Well curated selection of interesting clothing from a wide range of global brands. Mostly european and american brands, also noticed some japanese. All relatively high end stuff. Really good store for upscale men’s casual clothing. Friendly staff too. Bunch of guys in their 20s that seemed to really know the clothing. Check them out!

Love the brands they carry here. Will be my top shopping location in Vancouver moving forward. Overall had an awesome experience and everyone was helpful!

Excellent casual men's clothing store. A little pricey, bit it's to be expected on West 4th, I believe. I love that they carry Peregrine Supply Co. beard grooming products. Staff were very helpful, bit not intrusive.

Placed an order here, looking to buy a specific item for a friend and i see $50 dollars is the cheapest option available for shipping,(only American companies for some reason) Having to pay 25% + of your order for shipping feels wrong regardless of what the cost of the item is. I don't appreciate being gouged over shipping cost for sending a normal sized item to Ontario. I payed less shipping when i bought a sweater form the UK.

I encountered a disappointing experience that felt racially biased, similar to another review from two years ago. When we entered the store (we’re an Asian couple), the three staff members—white males—looked up briefly without greeting or acknowledging us. We walked around the store with no greeting or check-in, yet when two other groups—a Caucasian man and a Caucasian couple—entered, they were warmly welcomed with smiles and friendly greetings. Moments like these are a stark reminder of the different treatment we sometimes face simply because of our race. Given that this behavior was noted in a previous review two years ago, it seems this issue hasn’t been addressed. I urge others to consider supporting businesses that value inclusivity and treat all customers with respect.

An issue that I've experienced - not once but twice at this store - where I felt uncomfortable by the unfriendly service. This past weekend I went into the store hoping that the service has improved since the last time I was there, but to no avail it was worse. I walked in the store, and was ignored the entire time. I passed by the young staff member behind the counter and received no greeting, until I initiated a 'hello' to him. As I continued looking at the clothing, a group of 3 came in and were given an exuberant greeting and was granted an approach by this staffer. Afterwards, another gentleman walked in and received a boisterous 'hello' by the same staffer. However, as I continued looking at the clothing, the staffer continually ignored me and I simply left disappointed. When I first walked in the store, I noticed that another customer was of Asian decent -as I was - and we both received the 'silent treatment' by this staffer, whereas the other well treated groups mentioned were all Caucasian. I had this feeling a couple of years ago, where I was ignored by the staff there, but was given better treatment to others who were of other ethnicity. I'm not the one to crusade against racial prejudice in the service industry, but I as customer who was dressed well and keen on purchasing clothing was treated like a second class citizen. I hope that the attitude of this clothing store's staff improves on behalf of others. It was truly sad and disappointing to get no proper treatment while 'others' did. I will never go back again, and not sure if I'll recommend it to others.

Good selection of Fred Perry. Not huge but very decent. Helpful gentleman staff. Rain jackets, casual wear, jeans and socks. Lots to check out. Came in and was pleasantly surprised that my Fred Perry polos were on sale. I'll be back.

Google
Great shop with a great selection of brands like Citizens of Humanity, Nudie, Relwen, Fred Perry, and Barbour. The staff were super helpful and from what I think, they have one of the best Jean selections for men in Vancouver.

Yelp
It's about time someone filled the void of fine men's fashion retailers. There's all these great places for women but far fewer for men who are fashion conscious. Ray Rickburn does the trick offering a great shopping experience for guys and offering wonderful styles at affordable prices. A definite must for any guy looking to update their wardrobe. The layout is simple and easy to shop and browse and the workers here make it a hassle free experience that truly caters to the guy.

Yelp
Vancouver is low on all men's apparel shops so it's nice to have Ray Rickburn as an option for us... They don't carry and super stellar or original brands that you can't buy elsewhere in Vancouver...BUT...they have a great selection of the brands they do have..ie...Elvis Jesus, Lacoste, Fred Perry, Ted Baker..... They also have a great assortment of men's accessories...great belts, wallets and jewelery...which is kinda rare... The service is pretty chill as is the stores mood...which makes for a pleasant shopping experience..

Yelp
Guys in the know are already well aware of the fact Ray Rickburn is a one-stop shop for a preppy-chic, head-to-toe wardrobe. Think Fred Perry, Paul Smith, Penguin, and Lacoste. The store's also got an impressive collection of manly accessories on offer: Juicy Couture cuff links, Ted Baker ties, and loafers by J. Shoes.

Yelp
I came in just as they were closing, therefore, I can understand if they weren't on the 100% customer service side. I wanted to get something fashionable for the guy that I am dating and came here for some inspiration. I found a cute shirt that reminded me of a book that I read when I was a child and it warmed my heart, The Hungry Caterpillar.
