I've been going to Tina for about 6 months now. I can honestly say I have never been disappointed. I have been happy with every set. A couple other things about the nail salon is the they have lots of options for colors or styles, the restrooms are clean and the other ladies are so friendly. I have also received so many compliments on my nails.

I have always gone here and I am disappointed to be writing this. First of all, I did a yellow/gold chrome set in May, it literally peeled the very next day. I called and complained and they fixed it no problem, it was still inconvenient for me as I was busy. However, I did a set in June for my graduation. I wanted a simple white french tip set and the nails I got were crooked, you could see where the fill was as the line from the previous set was not covered, there was no apex, and they were very bumpy. I called to complain and they told me they would look at it at 9am the next morning. They then called me and told me they can only do 11:30 or 12:30. I said I would do 11:30am and that I was willing to pay for them to just fix it because it was my set for my graduation. I go in th next day at about 11:25am. I was not seated I was told to wait and it was evident that I would not be getting seated at 11:30am. This was fusterating to me as I was going through finals and had a very busy schedule. The manager then comes over to me and looks at my nails and tells me there is nothing wrong with them. She was scolding me on how they were not crooked and that they'll only fix the bumpiness, as that was undeniable. I decided to leave as I still wasn't seated, and did not appreciate the way I was spoken to. By the time I left it was still 12 and I had not been seated still.

Ms. Lynn is always welcoming with a smile, anytime I call for an appointment she will always work me in without a wait. She does my pedicure perfect and she takes her time. I like the fact that she does not rush.

Everyone is welcoming and kind I always feel taken care of , Jamie does my nails she’s very creative Diana always takes care of pedi I love this place

I've been coming here for 20 years and am always happy! Everyone here does a wonderful job and the girls will all greet you by name when they get to know you! Highly recommend

I'll never go here again. They removed my chrome, gel nails then changed manicurists. Second manicurist kept grinding my natural nails saying she was making sure all the residue was gone. I usually keep my nails natural so I don't know much about the processes. Why would they grind down so much of my natural nails? It will take 4 or 5 months for them to grow completely out!

All the ladies here are so nice and the service is top notch. Today I had a fill and pedicure, my nails look fantastic I live far from here if I lived closer I'd come here every time I need my nails and toes taken care of, Red Persimmon is fabulous

This place is always clean and they great you with a smile. Jamie is an amazing nail technician. She has an eye for detail, great suggestions and my nails last for weeks. Diana does a beautiful job on my toes. Both ladies are kind and friendly.

I got a full set from Jamie she's the best . Really friendly and professional. Really clean salon , and good prices . Definitely recommend.

First time here. Liked the cleanliness and friendly greeting... Ignored the 2.9 rating. Given my experience at the other red persimmon at the mall and not charging what their posted prices are, I literally showed them what was needed, asked how much it would be , and they told me $45. Then at check out they charged me $56. That's a shady 20-25% up-charge, so they deserve nothing but one star. Seems to be a red persimmon thing too because the one at the mall did the same thing, although I'm not even sure they are related. I'm pro-small business- especially in my neighborhood, but- I would not recommend this place.. Too many options out there, In fact- literally across the street from this place. I went there first but unfortunately they were busy. Next time, I'll wait.

pedicure 5 stars wait time 1 hour with an appointment 0 receptionist customer service 0 its not funny that a customer waits one hour with an appointment, and you blame it on technician when yoir scheduling appointments. and letting walk ins take a customer set appointment. this is not my first experience under this new ownership.

If I could rate zero I would. My daughter and I went in to get our nails done. She wanted a gel manicure ... the man who did her nails was done in less than 10 min. LESS THAN. He filed her a bit, painted and that's it. I wanted a fill ... I asked for them to be a but rounded and nude with glitter .. not white with a yellow tint that look like elementary school press on's

We've been coming here for the past two years for the spa pedicures. This is an older place, that's relatively clean but it does have room to improve. Lynn and the other technicians are always very polite and friendly ; the prices are reasonable

Jaime does my nails and toes and Diane does my husbands toes. They are AMAZING!! I get complements constantly on my nails, and Jaime knows exactly what I like and does it perfectly every time, remembering my preferences. Great shop, great service!

Four stars for the hard gel polish change. I'm usually happy with the final look. This is not a manicure, rather just a polish change. The price is different every time I come for a redo. Seems like they charge whatever they want that day. No service menu with prices is posted. Two stars for the customer experience and cleanliness. The nail stations are filthy with dust and used water bottles and polish samples everywhere. It looks like no one takes pride in working there. The employees don't tidy throughout the day and apparently no cleaning service comes at the end of the day. I've mostly been happy with the hard gel polish change. But my last visit was a big turn off with the condition of the salon and the employee behaviors. The salon is pretty loud, which makes a relaxing spa experience impossible. The music is loud. The employees speak loudly to each other across the room, yelling across customers. The employees sit with their bare feet in the service chairs the customers have to sit in. The employees eat in the salon service area. The chairs and nail stations are not sanitized after each customer. No visible employee hand washing between customers. Overall, nice looking nails, poor customer experience, and at increased risk for infection in this filthy salon.

I've been going here for almost 15 years. I've had every type of service with complete satisfaction! The staff is very professional and kind.

