We were given room 3 on the ground floor next to the front door. We heard everything. Every time the door opened or closed, discussions, people eating, etc. Avoid this room; it is horrible. You will stay awake until the last people check in and go to bed and you will be woken up as soon as the first people decide to come down to the kitchen to eat. Upon arrival we were told this was a basic hotel and they were going to give us a continental breakfast out of kindness. Think instant coffee, toast and breadstuffs from Tesco, cereal and juice. Our bedroom was clean and nice, with a kettle and big bathroom. They provided two tiny bottles of shampoo. Towels were decent. Bed was fine. But the noise was just too much. A young woman was chatting in the hallway quite late (and loud!) and my husband finally asked her to go into the dining room and he closed the door behind her. She wasn't happy, but neither were we. The town center and restaurants are a bit of a hike -- better to drive. It was convenient for the airport, but that's about it. I can't recommend the place. The person checking us in seemed nice enough and the place was clean, but we were uncomfortable and unhappy from the second we arrived until we left.

Lovely place to rest after our drive. Our hosts were wonderful and inviting. The room and house are beautiful and historical. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

Booked this for two nights for a classy hen party. Bernie was incredibly helpful from initial booking, flexibility and suggestions. The price was very fair for us all and transparent throughout. They were very responsive to emails and phone calls and excellent communication throughout.||||We arrived and were warmly welcomed. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We had drinks in one of the main rooms, and the team went out of their way to help us set up media. We then moved into the dining room for a 9 course replica meal of the Titanic's first class last meal. It was delicious! The setting was perfect and the sound proofing meant we felt comfortable enjoying ourselves without disturbing other guests. The staff really helped us with everything and we continued our festivities in another of the main lounges. ||||The next day we went into Belfast, which was a short drive by taxi. Rayanne House were great at recommending we booked a taxi home ahead of time, as they are tricky to get

Nice quiet area and peaceful hotel, so I enjoyed three good night sleeps. However, my room was small, dark, and pokey, I think I had the short straw of the choice of rooms. I had a used towel left in my bathroom from the previous guests which when I told the person at the reception they apologised but didn't offer to take it so I had to handle it myself and bring it down to reception, also my shower wasn't working there was a twist on the pipe so the water just trickled down, I mentioned it to the person on reception and he gave me a key to another room so I could use the shower only. When I said earlier, I had the short straw. I realised this when using the other room. It was like walking into another hotel, the room was perfect and I wished it was mine, however the shower was better but still not the best. Another positive is the convenient free parking. Oh, and they don't do daily housekeeping.

Wow! What an experience! We have been on a 2-week vacation going all around England and Ireland and this was by far my favorite dinner of the trip! Every single course was something that far exceeded my expectations and left me satisfied! So reasonably priced for what you get! The staff were lovely and the rooms were all very different and cool in their own way! We have a large party of 9 plus one extra person and they accommodated us very well! If I ever go back to Belfast, this will be my first pick to stay! Thank you Rayanne House for a lovely experience!!

Rayanne House has left a special place in our hearts! We found it by chance and it was obviously meant to be! Conor was a very welcoming and friendly host and we were lucky to be able to stay in this lovely house, the amazing spacious queen size room on top floor with balcony and great view of the garden and Belfast Lough - the sunsets were amazing! Bed was very comfortable, quality linen and the room and bathroom with all the lovely little extras was faultless. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with excellent, tasty breakfast starters followed by mains. All staff were lovely too. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

So lovely! We were in town for a wedding at the Ulster Folk Museum, and stayed for just under a week. Very cozy and charming, very clean. Breakfasts were delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a little bit of a walk to the nearest shop, so perhaps better to have a car, but totally worth it.

My partner and i stayed here for two nights and loved every minute of it . We adored the exceptional breakfast, each morning and found all the staff to be highly efficient and warm and friendly .||Our room was on the top floor and we enjoyed a fantastic view across the lough . The room was so spacious and quiet and elegantly furnished . ||We were very impressed with Bernie and Conor ‘s help , when our car had an unexpected technical problem and Conor put us in touch with a local mechanic, who was so helpful and accommodating . ||We will definitely be staying in this lovely home again . Yelp
What a special place to stay!! The hospitality could not have been nicer and while we weren't able to experience their famous dinner we were lucky enough to have the most amazing breakfast! Great twists on traditional Irish food and couldn't have been yummier!!

Yelp
This is my second stay at the Rayanne House in two years and I have to tell you that it doesn't get any better than this, anywhere! Bernie and Connor McClelland really know how to make you feel relaxed, pampered, and content. The rooms range from classical to modern decor, but all come with bathroom en suite and most come with amazing views of Belfast Lough. I always stay in Room 14 (on the third floor) as it one of their largest rooms, balcony with view, and large closet for long stays. Rayanne House has been listed as 5th Best Regional Restaurant by Food and Wine Magazine and Connor came in 4th Best Chef in Ulster 2012! You will not be disappointed by accommodations or the food. Both are top notch. This is luxury all the way!
