Two stars is to denote the especially rude personel I've encountered in my couple ski days, as well as the lack of response in the bunny hill with injured crying children. Where my spouse responded and assisted the kids to the lodge for medical help.
At one point they closed the food line while taking my order. And when I asked when they closed, because the member was still standing there taking orders, what time they close at they said 2:30, while the clock behind them denoted 2:28. It was especially frustrating when I needed to feed my autistic children food after a long rainy day or skiing.
Second encounter, my kids are young, put with our older child, who were at very different levels. When going to discuss, my husband was confused and we have just got our 3 kids ten and under to the hill, handling 3 kids and ski gear is a lot for any human.
He was told to calm down, which escalated the situation. The girls were put in their own time.
While I went to drop them off the instructor comment to me, they should have been in the other level, immediately looks down knowing that is not a helpful thing to say at all. I shrug him off, but am completely appauled by the treatment we have been receiving here at the hill.
Not the vibe I want to be feeling when going for fresh air mountain lessons with my kiddos. We have been skiing our whole lives at various mountains across North America and this is not acceptable. I am hoping the managers can view this and make necessary adjustments to better the employees perspectives of the guests at the hill. We are all doing our best in difficult times, kindness would be appreciated.
