A nice hotel with big rooms and a nice little pool. It’s centrally located and you can reach many restaurants and bars as well as the old market within minutes. Everything is kept clean and service is professional and friendly. Unfortunately the location so close to pub Street makes it hard to sleep until late at night especially if you have a room facing the front side. If you’re not a party animal, I’d strongly recommend you to find another hotel nearby

Visiting Reaksmey Chanreas Hotel in Siem Reap felt like stepping into a stylish urban oasis—close to the action yet buffered in peaceful comfort. From check-in, staff greeted me warmly with a refreshing drink and made every interaction feel helpful and attentive—from tuk‑tuk rides to tour tips. That genuine care anchored my stay in ease and friendliness.

Reaksmey Chanreas Hotel in Siem Reap offers a central location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. However, some guests mention noise from nearby bars and clubs, as well as issues with maintenance and limited amenities. It’s a budget-friendly choice, but noise and maintenance can be concerns.

This Hotel is a budget-friendly 3-star hotel in Siem Reap, located near Pub Street and the Old Market. It features clean, air-conditioned rooms with traditional décor, free Wi-Fi, and essential amenities. We enjoy its convenient location and welcoming staff, though some mention noise from nearby nightlife. A great option for travelers seeking affordability and easy access to local attractions.

very well located, very nice employee, the rooms are large and clean, my only problem is that I reported that my room door did not close! this was not fixed and I was not offered another room even though the hotel was not full.

Room was kings suite. Very spacious, they have bathrobes, slippers, locker, tv (doesn't work), fridge, tea kettle, coffee, sugar, creamer but no tea (they ran out of stock). Very nice, polite staff. Old mansion type hotel, no lift, wide wooden staircase. They also have clothes wash service (per kg). Bed is spacious & has enough storage at the bed headstand apart from two bedside tables. Felt like I am living in old style home quarters. Right in the middle of market area, very close to Angkor wat, night market is just 2 mins walking distance (across the river), all kinds of restaurants & eateries around, 7-11 is next door, money changer is just opposite footpath, bathroom fittings are semi-modern, bathtub has handles, with a overhead shower.

Everything you need is within walking distance from the center, but I’m just not too fond of the room. I mean, it just lacks proper maintenance.

Been to this old chestnut a few times over the years. Good thing is, it doesn’t change. You know what to expect. It is still good value for money IMO. Coming from a 5 star hotel a few days earlier in Bangkok I new what to expect. Bed was hard but sleepable, shower nice and hot, the small step down from the bathroom into the room will get you every time lol, the tv on the wall is only their for aesthetics, aircon works fine, no elevator but I prefer the exercise anyway. Be very careful walking down the stairs as there is very poor lighting. The pool area is really nice considering the hotel standard. No fault of the hotel but the noise on the street is ridiculous! Doff, doff going until 4-5 am full on every night by the mobile disco/bar. I can’t believe the police allow this to happen! I feel sorry for the hotels surrounding because they lose customers. Will probably stay again next time I find myself in SR because it is so convenient. Staff are always casual and pleasant. Cheers
