I had an awful experience at this resort and feel compelled to warn others. During my stay, some of my personal belongings—including cash and valuables—were stolen from my room. After some investigation on my own, it became clear that the cleaner was likely involved.
I immediately reported the incident to the management, expecting at least some form of action or concern. Instead, I was met with indifference. They refused to investigate properly—no questioning of staff, no review of CCTV, and no effort to check the cleaner’s quarters. Their response? “Just file a police report,” as if this kind of thing happens all the time and isn’t their problem.
There was absolutely no sense of responsibility, no apology, and no support offered. As a paying guest, I felt completely ignored and helpless. The lack of professionalism and care was shocking.
If you value your safety, your peace of mind, or your belongings, I strongly advise against staying at this resort. A beautiful location means nothing when the staff can’t be trusted and the management refuses to protect its guests.
