We visited twice. The first time we had lobster, crab, and fish; the second time we tried mantis shrimp, squid, and oysters.
The oysters were especially good, served with seasonings and sauces we had never tried before. The restaurants usually recommend the best cooking style for each item, which is helpful.
The staff may approach you, but they are not pushy, and we never felt pressured or scammed. The key is to stay calm, ask questions, and take your time to decide.
The atmosphere is lively and energetic, which can feel a bit rushed at first, but everyone was friendly and genuinely helpful.
