. They provide blankets if it's too cold. My meal took about 45 minutes to be delivered and was good, but everything is very expensive. I don’t recommend the strawberry matcha and the strawberry milkshake (tastes like nesquik).

We went there as part of the Amazing Co. Gift we received from a few friends. Though we didn't stay there for a long time, we just collected an antipasto platter and a kid's lunch pack, the place looked very welcoming and a popular place for the locals to meet. It has a big space and the person who served us was nice.

Good food with choice to sit inside or a very nice area outside. My GF lamb gyro was good. My partner’s ham and cheese panini took a long time and several inquiries. My lemon cake arrived slowly and was a bit dry. Good flat white.

We seem to drive down to Bowral quite a bit and especially to meet a friend who lives there. She recommended this place so we’ve been two or three times now.. it’s at the Sydney end of Bowrals main street .. and it’s quite a large premise, with indoor and outdoor seating and there’s a small shop at the start of the building as well. Friendly staff, beautiful tea and coffees. And very nice cakes and other goodies, and they cater for people with food intolerances as well.. just a really nice place.

Fantastic Cafe in Bowral! My family and I had breakfast at Raw & Wild Market & Cafe on our first visit to Bowral and it was amazing. From the warm welcome at the door to the beautiful vibe inside, everything was perfect. The service was friendly and incredibly fast and the food was absolutely delicious. The spotless toilets were a bonus! The lovely lady at the front even gave us great tips on places to visit around Bowral. This experience alone makes us want to come back—highly recommend!

Street and rear entrance; this store has a large Cafe in the back half and a health food shop in the front. Super busy over lunch period, be prepared to wait especially if coming to order a meal. Funky decor, nice vibe. Undercover outdoor seating off the Cafe. Extensive food and drinks menu (in the fridges + to order). Busy road, so on street parking is tricky. Disability accessible & provision for dietary requirements.

Had to stop here once again to sample the delicious food. Still as good as ever with great coffee. A must if in the area. We had the hotcakes and miso mushrooms this time.

Yelp
Fantastic spot for lunch in Bowral! At the front you have a grocery store with fresh produce, health food, kitchen supplies and more. At the back there's a lovely cafe (with outdoor seating). The food is delicious and they cater to all sorts of dietary requirements. You can sit down for a full meal or just stop for a coffee and cake. Definitely recommend this spot!

Yelp
Very disappointed. Service was extremely poor and staff were rude. We ordered pancakes and avocado toast. Toast was burnt and pancakes were covered in fairy floss (did not include this on the menu). Even our table water had stuff in it. We ended up leaving with our food barely touched.

Yelp
This cafe has been a must for me when I have been to Bowral for a weekend or trip. Unfortunately my latest visit was incredibly disappointing, we paid an outrageously expensive $13 each for takeaway chicken wraps that turned out to be soggy and full of skin and gristle and also purchased a baked fig loaf that was so stale it was inedible. We bought 3 wraps and they were all the same. I gave three stars as I have eaten there before and our food was nice but today's experience was not worth any stars. Would have returned for a refund but we were driving back to Sydney and ate on the way.

Yelp
Great quality food. May not be the cheapest but worth it. Got eggs Benedict with salmon was $19. Wife got gluten free corn and zucchini fritters with spinach and salmon also $19. Food is organic and tastes great. Also got the DOD (drink of the day) which was handmade lemonade with agave sweetener and mint. Was $5 and awesome. Would give it 5 stars if it was about 15% cheaper. Great friendly service. Edit: Came back a 2nd day in a row. This time ordered mug a cino at $4.20 much better bang for buck. Also shared the "Wild Breakfast your choice" which is 2 eggs cooked to your choice plus 4 sides and 2 pieces of sourdough for $20. This fed 2 people easily. Great value.

Yelp
Fantastic service on a busy Sunday. This health food store has a lot more than just quinoa and cous cous. Tucked away behind the shelves is a bustling, busy cafe serving up all manner of organic food, snacks and main meals. The staff here were all super super helpful, and even though it was packed to the rafters on a Freezing Sunday afternoon, our waitress was happy to find us another table for 6 inside, after we had initially set up camp in the chilly outside patio. I browsed the shelves while I waited. They stock everything from Natural crystal deodorant to organic locally sourced meat cuts, and have big range of organic bottled juices. For lunch I had sweet pumpkin tart tartin, which came with a roquette salad. Friends had the FOD ( fish of the day) and the BOD ( burger of the day) and the POD ( pasta of the day) everyone was pretty happy with their meals. There is a big range of wines and even preservative or gluten free beer choices. There is a Kids menu, and even a fur kids menu. Which I loved. If you're in the southern highlands it's well worth fighting someone for a parking spot on a weekend to get some lunch here.

