Red House Hostel

My 3 days in the Red House Hostel were really nice.||The staff is really hepful and charming. They explained me everything that I asked and made me feel comfortable since my arrival. Even they helped me to carry my big suitcase!||The rooms and toilets are clean and modern. Decoration is nice!||The kitchen is small but is also clean and useful.Is a normal flat on a building so the entrance is not so obvious. Is not a big building but is big enough!||They give you towels and bed-sheets.You can also use their Computer and TV in the living room.||The location is not bad you just have to walk 10min from the principal street in Sain Pestesburg: Nevsky Prospekt.||The relation price-quality is perfect.||I really recommend this place for backpackers, solo or with friends!

This was a great hostel. People and staff were very friendly, a lot of Russians staying here so it was great to pick up a bit of the language and share meals and drinks. Rooms were clean, we stayed in a private room which also had a TV and computer provided complimentary - very useful, and a dorm room which was small but not crowded. The building the hostel is in is quite old and is centrally located for eating out, nightlife, shops and the metro, so you really get a feel for the city!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a hostel in St Petersburg.

This Hostel is just amazing. You have everything you want, and you need. Really unique rooms with curtains, sockes, and lamps on every bed. Clean and comfortable. The stuff is so friendly and helpful. I had the best time in Russia in Saint Petersburg just because of the Hostel. It's pretty close to the city-center, and really good jazz bars are located right next to the hostels. The main attractions of Saint Petersburg are in walking distance. The Hostel is a MUST for everybody who's staying in Russia, Saint Petersburg and who wants to experience the culture.

I stayed here for 6 nights. It was nice,staff is realy polite and helpful. Kitchen is small but still big enough for anything you need. Hostel is really close to the main street so you can easily get anywhere you want. Interior is fun and colorful. :D

Centrally located in a quiet district of St Petersburg. This incredibly cozy and friendly hostel is a home away from home. with a relaxed yet social atmosphere. It features a small common area, a communal kitchen! It offers Plenty of tour options and the owners and staff are just wonderful and helpful.

It's not difficult to find this hostel in Saint Petersburg. And it's sort of in walking distance. But it's still convenient and it's very good for value.||Just remember you don't need to pay registration tax (for police) if you are coming on 72-hour visa free policy through St. Peterline's. St. Peterline is already your sponsor.||There are lockers in the room. No AC, although it wasn't hot at all in June. ||Tiny kitchen, but sufficient. Someone stole our food but to my surprise the staff compensated it. Met the owner (accidentally), she is a beautiful and kind lady.

I had à great time here, had planned to stay 2 days, ended staying 3 and would of liked to stay longer.. ||Alexandra that runs the place with thé help of her family, speaks very good english, knows all about St Peter and is keen to share.||Had à few drinks and long chats with the staff which was really cool. ||It's clean, no shortage of hot water, nice kitchen, living area is nice and with seats near the Windows overlooking the main avenue.well situated too! ||||Thanx, I'll be back some day!

Stayed 3nights to explore Petersburg.|Lots of Russian were staying this hostel, good to interact with local people. Staffs are friendly and helpful, but there have only one city map, they don't even know where I can get a map.|Map is important for tourists!! |You can buy some foods and drink in the hostel, which is very cool. Because after 10 or 11pm (can't remember exactly) we can't buy alcohol at shops. So I really love that I can buy beers here!!
