Good quality bags with a lifetime warranty, BUT if you do have to make a warranty repair, you must ship it to them, and PAY THE SHIPPING!!! That's absolutely ridiculous since it was a manufacturer defect, they shouldn't expect us to pay to ship it there and back, PLUS they keep your bag up to 3 months!!! Do yourself a favour and get a different bag, because after a while, it will need a repair of some sort and you'll have to pay even more to get it fixed. Unreal.

I stopped by on a business trip to Billings and I’m glad I did. What a great shop and an awesome product. I was enthusiastically greeted by Lisa who proudly showed me Red Oxx’s newest products. I’m a United 1K passenger that flies on 50-70 regional jets a year. On these small planes, my Red Oxx bags always gets the call. After 100’s of thousands of miles in the air, my Red Oxx bags look almost brand new. I appreciate that they are veteran owned with only made in USA products. I’m an old paratrooper and proud to use Red Oxx bags.

I've been a Redoxx customer since the early 2000s when I found them online. At one time or another, I have owned most of what they sell, so this is more of an overall review instead of specific bag. I've never had a bag that had as much of thread out of place much less an actual defect. You can buy these bags for life. I switch bags occasionally as requirements or moods change. The bag I used the longest was the Skytrain in coal color. I used it as a carry on for international travel for close to 7 years. Due to inflation and the high residual value of Redoxx bags, I was able to get my initial investment out of the bag when I sold it. Can't beat that. I've always said I would go by the store if I'm ever in Montana. This last summer I rode my motorcycle on a western loop from Alabama and decided to drop in to the store. Just so happens Jim Markel the owner was in the store. I had the opportunity to chat with him for a while, great guy. We spent some time talking about my Moto Guzzi motorcycle and bags until he needed to actually work. I ended up buying around $500 work of bags since I could see the bags and colors first hand.

I travel for work all the time. I needed a tote bag and laptop bag that would endure my multiple trips. I purchased the M.U.T.T and the large laptop bag. They have both been great bags, still look brand new, and with the lifetime guarantee, how could I go wrong? Sure, they cost more than the previous bags I have purchased, but if something happens to my bags, if they can't fix them, they'll replace them!!

Love, love, love Red Oxx bags! Well made, with a lifetime warranty, you can't go wrong. It's great supporting a locally owned business as well! I own several of the market totes and wouldn't want to be without them as I use at the grocery store as well as other places.

Bought a product ($20), product got lost during shipment. Upon notifying them they IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement package, using FedEx something, which made the package arrive in sub 3 days! I'm talking crazy fast international FedEx shipping here. Around $60 in shipping costs! Eventually both packages ended up at my doorstep. However, I'd only be having a use for one, so they told me I could keep the second one for free. Absolutely marvelous company. Hope they will make non-waterproofed luggage in the future too. Or some goretex variant.

Carrying bags - not as amazing as a roller bag. I sent mine back to have a faulty zipper repaired. After 12 weeks they finally sent it back to me with a signature required for delivery. I was going to sell it after the repair. I’ll send the address where you can pick it up to the first person to reply.

I have used two Red Oxx bags every other day, alternating. I have two other Red Oxx bags I use for travel. This is my go-to brand. I mentioned earlier it is Cordura nylon, not ballistic nylon, for most of the pieces. That has not been a problem. The Air Boss has logged a hundred flights and been in use for more than a decade. It shows minor scuffing. Repairs are done cheerfully, at reasonable cost. Really this is a company I am pleased to patronize. I have zero complaints. I wish they made their rail stuff in a smaller size. But I'm a repeat customer. I've bought multiple bags as gifts too.

Wow! What a great concept and execution. Excellent quality, durable, good looking, sturdy, and very useful luggage and bags of all sorts that are made in the USA and come with a lifetime warranty that are reasonably priced. Yes, please! We have been buying their products for years and have been so pleased. As for their warranty and customer service, we love it! We recently had a zipper on one of our bags fail and sent it back for repair. It was such a smooth process and the turnaround was quick. Thank you, Red Oxx!!

Been buying Red Oxx products for years!! Unbelievable how well they hold up and survive through all extremes and conditions. Have used several of their briefcase bags. Over the past several years, I've embraced the "Minimalist" lifestyle. I recently retired (Railroad), and plan on buying an Air boss with the Packing Tubes, along with a bag or two more. All the "things" I now own should fit nicely and secure in the Red Oxx "luggage," as I explore new adventures. Thank you, not only for making such a great product (here in America) but for your service to our Country, as well.