Yelp
With not much choice left in Bowral on a Saturday night, when a lot of other restaurants are fully booked the fact that this was accessible says something. The food was healthy but lacking substantially in flavor and the value just didn't seem to be there (wife's mushroom and tofu was $28.5!). Staff were friendly but not very attentive and even with a half empty place the meals took forever to come out. They serve dinner but I don't recommend it for dinner.

Yelp
So SLOW. Waited 25 minutes for takeaway coffees after waiting 30 for breakfast, food was bland and overpriced, staff were super unfriendly and acted like I was a huge inconvenience every step of the way. Very unimpressed.

Yelp
We had eyeballed this place a couple of times passing through Bowral, especially after getting a good coffee on the run. Hidden out the back of an organic and wholefoods store is a great little cafe. So it was with anticipation we made time for a lunch stop, and found a table about 1pm Saturday. The place was heaving, and service was pretty much happening at a run. The menu looked good and I was eying up some lamb koftas when we got the news that there was a minimum 40 minute wait for food. Ba-baow. We really don't have that much time, so all we could get was anything from the deli cabinet - wraps, quiches, frittatas and cakes and slices. Hmm. Organic chicken wrap and a carrot cake for me, spinach and sweet potato quiche for her. And coffees, of course. Coffee was great. The food going by looked real good which added to the pain that ours was pretty slow and sadly pretty ordinary when it arrived. The quiche was flavourless, we had to find our own cracked pepper to add some zing, the wrap was unremarkable and sadly the carrot cake was dry and unenjoyable. Paying the bill was another mission as there were a lot of people wanting to pay and the process was s l o o o w w w. So, bummer. Next time, we'll allow more time and try the menu, but on today's meal and service, two stars is best I can do.

Yelp
It's obvious when you find a place with a chef that understands how to get creative right. The menu is a reasonably long list of dishes that have had that little bit more thought put into them than the standard fare by someone who knows how to combine various flavours. All dishes rely on good quality, fresh produce and our selections were both delicious. None of it is particularly cheap but I'd rather eat well than eat cheaply. Havnig said that our bill for two people for lunch with a dish each and a glass of home made lemonade was not extravagantly expensive by any stretch of the imagination. There is plenty of seating, the staff were pleasant enough and the food was served in good time. There's a reason why Raw & Wild has so many good reviews and we are most definitely adding to them!

Yelp
Had breakfast two morning on a recent stay in Bowral and couldn't ask for much more from a cafe. Service is great, menu varied and all the food is organic and well cooked and presented. Coffee is also very good with details on where its from and its organic and sustainability status. Having a look through the attached market store is also worth it for some good organic products and locally produced produce.

Yelp
I eat breakfast here regularly, the food is excellent and the coffee is great. The service is fantastic and they looked after my dog almost better than me.

Yelp
Trendy little spot in down town Bowral offering organic produce at the street front, with a cafe down the back. The trade was brisk, especially in the cafe. We were a table of five, each choosing a different offering from the menu. The serves were large, so no complaints there. We all ate most or all of our meals. We were disappointed at the small things: someone else's lipstick on my coffee cup and a couple of the meals served at a tepid instead of a warm - hot temperature. My mate had the 'Tempura Zucchini Flowers' which I would have called 'battered and deep fried'. They were a little stodgy, but the fresh product looked lovely. (They had trays of the baby zooks with the flowers on for sale in the shop). My sister had to order three different wines from the menu before she picked one they actually had in stock. That was a little annoying. Especially for her. I liked my mushroom risotto and my replacement coffee (minus the lippy) but it didn't blow me away. I wouldn't head back there in any hurry.

Yelp
Great quality good however the portions were a little on the shy side. Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor dining. Great for kids with coloring in and games. Also has a small supermarket attached for takeaway goodies!
