Rebel is my absolute favorite boutique in GR! Not only is their selection fun and aesthetically appealing, but the best part is the atmosphere and the feeling of welcomeness from the staff, who instantly treat you like family. They have something unique for everyone, whether you are buying a gift or treating yourself! I love their candles, their variety of trinkets, including their beautiful charm necklace collection, as well as their unique hand-blown cocktail glasses.

Rebel is absolutely the best curated items boutique in GR! They do such a good job decorating the store and bringing in such unique and lovely items. This is the perfect place to get gifts, home decor, fun cooking items, and to be inspired. The staff is so friendly and I always leave so happy!!

I've been shopping at Rebel since they first opened in a different location years ago. They do not disappoint. I always find the coolest things. From books to jewelry, plants and home decor, it's all amazing! Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful store! One of the few places in Grand Rapids where you can find large flat sheets of printed paper for either gift wrapping, card-making, or just general decoration. Beautiful hanging terrariums, lots of Rifle Paper products, and quirky finds like fun mugs. I have to come back soon for some notecards. If you want an interesting and stylish gift for someone, come here!

Such a cute shop! I could spend hours in here looking at all the adorable things. The plants were gorgeous, well cared for, and a great price. This would be an awesome place to go when gift shopping for someone.

We stopped by on our trip especially because Rebel stocks some niche perfumes by Midwestern brands like Pearfat. A very cool store, highly recommend checking them out!

Thirty minutes in Rebel is much more pleasant and potentially longer-lasting than therapy, in my non-expert opinion. But don't trust me, schedule a date with this beloved establishment, meet its delightful owners and staff, and then tell me if I'm not wrong. Be warned: you might become a proud new plant Mama, or you might suddenly remember all the birthdays, weddings, and other special occasions for which one must buy presents. Rest assured, though, that anything you purchase from this darling store will be truly unique and memorable. My purchases: card for daughter's sixteenth birthday (says, "Have a badass birthday"), bergamot/black tea soy candle, and a bergamot/grapefruit rollerball perfume.

Very cute aesthetic gift shop. Well thought out themes. Something for everyone, would be a perfect spot to buy a unique gift for a special someone or even someone you don't know too well. A nice selection of pride related merch, definitely appears to be very LGBTQIA+ friendly. I did notice they appear to be dog friendly! Love to see the local collaboration too, involvement in local events and charities, pop ups. I stopped by actually specifically for a pop up (shout out to Transfigure Print Co!)

If I ever need a pick me up or a gift for myself or someone else, I always stop by Rebel. This perfectly curated shop is by far my favorite local store in the area. Owners Chip and Dann have great eyes for detail and always find the cutest, most clever and irreverent, beautiful things to stock at their cheery store. I honestly think you could find something for anyone at Rebel. They have housewares, snacks, books, puzzles, art, toys, jewelry, candles, cards, plants, decor, bath and body products, tons of great gift ideas, and so much more. Every inch of the store has something to discover, but it's all displayed beautifully without feeling super cramped. It can get busy, especially on weekends. Parking is available on the side street, so you may have to walk a bit. I've bought so many gifts at Rebel over the past decade+ and I always walk out with a smile on my face. If you like Christmas, don't miss checking out the shop around the holidays as they go all out with decor and it's so magical. They always have a great selection of super fun and unique ornaments around the holidays. They'll gift wrap anything you buy for free, which has saved me many times when I'm looking for a last minute gift. The employees are all so kind and friendly. I hope Rebel sticks around for many years to come.

Rebel has quickly become one of my favorite places in EGR. The store always has something new and exciting on display. I've followed their Instagram to make sure I don't miss out on anything cool and amazing that I just have to have. Perfect place to find a gift for a friend, although I will admit I usually keep it for myself. The staff members are the BEST! There was a time I was looking for hip and trendy shops that may carry plus sized clothing, an employee ran from the back of the store just to help me with some recommendations. I always feel welcomed and accepted for who I am when I walk into this shop.