I own 2 of their bag, the air boss and the laptop bag, and I would give them 6 stars if one was available. By far the best produced luggage I have ever owned. going on 5 years now, not a single thing has broken, ripped or come off, including zippers, pulls, ties, straps and handles. Their stuff is not expensive if you factor in the fact that you'll never likely have to replace it. Anecdote: I ordered a PR-5 and when it arrived, it seemed smaller than expected. I get a phone call a day or two later from Red Oxx saying they think they sent me the wrong bag, and they will be overnighting me a new one for my trip. If you want the highest quality product and the customer service that goes along with it, you cannot do better than Red Oxx. Coming from me, this is not light praise.

Top notch American company that produces products that not only withstand heavy travel demand but who also offer a lifetime guarantee. I've been using their Air Boss going on nine years and to this day, it still looks and functions like new. I also bought two compression straps last year and this makes the Air Boss even sleeker and slimmer when packed with a suit or two for business trips. I also have their Sunchaser for quick two to three day trips by car or plane and this is my go to bag for going as light as possible. Add in a few of their well designed packing cubes and Lil Roy personal gadget bag and their zipper dopp kit and I'm good to go anywhere at anytime! Have never had any problems at all with any of their gear and can totally recommend Red Oxx without any reservation at all.

I needed a new carryon and read awesome reviews on the Air Boss so I took the plunge and purchased one! The bag is awesome. It is incredibly durable and you can fit soooooooo much stuff in the bag- however, this is a problem for me. I pack the bag so full and then it is too heavy for me. So now I use it as a checked bag for travel. I really wish they could some how make it a rolling bag---because if it had wheels it would be perfect for me. Still awesome bag and I highly recommend.

Red Oxx Mfg. builds bags that work and last. Buy this American made luggage if you're looking for over-engineered, durable and well designed soft-sided bags. The company manufactures in Montana and stands firmly behind all its products, forever. I love my Air Boss and look forward to all travels with one well-designed piece that facilitates and encourages light, efficient packing. Every stitch and detail, down to the box and packaging, is well thought out and executed. I think about how well made these bags are each time I pass a luggage/suitcase shop in an airport terminal. Who buys those? Who has to replace a bag mid-trip at the airport? Not the Red Oxx owner! Never!

I LOVE my Redoxx Mini Ruck Rucksack. It is small enough to be an everyday pack, yet big enough to go on a 3-4 day trip with! I love this bag. I also have a few smaller things from Redoxx that are completely functional. I consider myself to be a backpack novice having checked out so many packs over the last few years. I have tried everything. Redoxx is the real deal.

We own several of the Red Oxx luggage, and want more. It puts up with abuse, and holds up very well. I have used my Sky Train for about a decade, and besides some staining (my fault) it looks brand new. I just got a Chico for my birthday, and love the size and weight of that.

Yes, their bags are expensive. And I hate spending money. But after having yet another $39.95 department store special die on its first trip, I decided to take the recommendation of OneBag.com and try Red Oxx. With the lifetime warranty, I figured I'd come out ahead eventually. My Sky Train has been literally around the world with me, more than once, in both checked and carry-on luggage, and aside from a bit of dirt it looks exactly the same as when I bought it 4+ years ago. Among other long adventures, I've been on a 6-week trip to both the northern and southern hemispheres (so, both winter and summer) and fit everything I needed in it. There always seems to be room for just one more thing. I love the bright colors, too - easy to spot on the baggage carousel. Cons: No wheels, so you'll have to carry it. For me this is a plus, meaning it's more durable, lighter (by my measurement, a hair over 3 pounds empty), and roomier. But I wouldn't recommend it for kids, older folks, or anyone else who has issues lifting and carrying - or for people who can't resist overpacking. The shoulder strap holds securely without slipping off, but isn't the most comfortable; the backpack straps are OK, but an added waist strap would be even better. And I've often found myself wanting compression straps for the outside of the bag, to control its bulge (though I see that they just started offering a carry-on that has them). Overall, though, I love this thing so much that I have to stick to five stars. It was absolutely worth the money. I may never buy another suitcase.

EXPENSIVE, OVER-PRICED junk! You can buy the same thing as the Red Oxx "Air Boss" at Wal-Mart for $29.95. Bag is heavy, cumbersome and a nightmare to lug around. If you are a traveler or ANY frequency, lagging this bag around will get very old, very quick. Do yourself a favor and buy a 360 degree wheeled spin for travel. NEVER AGAIN RED OXX!

