Our stay at Rayz Vendome was perfect. The location is a top notch. We got spacious, clean, and full-equiped room. The highlight is all the kind staff. They always greet, talk and help us in a very nice and polite gesture. The breakfast was also great. Though it was a room service but everything fresh, delicious and complete. We love the croissant and hot chocolate!

This is a gem in Paris! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Paris but a bit hidden from the busy streets which offers a very peaceful experience. The rooms are very spacious, which is rare for Paris, all the check-in and check-outs and overall experience in the hotel is seamless. The greatest part about the hotel is its staff- friendly, professional, extremely helpful, they go above and beyond to make the hotel your “home away from home”. A special mention : the hotel is absolutely baby friendly, they provide everything a baby needs during the stay. The reception staff is phenomenal and the manager, Roxane, is truly a hospitality specialist, which is such a rare find these days. We will definitely be staying there for all our Paris trips!

We had a fantastic stay at this appartment hotel. We traveled as a group of 5 and were given a wonderful attick-apartment over two floors. The rooms feel luxurious, delicate and have a great atmosphere. Very nice welcome with bubbles on the room and macarons, along with a handwritten letter. The hotel was clean and had very helpful staff.The location is fantastic with restaurants, cafes, a short distance to the metro, and about an 18-minute walk to the Louvre/parks. If you are going to Paris, this is the place to stay!

Hotel was in a great location. Near all the major tourist locations. It was our first visit to Paris so we wanted to be in the heart of it. We could walk to the Louvre, Opera house and Galleria Lafayette within 10 minutes. Other tourist must were an easy metro ride away.

This hotel appears to be a converted apartment block and hence has a very small reception and no restaurants on premise. Location is great, right in centre of major shopping and tourist attractions. The rooms are a little old and not very clean. The bed is too soft and appears to have very old mattress. There is also no view from the balcony of my room. There is a small kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. The sink is very small, which is strange. We arranged for breakfast and it was sent to the room.. Very simple breakfast, bread, ham, cheese, juices and coffee. So, if you need to pay additional for breakfast, it might be worthwhile to eat in a cafe nearby instead. Overall service is good and helpful.

Staff is friendly. Room size is big which is rare in Paris. Location is also superb with lots of food nearby and metro stations. The rooms themselves look good at first glance but are worn down (paint chopping, furniture missing edges, cracks in bathroom wall etc)

This was our first trip to Paris and Rayz Vendome was a great hotel to stay at. The staff was very helpful to us. Everyone spoke English and they gave us great suggestions. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower/bathtub was very high off the ground, making it inconvenient for anyone older or physically compromised. The location could not have been better with easy access to many of the sights on foot.
