Dimitri was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and non- pressuring with his salesmanship. Not only did Dimitri help us find the exact furniture that fit our needs - but he because of his exclusivity with cane-line and his extensive inventory - we received our furniture delivery almost immediately. The icing on the cake was his pricing. Dimitri’s pricing was close to 30% lower than the lowest pricing I was able to find online for comparable Cane-Line products. My Husband and I purchased our patio furniture from Dimitri a couple of years ago. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We loved our furniture and experience with Dimitri so much that we recently went back and bought an additional table and custom furniture covers. Can't really give this place any kind of review for service or product because at 4pm on a Sunday it's closed even though website AND sign on the door says they are open until 6pm. Won't be coming back, we live in Cypress, not going to drive out here again if they don't know what their actual business hours are.

Phenomenal patio furniture and outstanding service. By far the best experience while purchasing the furniture, they are very knowledgeable and pragmatic and took the time to explain the differences and pros and cons of the various pieces. We absolutely love our furniture and we are definitely using it on daily basis.

Because of the stunning outdoor furniture we bought at Real Patio Living, we now have the most beautiful townhome courtyard in Uptown/Tanglewood. When I first walked in to the store, I knew this was the place I would buy our patio furniture. The furniture is gorgeous, modern, and perfectly displayed. The store is also much larger than it appears from the outside. Dimitri greeted me and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I said I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. He said to look around and he would answer any questions and assist me whenever I needed. No pushing, no following me. I do expect someone to greet me when I enter a shop, but I cannot tolerate being pestered. Dimitri was great. I roamed the store, sat on everything, and didn't hesitate to ask questions. The furniture I choose is Danish and sophisticated modern, and so comfortable. I purchased the teak extension table, which is grey, the grey Diamond dining arm chairs, and the rectangular umbrella. The chair cushions are "Quickdry"; which means I don't even have to take them in during rain. You can see the exact display in the showroom. The shocking part - it was in stock and ready for me to take home. I can't thank Dimitri enough for his help in choosing the right furniture without ever being pushy. I love this place, this is my default place for patio furniture, there are far too many conglomerate establishments that provide bland, hopelessly mediocre, and aesthetically unappealing items, I am very pleased with my 2 sofas and coffee table that reside on my terrace. Real Patio Living provides a well curated selection of outdoor furniture that offers a huge array of options (fabrics), you will not find this level of customer services anywhere in Houston. As far as the previous review, I do not see how that is a fair assessment of this store, this a small business owner against the backdrop of large players, did the person consider calling the place? Probably not, the owner is very flexible. Anyway, I went back to buy a cover (I lost my previous one) and Dimitri just handed me a free cleaner spray for the fabric, keep up the great work...enough said.

It would seem their furniture is different, high quality and reasonably priced. However, twice their showroom was closed during business hours and I cannot verify any of the above. Makes me nervous that their customer service would be terrible.