Red Oxx quality is as good as it gets. I love the fact that all of their products are US made and the fact that their owner Jim Markel is a vet is great too. They stand behind their products, no questions asked. I packed one of their smallest bags, and Extra Small Aviator with 4 dress shirts, 4 t-shirts, a couple of polos, a pair of dress pants, 4 pair of sock, 4 pair of boxer briefs and my dope kit for a 5 day business trip to Orlando and had room to spare. I also used Red Oxx packing cubes for the first time on this trip. I have too many bags from my constant pursuit of the perfect bag, and other than the missing d-rings for a shoulder strap, this bag is my favorite go to bag for 5 day business trips. I actually bought the Small Aviator for that trip, but found it to be too big for a 5 day trip. I am admittedly a minimalist so the smaller, lighter weight, the better; but I never sacrifice quality. I have dealt with their customer service a couple of time, always electronically by choice and found them to be responsive and personable. I would love to have the opportunity to visit the in person some day. As for the negative reviews; to each his own. Yes, they are more expensive that a cheap spinner at Walmart; but I would challenge the idea that the Walmart bag is better quality - I know better. Heavy? I would challenge this as well. Their Big Oxx Expedition is the biggest bag they have I believe and it weights in at a hefty 7 pounds; too much for my taste, but not even close to 20 pounds. No wheels? Of course not! Wheels add weight and take up space in your bag. These guys design for adventurers, minimalists and even one-bag, no-check business travelers such as myself. I went to Europe for two weeks with one carry-on bag that even had a tux inside (my wife did the same with her wedding dress) and this would not have been possible with a wheeled suitcase. Red Oxx is obviously not for everyone, but as for me, my wife and many other fans; Red Ox is our bag of choice.

I travel back and forth to Asia (primarily China) every few weeks and switched a few years ago from the standard wheeled carry-on bag to the Air Boss. And I love it. The way it's compartmentalized it's almost like a backpack but better for business travel. True it doesn't have wheels so you have to carry it, but the versatility, easy access, light weight and ability fully pack for a 3wk trip in ~20min is worth it's weight in gold. Love it!

Excellent bags! Mine have traveled MANY miles ... Air Boss, Gator, Box Car! Next? Probably a Metro for the office. These bags are roomy, light, and very durable ... Headed to Canada in a week!

I own several Red Oxx bags: a C-Ruck, AirBoss, Gator, Briefcase, and a Chica. They are all extremely well-made, unbelievably durable, light-weight, American-made, and backed with a life-time warranty. Yes, they are more expensive that cheap foreign-made bags, but I will never have to re-purchase them. Red Oxx bags are an investment, and a good one.

I needed a new carry on bag for my trips. After being recommended to Red Oxx a couple of times by passengers, I finally checked out the store. I was a little hesitant when I saw their price tags, but I looked at it as more of a long term investment. I settled on the Airborne Carry-on Rucksack. The bags are heavier than most carry on bags; even empty, but the material is thickly woven. My bag has large easy to use zippers and double stitching. It is comfortable to wear and I can fit more than necessary. It has many compartments, both inside and out, which is a great feature for those who like to me more organized while traveling. When I have the time, I take it on day excursions and it has held up great. It is a great backpack and I look forward to using it for many years.

Red Oxx is Awesome! I have flown over 250,000 with my airboss in the last 2 years. The bag still looks like new. The Expedition Series, I think I could put a small car inside the bag. My daughter recently finished a 30 day Red sea diving trip and trek with only one bag. It was the Expedition. now she is mad I want it back. Great quality, great finishing touches, and great dependability. Once you get used to the space that comes from carrying as opposed to wheeling your bag you will be hooked.

Absolutely bomb proof bags! They have a bag for about any need you could possibly have. Great people that own and operate this business, they care about their product, their customers and their community! Buy their stuff, you will not be disappointed!

I've owned an Air Boss for several years, and it's far and away my favorite travel bag. Lightweight, easy access to gear, and overbuilt to withstand almost any mishap. I've been to 26 countries, and my travels are easier because of this bag. Strongly considering my next purchase, a CPA Briefcase. If it's half the bag that this one is, it'll be a great investment.

I bought the Red Oxx Air Boss 11 years ago and have traveled extensively with it. Over time, the exterior pocket began to be ripped off. (This was due to occasionally overpacking and then wedging it into the tiny overhead compartments of the regional jets). Red Oxx has a lifetime warranty on its products. I finally sent it in for repairs. To my surprise, they sent a brand new Air Boss back to me one week later! Talk about incredible service. This really is the last travel bag I'll ever own!

My husband and I both have one of these bags and we love them. I love all the pockets and how much stuff you can stuff them with. We always use them when we are on a long or a short trip. Made in the USA and great construction. Its the only bag I'll ever buy. Ive met the owners and several people that work there. Ive toured the place where the bags are made. Ive never seen a company that works so hard to keep the employees and the customers happy. These are to die for.
