Raymar Hotels Ankara

Great location-main shopping street and restaurants are just around the corner. Sound insulation was very good, you won’t get disturbed by the noise. I loved the cleanliness everyone 👌 AC worked very well. Room had a mini bar. Facilities were great, just internet was a bit weak. Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind and professional 👍

Mid-range hotel located in the city center with spacious rooms, friendly non-English speaking staff and reasonable cleanliness. The breakfast buffet offers everything you need, egg dishes are freshly prepared.

Overall a good experience at the Raymar Hotel Ankara. The best thing about the hotel is the location with close access to food, shops, and attractions. The hotel is an old building needing some renovations but overall good value for money. The staff was friendly and nice but many did not speak English which made it difficult for us to communicate. The breakfast was nice, tasted good and fresh although not many options but was still very good. The first night we stayed was a weekend night and it was a bit loud because the hotel is close to places with loud music but the second night it was quiet. The added photos are just to give an idea of the room.

Staff are great and friendly but the rooms are way too noisy and there is a couple of bars and night clubs near by which made it very hard to get any quality sleep even though we changed our room and we were all the way on the top floor. There is also construction next door which added to the sound!!! Also there was a weird smell in the bathrooms. Breakfast was ok and location is close to the city center which makes it convenient.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in April 2022. The location was great, very close to Kizilay and the city center. The lobby was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. First 3 nights we stayed in a room at the back of building where the sound of music of bar was so annoying. We asked them to change our room and they kindly changed our room to the front side of the hotel which was quieter. Housekeeping was very good and they clean our room every day. They charge water, tea, shampoo and change towels. ||There is just a weakness about both rooms, which none of them was non-smoking and they smell cigarette too much. ||Actually, the Pros of hotel was its breakfast which was various and fresh. It has both cold and warm items and the staff of the restaurant were very welcoming. ||To sum up, it was an average stay.

The hotels interior and exterior design is really interesting and extraordinary. The workers are really friendly and helpful. Also I was pretty satisfied with the breakfast as long as there were included different options of food. Thanks for good memories of Ankara ❤️

Hi|Booked my stay at RAYMAR hotel ANKARA 5 days in advance after 5 hours of driving I was told there was no booking, after showing the phone calls the excuse was the person who did the booking no longer worked there, the reception Mustafa was very apologetic and rebooked, the staff needs training urgently in costermer service and costermer satisfaction,

"We recently visited Raymar Hotel Aqua, looking forward to a fun day at the aquapark with our child. To say our experience was disappointing would be an understatement. Not only did we end up waiting for 40 long minutes for the water bubbles, but it was also shocking to see that with the influx of visitors, they only had 4 bubbles available for exactly 2 people. Such poor planning on their part made our visit much less enjoyable than we'd anticipated. Furthermore, when we tried addressing our concerns at the information center, we were met with indifference and were simply sent away without any resolution to the issue. It's disheartening to feel as if our grievances were not only ignored but also brushed aside. Given our experience, I strongly advise families to consider other options before thinking of spending a day here. It truly feels like we did not get the value for the money we paid. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Families deserve better than this. Think twice before visiting Raymar Hotel Aqua."
