hotel is lovely and rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. the location is great except at night: it is directly opposite pub street meaning the noise levels are extremely high, multiple different sources of music and bass pumping into the room until 5am - less than ideal and ruins the experience as we got little to no sleep. avoid staying here if you can

Hello Bong , I checked in on January 23, 2026. I booked a standard room and was upgraded to a larger room., , My boyfriend and I were sick and hadn't gotten enough rest, but this wasn't the main problem as we thought a little more rest would improve things. But it didn't. We went to bed at 4:00 AM and had to wake up at 6:00 AM (January 24, 2026). That should have been a time when everyone was sleeping, but we couldn't sleep at all because they let other customers swim in the pool early in the morning. The screaming and shouting disturbed our rest. That morning, we went to see a doctor around 7:40 AM. Then, January 25, 2026 arrived, and we still couldn't get any rest because they were still letting other groups of customers swim from 7:00 AM. We, who were sick, couldn't get any rest in our room. (I informed the staff about this, but they couldn't help at all.).., My first stay here many years ago was quite impressive, although the clothes I left for laundry at the hotel went missing. I think the management should come down and inspect the business themselves.

Another great budget option. Located at the top of Pub Street provides endless eating options. A quick walk to Roza's coffee van for a morning coffee, and yummy steamed buns at the door for breakfast.

Booked a Superior room, staff were nice but no lift, room we were given was filthy, there was lots of water damage on walls , so there was mould stench, fridge didn't work, air-conditioning was weak. we asked for a different room but it wasn't much better. There was no hot water and still was not clean. Overall, not good. We decided not to stay but still had to pay for a night..😡

A nice hotel with big rooms and a nice little pool. It’s centrally located and you can reach many restaurants and bars as well as the old market within minutes. Everything is kept clean and service is professional and friendly. Unfortunately the location so close to pub Street makes it hard to sleep until late at night especially if you have a room facing the front side. If you’re not a party animal, I’d strongly recommend you to find another hotel nearby

Good for quick accommodation and in a very good spot because you're not that far away from the restaurants and 2 minute walk to pub street.
