Rayna Tours Desert Safari Dubai Camp

We recently went on the Desert Safari in Dubai with Rayna Tours, and overall, the experience was enjoyable. Our driver was exceptional—very skilled, experienced, and made the journey comfortable and safe. His professionalism truly stood out and added great value to the trip. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The camel ride, which was advertised as part of the experience, lasted less than a minute. It felt more like getting on and off the camel rather than an actual ride, so it would be great if the duration could be extended to make it more meaningful. For sandboarding, we were a group of five, yet we were only provided with two boards and a very small piece of wax. Unfortunately, the wax wasn’t sufficient, so the boards didn’t slide properly. This made the activity inconvenient and less enjoyable for the entire group. On a positive note, the dinner buffet offered delicious food with plenty of variety. However, the organisation could be better. When the buffet opened, everyone rushed at the same time, with no order or queueing system, which created a chaotic experience. I personally chose to wait rather than stand in the crowd. Despite these issues, we still had a good time, and with a few adjustments—mainly improving organisation and enhancing the included activities—Rayna’s Desert Safari could be even better.

Well organised and full of fun and action. We purchased the premium package. Pickup and drop off from our hotel promptly. It took about one hour to drive from to the desert. Our driver was very experienced in both driving conditions on the road and on the sand. We stopped at a shop in the middle of the desert for refreshments, shopping and camel riding with many photos opportunity. We didn't buy any souvenirs as it didn't meet our liking, Back on the road we drove to the top of the sand dune for some of the amazing sin set photos opportunity. We then drove to the camp for dinner, drink and more live shows with music and performance. We was driven to our hotel around 830pm. Very happy!

An unforgettable experience in Dubai! We were picked up directly from our hotel and driven out to the Arabian desert, that’s where the adventure began. The driver let some air out of the tires before taking us on an exhilarating ride through the sand dunes. It was thrilling, bumpy, and so much fun! We stopped twice along the way, first to take pictures with a falcon, to ride a quad bike or a camel (for an extra cost). There was also a bar available, though the prices were a bit on the higher side. The second stop of the evening was at a beautiful desert camp with dinner, drinks, and live entertainment included. A little limited the meat. Inbthe end it was closer to a vegetarian buffet. The traditional Arabic dance performance under the stars was mesmerizing, the music, the lights, the flames and the atmosphere made it truly magical. All in all, a fascinating and well-organized experience, worth every penny. A must-do when visiting Dubai!

The entire set & the organised shows was amazing, But some improvements i would recommend is : - More Toilets and more hand wash outside the toilets so as to reduce the sudden rush during food serving time. - Please let people go in a couple of Que's in 2 or 3 Lines to take the food(main course), keep entry & exit even with the accomplishments that was kept in Two different areas so as to reduce rush, spillage on each other & keep it more organised.

It was our first time visiting a desert camp, the best part of it was our driver from Rayna called Shehzad from Pakistan. From the moment he picked us up he was absolutely helpful and polite and made sure we were comfortable. He guided us on which food is best to have, took our sunset pictures, helped us with the sand boarding. If you want a wonderful experience, I would recommend asking for him. We had the most memorable time in Dubai thanks to him. I hope he gets rewarded accordingly, he is so passionate about his job, it’s a pleasure

My experience with Raina Desert Safari was disappointing overall. The desert scenery was beautiful, but the tour felt poorly organized. We spent a lot of time waiting around, and several activities were much shorter than expected. The camp was crowded, and the food and entertainment were just average. The staff tried to be helpful, but the overall experience didn’t justify the price. Only positive was a very friendly driver. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I had hoped for. I wouldn’t choose this company again.

These guys are the best . The whole safari organization was amazing from the beginning when they picked us up at the hotel . First they drive us to the desert to start position where you can find shop with scarfs, souvenirs.. they made the scarf on my head 👌🏻 and you can rent baggy , ride a camel , take photos . Then we went on a safari ride which was adrenaline ride and our driver was amazing guide. Then we went to the camp . That experience was perfect. The whole organization was 🔝. Food is great , program and dancers were brilliant and lady doing hanna tattoos was super cute and kind . I loved every part of this excursion and you should do it .
