I would give 5*+ for the quality, service, location, atmosphere, cleanliness and ambience. This is a fine dining restaurant, so DON’T expect a cheap food with huge amount of portion, or don’t come if you’re on budget because you won’t be satisfied.
The chef Marios Tsouris welcomed us himself and introduced the foods (very professional!). We ordered the octopus, salmon, giouvetsi and baklava ice cream. As a haute cuisine connoisseur, I must say that I was fully satisfied with the mouthwatering taste of the foods, which was prepared with the perfect mix of ingredients. The giouvetsi was rich of flavour and perfectly cooked. The distinguishment we found was in the baklava ice cream which was a surprise for me as they prepared it in a particular way (I won’t spoil the surprise!). It’s a little bit too sweet, but it’s a perfect match with the Greek coffee.
However, I recommend you to order the tasting menu (+ wine pairing) if you’d like to try a remarkable culinary experience!! (Indeed I regret that I didn’t order that)
