I have always gone here and I am disappointed to be writing this. First of all, I did a yellow/gold chrome set in May, it literally peeled the very next day. I called and complained and they fixed it no problem, it was still inconvenient for me as I was busy. However, I did a set in June for my graduation. I wanted a simple white french tip set and the nails I got were crooked, you could see where the fill was as the line from the previous set was not covered, there was no apex, and they were very bumpy. I called to complain and they told me they would look at it at 9am the next morning. They then called me and told me they can only do 11:30 or 12:30. I said I would do 11:30am and that I was willing to pay for them to just fix it because it was my set for my graduation. I go in th next day at about 11:25am. I was not seated I was told to wait and it was evident that I would not be getting seated at 11:30am. This was fusterating to me as I was going through finals and had a very busy schedule. The manager then comes over to me and looks at my nails and tells me there is nothing wrong with them. She was scolding me on how they were not crooked and that they'll only fix the bumpiness, as that was undeniable. I decided to leave as I still wasn't seated, and did not appreciate the way I was spoken to. By the time I left it was still 12 and I had not been seated still.
