After having tried many of Berlin's burger joints, I believe this might just be my favourite at the moment. It falls into the upper-end category but still an Imbiss and with only outdoor seating (there's a plastic enclosure in colder months). The burgers are one-size (large, ca. 200g), thick and cooked approximately medium as opposed to well-done. I have gotten the cheeseburger which comes with a sharp (either cheddar or aged gouda) cheese, sautéed onions, their own spicy ketchup and mustard. The cheeseburger costs 4,50€ (which when compared to other spots, is quite good price/quality ratio).
I got the sweet potato crisps/chips yesterday for 2,50€ which was a huge portion of finely sliced sweet potato, fried crisp and delicious.
I took off one star due to their normal chips/fries for 2€. It's a huge portion but they're just not that great...
