Rayz Vendôme

The staff were super friendly & helpful||The location was ideal, right around the corner from Place Vendôme.||We were upgraded & the room was delightful. The bathroom & bedrooms were large compared to other Parisian hotels I have stayed in.||Breakfast was continental & chosen upon check in & a little confusing. I ended up circling most options but it was lovely & plentiful.||The only thing I would say is that they didn’t have much of an indoor waiting area. They had plenty of outdoor seating but given that the weather is temperamental 80% of the year, it did get a bit crowded as we were checking in/out and other guests were arriving or leaving for the day. ||I’d also say that they need more signage in the road stating the name of the hotel as we did have some trouble finding it.||I’d definitely stay here again!

Spacious and clean two bedroom suit for family of 4 with well equipped kitchen. Location was excellent to so many attractions. including all your shopping needs. Friendly staff.

Our trip to Paris was exceptional, the staff was very very nice and pleasant greeting us in the morning providing assistance with securing transportation information. This visit was outstanding and I would suggest Rayz Verdome to everyone who plans on visiting Paris.

I loved that the hotel was off the street & within a charming courtyard. We stayed in November so weather wasn't great to enjoy this charming outdoor green space. This would be perfect in better weather months, some rooms w/balconies as well as with & w/out kitchen. We stayed in an apartment room which was very spacious with kitchenette which was perfect to have snacks & drinks in the room. We had a large full wall of windows, so much light but full drapes/blackout for sleeping. We loved the location, booked to be central location for walking & very safe quiet side street a short walk to Opera where we walked for Roissy Bus transfer to CDG. The front desk staff were fantastic, spoke fluent English. They had a number of umbrellas for guest use at the front door which was nice as we only brought 1 & needed it daily. Would absolutely stay again when we return to Paris.

Best location and friendly staffs. Apart from that, everything else was disappointing. We are family of 4, staying at two bedrooms for 4 days. The website has beautiful photos, but the room was not ~ Very dark, not enough lights, tiny kitchen, tiny bathroom. The downstairs living area is too tiny for a family. Surprisingly there is no laundry in the service apartment. The sink was too small for water flow, hardly to wash face. There are fungus in the bathroom, and the sink is moldy; bath towels has lipstick stain. It’s a very old apartment, nothing is similar to the photos on the website. On the first night, we could hear strange sound like crying/animal sound, we didn’t know where it came from. Kids were so scared. Later we could hear next door talking and TV very clearly. I lodged a complaint to the reception and wanting to check out straight away. However the front staff said she didn’t receive my email, and refused to check us out. Overall, The hotel is over-rated and not worth the money (580euro per night) I paid for.

Everything about this hotel was beyond my expectations! The room was amazing and very clean, with a view to the patio. Coffee, tea and water always available. Great breakfast brought to my room by a very friendly lady. Reception desk was so friendly and helpful whenever I needed! I would highly recommend and hope to come back!

Excellent stay, location and hotel staff, exceeded our expectations. They answered our personal request, and made our celebration even more special!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! Clean, good amount of space, and comfy beds. They also provide bottles of water for free. I especially loved seeing the cat, Cognac! Does anyone know what kind of cat Cognac is? Thanks! :)