Rebel has long been my favorite place for finding gifts! Dann and Chip have created magic in a retail setting that feels like your best friends place. I go there when I need a gift, when I need a laugh and when I need a hug and it delivers! The staff is helpful and kind and the items are so fun to browse. I usually do a once through of the entire space and then a slower second browse. I've never had a bad experience. I can tell the recipients of the gifts or cards enjoy them as much as I enjoy giving them. It can get busy (word is out for a good reason!) so do yourself a favor and stop in during the week if you're able. You will not be disappointed!

We came here in search of local souvenirs and Christmas gifts - and lemme tell you - Rebel is perfect just for that! I'm not familiar with the neighborhoods of Grand Rapids, but it seemed to reside in the trendy part of town. It's a small store, but with a lot to offer! You'll find everything from Michigan-themed items to feminist gifts, jewelry, trinkets.... you name it! A lot of unique things that you probably wouldn't be able to find anywhere else.

I love popping into Rebel, especially around the holidays. If you're looking for cute gifts, cute decorations, candles, planners, fun cards (letter & deco), small plants, ornaments, jewelry, alcohol/food recipe books and fun utensils, this is the place to go. An even better reason to check out Rebel? The owners and staff are ALWAYS friendly. I don't know if their online shop is new (post Covid stuff) or if it's been around, but I was really excited to see that they offer a great selection of items on their webpage too! Pop in and check the place out. Masks are required by all AND they do limit the number of people in at one time, but it's a great shop to check out. #supportlocalbusinesses

R E B E L We've been showing you places that you can bring your dog to in GR this week and Rebel is one of those fantastic places! Rebel is definitely my go-to spot when I need to get a gift for anyone in my life, want a new plant (and a super cute planter to go with it), or just feel like shopping around in Grand Rapids!

Super cute store. I love the wrapping and packaging of items purchased. Always unique and funny gifts and the best plants. My only complaint.... some of the prices are a bit high for what they are.

Walked in here today, it was very busy for a Sunday afternoon! This was my customer experience: First thing I noticed was the very high prices on items that should be less. But then again, I'm not an owner in what seems to be a high rent district.... I just would never pay close to $30 for a candle. It was also heavy on "black lives matter" memorabilia items and same sex novelties. I really chuckled at the "Karen's" coloring book, lololol. Every window was advertising gay pride and BLM type items. I'm certainly not bigoted, but it was somewhat of an overboard effort between businesses to show who had the most gay pride. Both are very complex subjects that would put this review on the razors edge of violating Yelps community guidelines. I am just laying out my customer experience... Overall, I was uncomfortable, just not my thing. I believe wholeheartedly that I shouldn't have to feel uncomfortable in a business, so I exited. Were some items fun and amusing, absolutely.

This is one of my favorite stores in all of Grand Rapids! It's the cutest store ever! They have so many unique items here... you're bound to find something you love! I always love looking at their plants and adorable planters! One thing I will say... don't forget to head towards the back of the store to check out their little clearance section! I always find the best goodies back there at an awesome discounted price! And one of my favorite aspects of this store? They let you bring your dog in! :) It's always so nice when you can bring your pup shopping with you! They were so welcoming of my little Doxie, and asked all about him. I definitely always feel welcomed shopping at Rebel... and always leave with a new favorite item! And they have the best location... so close to other shops, restaurants, and all the other lovely attractions of the area!

Wow! As far as cool, fun, eclectic, funky shops go for gifts and fun knic-nacks to buy this place has it all. There is a lot shoved into this small space and yet it flows well, feels open and well laid out. The staff were super nice and gift wrapped some of the items for us too. We got fun mugs, stickers, journals, cards, and cookie cutters! So much we had to say no to, but the stuff we found was perfect for each of the people were were shopping for. Loved the fun, sassy, and irreverent tone of the merchandise too. Great shop!

