First of all, the food here is not bad, but not always. It depends on the shift. And here it is almost always dirty and there are a lot of vagabonds and other antisocial people. Some of them are constantly sleeping at the tables, they come with their own food and alcoholic (!) drinks. They act loud and they even smoke! (See photo) It's unpleasant. Especially when tobacco smoke gets inside, because a person smokes right at the table for customers in front. And this is provided that there are signs everywhere that "these places are only for customers". When I called the supervisor Dan and pointed out to him this trouble on their part, he just shrugged his shoulders. I was polite, calm and showed him that a non-customer was smoking right at the next table. He didn't say anything. That day I left.
Then I came back the next day. There was a non-customer in a cafe that positions itself as health. He had a plastic glass, into which he poured yellow liquid when it ran out. It was dirty and smelled bad. He periodically jumped up, shouted something and waved his arms. It was scary and embarrassing.
On the same day, the cashier girl cheated me for $ 8. I didn't notice it right away and at the end of the meal I came up and clarified the situation. Luckily, my check was in their hand! I asked to explain the situation and the girl said that she had already returned the money to my account. I told her why I was not notified immediately about this error, she did not say anything about it. I just left, I was polite, calm and understood that if I had not come to clarify the situation, they would have taken this money for themselves, that is, they would have stolen (?). By the way, they still have not refunded.
On the same day I told them that the broth has a lot of pepper and salt. And I didn't even ask for a refund. They kindly changed it for me, apparently by adding water, and there are no problems. I continued to communicate with my wife. I was calm and polite. He did not offend anyone, did not wave his arms and did not shout.
Today I came and they told me that ... they will no longer serve me for the reason ... that I am evil. Really?!) This is me, who is a regular customer who improves the service by giving feedback. This decision was made by a manager who did not even see a single situation. Dina or Lina. That is, she made a decision without understanding the situation. This is very unprofessional. It is not surprising that such a dirty cafe and service depends on the shift.
The girl and supervisor Dan turned me down in an annoyed manner. I placed an order via mobile order. They cooked it, and when I came up to just pick it up, they told me to ... get out of here. I asked, is this true? Supervisor Dan, said yes, go away, we don't serve you. I captured it all on video and left. It wasn't me who was rude, it was the staff who were rude.

Frankly, it was quite humiliating. And this is in America, where there is a law against discrimination against members of society. Here, you guys are very wrong. Did you think that I am a foreigner, and in this way you can solve the problem by simply kicking me out? But you just found the problem. This start guys for you will be unforgettable. I'll go to court and please prepare the videos where I behaved badly and was rude. You won't find out. This is discrimination guys and you broke the 1964 law. By the way, I have all the evidence, including the video. I already spoke to my lawyer and he told me that you violated my rights. P.s. Yes, maybe I am a person who wants good service and a favorable environment. And all I did was give feedback to the establishment and ask them to better monitor the service. But I have never been rude, never shouted, waved my arms, threatened or been angry.
