Razmataz is one of those St. Lucian mainstays that has been consistently good for decades. I have not been back since the ownership change, but that is something I plan to fix soon. That said, for years it has easily been the best Indian food on the island. It used to be exclusively Indian, but the menu has since expanded to include Greek dishes as well, which I cannot personally vouch for yet.
What always stood out to me is how different the dishes are compared to standard Indian fare. It tastes more like an Indian–Nepalese fusion, which gives the food a lighter, more aromatic, almost herbal flavor. The sauces are so rich and flavorful that I usually take some home and eat it again later with some homemade rice.
My go-to orders are the garlic naan, raisin naan, tikka masala, korma with just about anything, and rogan josh.
