Excellent location, a nice short walk outside the old town. We had a room facing the back of the hotel which was extremely spacious, lots of natural light and a nice view of the old town in the distance. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was cleaned to a high standard daily for us. There was a large TV in the room. The park opposite was hilly but had good views if you climbed high enough. The included breakfast was good with cheese, meats, bread, fruit, vegetables, yoghurt and granola. Great fuel for the day ahead. The best time to go seemed to be around 8:15am, it had quietened down slightly and the croissants and bread were frequently replenished. Staff were very friendly. I would stay here again and it was perfect for a city break.

The hotel is located about 2 km from the city center, roughly a 30-minute walk. The staff were very friendly and the room was nicely decorated and clean. Personally, I didn’t really like the carpet. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. There is paid parking in front of the hotel, and the private hotel parking is a bit further away and unfortunately not cheaper.

Spent a wonderful 4 nights at this hotel with my 21 year old daughter, check in was straightforward and we were allocated room 605 (top floor) room was spacious enough for two with good air-conditioning, also there was a small fridge and a free small safe to use along with a kettle and tea and coffee, my only concern was regulating the temperature of the water from the shower as it had a habit of either going too hot or too cold ||All the staff were pleasant and spoke to us every time (only wished I had learnt a few more words of their language), the breakfast consisted of cereals, variety of breads, ham, cheese, chicken roll, pickles, fresh fruit salad and a bowl of fresh fruit also different salads each day along with hot scrambled eggs, baked beans, and sausages, also there was doughnuts and a different selection of local cakes alongside of a coffee machine and three types of fruit juice ||The bar in the hotel which was never manned (had to get the attention of receptionist) served a list of bottled beers (£2.60 for a 500ml of staropramen) and ciders along with wine and spirits and snacks||When leaving the hotel you turned right and walked slightly downhill for about 300 yds until you came to the busy main road which was service by numerous trams (Svandova Divadlo tram stop) Whilst public transport was cheap easy to use and plentiful we mainly walk everyday.||You will be amazed at the beauty of this city with it's never ending opportunity of photo shoots, but what stood out for me was the numerous parks and quiet spots to sit near the river and relax||A special mention to a bar close by the hotel named nightmare (horror bar) which the younger generation will love it, you walk down a long spiral staircase with posters and memorabilia from horror movies and haunting music to a bar filled with life size models from all sorts of horror movies and you have a list of cocktails inspired from the movies served up in special glasses .......a must for horror movie buffs and old codgers like myself who filled up my camera with umpteen photos||Why oh why it has taken me (68 years old) all this time to visit this beautiful city? I've just booked up to take my wife to return to this city for a week next summer .....can't wait

The hotel has a very nice design and visual identity. The room was spacious and the amenities provided were nice given the price point. The location is nice, not close to the center, but close to many restaurants and cafes for dinner and breakfast. The staff was helpful when needed, but certainly not smiling or friendly. Overall a nice experience.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years, and each visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, but what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment you step through the doors, the reception team greets you not just with professionalism, but with genuine kindness and care. They are attentive, efficient, and always go the extra mile to make your stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. Whether it’s a late check-in, a special request, or simply a friendly conversation, they handle everything with grace and a smile. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel more like a returning guest than just another visitor — and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Highly recommended, especially for those who value excellent service and a truly personal touch.

Perfect location and reasonable price, convenient to shopping centre, 15 to 20 mins to old town. Manage to go to most historical place and nice to walk to nearby park just to unwind and a joy the summer weather. Breakfast service very good, everyday slightly different from previous day salad and menu.❤️

A very nice hotel with friendly staff within a walking distance from the city center. The room had everything required for a short stay including afridge. The mattrass was excellent! Plenty of parking places around even if the hotel's parking is fully booked. Good value for money.

Really nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful- even when we decided to go down around 9pm on our first night to book a tour for the next day. All was sorted no problem and got picked up for the tour at 9.20 the next morning. Location is excellent, tram stop just a two minite walk away, making it great for exploring. Also lovely cafes and restraunts closeby. We did get breakfast first morning but personally we werent impressed (mostly cold meats etc) so we had breakfast out all other days. Room was nice and comfortable bed. Not disturbed by any noise. If going to Prague would certainly recommend this hotel.
