We visited twice. The first time we had lobster, crab, and fish; the second time we tried mantis shrimp, squid, and oysters. The oysters were especially good, served with seasonings and sauces we had never tried before. The restaurants usually recommend the best cooking style for each item, which is helpful. The staff may approach you, but they are not pushy, and we never felt pressured or scammed. The key is to stay calm, ask questions, and take your time to decide. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, which can feel a bit rushed at first, but everyone was friendly and genuinely helpful.

Thumbs up. You're picking your seafood (live - check the photos) and the restaurant across the small road and choose the way you want it cooked. We picked the restaurant 4 meters away from the market store. My favorite was - tuna sashimi Sugata-zukuri style from the tuna we've bought and Blue Crab Tum Yum (restaurant own seafood). Lobster was good enough, but I'm spoiled by the way it's cooked in NYC in general and the way we cook it at home in particular (lobster there is not cheap). Tiger Prawns were incredible as well (we ordered them grilled). Nice addition of 3 liters beer tower made the evening even more wonderful 😊 If you going there for the first time - make sure you bargain at the market before going to the restaurant. You can save up to 30%-50% on seafood by doing so. Highly recommend. P.S. If you can't stand fresh fish smell you may want to go elsewhere where everything comes to you already cooked 😉

Certain restaurants offer very nice cooking. However, the ones at the beginning and end are somewhat expensive, include a 10% service charge, and the quality of cooking is lower. Khun Phan is the best...

Amazing as usual! Every time we come to Thailand - we always visit this seafood market on one of our days! Fresh oysters, lobsters, shrimps of different size! Must visit place in Phuket! And the prices are good!

A real seafood market experience seated in tradition on the Rawai seafront. Purchase your freshly caught fish or shellfish in one side and have it cooked to your preference on the other side of the street. Highly recommend for seafood lovers.

You can choose your kind of fish / seafood, clam and go to the restaurant on the opposite and let them cook for you. It wasn't cheap but everything we tasted was fresh and delicious