If you are looking for a fun, cute, stylish gift for a close friend, significant other, baby shower, wedding, or pretty much ANYTHING else, Rebel Reclaimed has got you 100% covered! This is literally my FAVE little shop in all of Grand Rapids. The owners are SO nice, welcoming, loving, and their passion for people shows in the warmth and inviting atmosphere of their store. I also LOVE how much natural light floods into the store front. Choosing a corner suite with lots of windows was a GREAT choice! Rebel has cards for literally every occasion you could possibly think of. They also have a great selection of jewelry, plants, candles, books, prints, and all sorts of cute knick knacks in between! This is my go-to store when I'm in need of a little self-care (usually pick up a cute print and pair of earrings. Such a great pick-me-up!) I will gladly be coming back for the rest of forever!

Before I stepped foot in this shop, I knew about it because I would receive gifts from my GRR based cousin from here. So while I was in town this past weekend, I was able to wander in myself. Supercute stock, lots of Michigan themed items (man, they love their mitten shape even more than Louisiana loves it's boot), and items for everyone on your list, even you. Loved all the snarky, feminista, rainbow and nerd options...those cover 95% of my friends so yay. Also learned that they will be moving to a larger space nearby soon which is great because I may have been trapped in a corner by other shoppers. The owners were charming and friendly. Between my cousin & myself we must have purchased at least 15 gifts there on Friday. Yay for checking names off the list.

I would literally love to buy the whole store! When you go to rebel reclaimed, make sure you give yourself some time to really look around. Everything is staged and placed nicely on display, but if you look too quickly you are going to miss out on some wonderful hidden gems! I literally think there is something for anyone in this store. The store is funny of character, attitude and humor and cuteness galore! I am going to even say you can find the best gifts and a gift for anyone in this store. Truthfully though, every time I buy something from here as a gift I secretly want to keep it for myself. Yeah, the stuff is that great! The owners are super fun too and happy to point you in the right direction as well as offer suggestions! Go here now!

First time visiting this store and I will definitely be back. This is every reason to 'shop local' and support local shop owners. One of the owners, Skip, helped us and was so friendly and made the experience fun. Mugs, cards, lots of paper products, baby clothing, etc. They have at least one item for everyone to love! Ok, probably more than one! Thanks for contributing to the Grand Rapids community with your awesome store! I'll be back anytime I need an amazing gift for someone. Or a little something for myself

Fantastic little shop featuring some delightful home decor, jewelry, accessories, stationary, etc at incredibly reasonable prices. Lots of really cute necklaces and hair accessories, candles, prints, tote bags, and more. It's a small shop but they pack it full of fabulous finds. I managed to spend a significant amount of time in there admiring everything and walked out with a new art piece that I adore for just $21! I'm not 100% sure but I'm guessing most of the items in there are made by local artists. There is plenty of Grand Rapids/Michigan love represented there, at least. Great place to do a bit of shopping for gifts around the holidays or special occasions. Highly recommend!

I can't believe I hadn't been in to Rebel Reclaimed until this week! I'll be returning again and again without doubt. I came in here to look for a Valentine's Day card and walked away smitten. An insanely sweet, thoughtful and inspiring little shop with a ton of gifts, greeting cards, jewelry and other local and handmade items. The man who asked if I needed help and rang me up was very kind and pleasant and I'm almost certain it was one of the owners. This sort of shop is exactly representative of why I love this neighborhood!

I shopped here in an effort to support this small business during the Covid shut down. They were very slow to respond to my request and slow to ship. Overall didn't seem very gracious to have customers help keep them in business during this difficult time.

My FAVORITE store in the Grand Rapids area. I don't remember how I came across this store, but ever since then, I've been back at least five times. It has unique gifts, Michigan items, fun decor, etc. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming!

Adorable shop with a little bit of everything! Candles, cards, succulents, drink wear, baby stuff.. you name it. SO cute and great variety. I need to remember this place when i am in the market for unique gifts and cards!

My son liked minerals and rocks. He asked me for a key chain, which I thought was going to be impossible to find. Here I found it! I really like many of the art available.

