Receptionist Coffee is a stylish little spot tucked away down a charming alley—you really have to know it’s here, but it’s well worth finding. The coffee was excellent, and the ham and cheese croissant I had was just as good. The space itself is beautifully designed, with sleek mauve-colored tile work that gives it a chic, modern feel. On top of that, the customer service was warm and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d return to!

The croissant collection is seriously impressive. I ordered an iced matcha latte which tasted great but was perhaps a little sweet for my tasting. The restaurant is located down a side alley with plenty of seating outside

Great hidden coffee spot just off queen street. The coffee is delicious and the portion of the iced coffee is generous. The tiled atmosphere is unique and for my personal taste found it uncomfortable on my eyes as it had solid textures being repeated throughout. The service was quick and friendly.

OMG YEEEEESS!! Ok sure the coffee is fabulous but honestly the pastries are just HEAVEN!! We gobbled two and then immediately turned around and bought more. The black truffle croissant is a revelation. This spot is right off the main strip in an alley, it felt like Tokyo, a small hidden gem of excellence with the baristas in “receptionist” ties and t shirts. Quick service.

One of the best coffee shops in the city! Biggest pet peeve of mine is when your on your way to work and catch a bus and your waiting 10 minutes for a flat white. Not here! Quick, professional, respectful servers doing nothing but quality work! Unreal sausage rolls to boot! Keep up the great work team Receptionist! Above all I will keep coming back for the service alone 👍

One of the best coffee places in Auckland Queen street with reasonable prices. I tried their Almond croissant and it was a mazing based on my experience with different tastes in different countries.