Awesome store with a ton of gift items. The name of the store was a bit misleading though; there are no "reclaimed" items or up-cycled things. They have a good selection of themed items though; bar, baby, pets, cooking, plants, etc. A bit over priced, but that's how most stores like this one are priced I guess. Will for sure go back for the pots and some niche items.

This store is awesome! They have a lot of unique items, great place for gifts! They have quite a few Michigan themed items that would be nice to send to people who have moved out of Michigan. The guy working was great! Super friendly, asked if anything I was buying was a gift and when I said yes he wrapped them nicely in a gift bag. Will be back for sure - check it out, you won't regret it!

A truly charming and delightful gift shop! I stopped in Saturday and was met with plenty of unique greeting cards, funny knick knacks, special little gifts, and unique odds and ends to choose from. I ended up purchasing a birthday card and two wedding cards, and although I anticipated getting gifts for these people as well, I said screw them and bought myself a few things. The owner is super friendly and chats with everyone that comes in, making me feel like I'm just hanging out with my friends when I come in here.

I would normally have given Rebel Reclaimed 5 stars because I love everything they sell and come here every time I come back into town. However I was just there with my brothers and my boyfriend and had the worst experience. The store was very full so when we walked in my younger brother accidentally tripped over their door stop. The owner of the shop came over and started yelling at him saying that he kicked it. He then proceeded to try and fight my boyfriend saying repeatedly "you wanna go!?" in front of the entire store. I was honestly in shock. His actions were extremely unprofessional and I can without a doubt say that I will never be in his store again. If I could give this store zero stars I would.

Looking for that funky one of a kind gift, card, candle, novelty gift? This is the place. Located in the heart of East Town, it's easy enough to get to, but parking can sometimes be a challenge. The staff is super friendly and you'll be guaranteed to find something you didn't know existed here that will brighten your day or that of your best friend!

One of my favorite shops in GR. The shop owners, Chip and Dan, are absolutely wonderful people and are constantly stocking their store with beautiful, colorful, hilarious, and irreverent items. If you need a quirky gift or a funny greeting card, this is the ONLY place to go.

This is hands down the best place in Grand Rapids to get gifts for any occasion. They have the cutest presents and #treatyoselves. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, and they always wrap up your presents for you. I LOVE love love it here!!

A huge variety with great gift options! Unfortunately a negative customer service experience. My friend was looking through a book and took a picture of the cover and few pages to send to his dad as a possible gift for another family member. Instead of kindly being asked to not take pictures in respect of the author, an employee rudely followed by friend and proceeded to ask if he was going to continue taking pictures of other authors work and told my friend to leave the store. My friend felt harassed for simple information that could have been addressed in different manner. It was a shame to have a negative customer service experience in a store with such character.

I'm visiting and this was a great find. The store owner, Chip, is amiable and charismatic. I didn't intend to buy anything, but I loved the selection at the store. I ended up buying a bunch of Michigan themed trinkets that are one of a kind. He has a good selection of artfully designed, clever greeting cards for any occasion. Bypass hallmark and come here for something original. I'm glad it was raining and I took cover in here! Thanks, Chip!

This place is so cute!! Truly a hidden gem that's tucked away in a new location! So much fun to wander and roam the store, you never know what you will find!

Stumbled upon this shop while bumming around G.R. with my girlfriend last weekend. We were both delighted by the eclectic selection of cards and other charming trinkets. I bought a print to send to a friend, and the lovely gent working the counter wrapped it up all pretty without my even saying it was a gift. I was very impressed by both the wealth of fun items on display and the great customer service. We will definitely be back!

I look forward to stopping in this fun shop whenever I visit Grand Rapids. A great shop if you want to find a small gift for someone special in your life.

We LOVE Rebel! It is such a fun shop to visit. One of our go to shops for neat gifts. The store displays are always spectacular. We love the service - always very friendly and helpful. They will dress up a gift bag for you in such a cute way. This store makes you smile.