The first time I came I got a full set and I got a gel pedicure. I also had to acrylic toes I paid total 119. I came again a second time and I wanted a fill for my nails and I wanted to get a pedicure but also feel in the acrylic toes. They wanted me to pay 65$ for a fill these are my nails for context. They're medium length. They also wanted to charge me 59$ for a pedicure which means it would have been 119 $ which is the same price I paid for fresh sets. The language barrier is also frustrating. I usually don't write reviews but this one was so frustrating. When I asked them the prices of things they didn't give direct answers it would be almost like they're making the prices up right in front of you.

I always come here to get my gel pedicure and they always do the best job on the design and shape of the nail. Always treating me with kindness and the best hospitality. I definitely recommend coming here. :)

Came in with my grandma and decided to get a pedicure while she was getting new nails done. She comes here all the time and they always take great care of her so I knew I'd have a good experience and I did! Very nice staff, and they fit me in even though it was busy. Very happy.

The staff is so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I've been coming here for 3 years and love my nails every time. They offer many services like hard gel, gel X and dip nails, along with waxing, threading and even eyelash extensions. When I sit for a pedicure in the massage chairs i can actually relax! It's not cluttered with stuff everywhere and random things on the wall but instead it's beautifully decorated with ambient wallpaper and custom wood art the owners husband made. Soft piano music is usually playing in the background as well. Most importantly the place is CLEAN. I've stayed till when they are about to close several times and they are mopping, dusting, organizing and doing laundry. I have no input on the prices though cause I'm unsure what other places are charging since I've been coming here for so long. All In all, i'm super impressed with the quality of this business and will continue coming.

Went in for a pedicure and ended up getting a toe infection literally the next day. The lady doing my pedicure cut me so I assume it's from that and the equipment used not being fully sterilized. I added a picture of the tool they used and it just looks nasty. I should've said something or left but she was almost done. This isn't the first time this has happened sadly. I don't see myself going back after this. Be careful if you go.

Over charge place is filthy and nasty, no paper towels. They act like they don't understand English when you ask for q basic pedicure and charge for the most expensive. Would not recommend this place. The health dept should come and check how dirty. Super expensive and the place is very shitty looking

I gave them one star because that's the lowest I could give. I went on 11/12/25 with 2 other adults and my 5 yr old daughter who wanted to get her nails done for her birthday. So this place tries to push a lot of services on you, even when you've said no. I asked for a regular gel pedi & they informed me that was no longer available. They took #1 off the menu, literally blocked it off with a sticker. So the next option is #2 which includes callus removal, a massage & a scrub. Well I have sensory issues, I don't like to feel stuff on me. I was extremely uncomfortable when they ignored me when I said I did not want the extra services because I did not like the feeling of it. I spoke to someone else, I told her that I wanted a regular gel pedi, and she said okay. When it was all done, they still charged me for the extra services. & I sent a small tip because obviously I wasn't satisfied & they still asked me to send more to a different Zelle number. Of course I just walked out. Extremely disappointed with the service, never going back & I will never recommend this place,

First time here and the ladies are nice! They have just remodeled and today was their first day of re-opening. I had to wait for about 20 minutes, and while waiting (I was able to sit in on one of their massage chair until they were ready), this was a treat. I would come back again!

They not only burnt my skin but as you can see they also totally ripped it off. This is completely absurd and they gave no condolences nor a refund. Yes in their policy it says they aren't responsible if they burnt your skin which is totally bologna. It never said anything about ripping my skin off. Which is exactly what they did. I tried calling but no answer. The person who also did this was Kary whom is the manager. Shame on you and your policy. I also got my nails done from this place as well twice. They aren't good, not at all. The guy kept that I was with put my nail on crooked and when I said it was crooked, he sighs, and proceeds to say something under his breath and then filed it down so much where they also filed my skin off and made me bleed. Please don't go here or waste your money. Absolutely disgraceful. Riverside nail salons are a no for me. Also they overprice for crappy work as well. They tell you their prices aren't updated, well why are they still on the wall then? Either update them or take them off. They tried charging me $70 for acrylics when it said on THEIR board it should be $50 including the designs I got on 4 nails. They didn't even clean their materials or had a stickers. Which nail salon doesn't have stickers. Unprofessional. They also burnt my skin and made me pay full price for my eyebrows. Please read the reviews because I am not the only one with a bad experience and I will definitely be doing that from now on and never coming here again at all. Shame on your business. Update: called the salon they said they would get back to me, it's now been almost a week and nothing. Tried calling again but didn't go through. Shameful business y'all.

Last time I was here there was a long wait time. I had to wait to get seated for a dip powder nails. After I had to wait for one of the nail techs to be available I order for a gel pedicure. I didn't like how they upscale you and charge you I order to pay for a more expensive package. I overplayed $107. I don't plan on coming back or recommending this place.

I came to this location for the first time and made and appt. I loved how pretty the location looks forgot to take pics. I brought my baby sister to get her acrylic nails for the first time. I myself got a gel manicure and it wass sooo goood. I loves the guy that attended me he was very thorough in removing the excess dead skin and a perfectionist. I really enjoyed the hand massage with the heated location and heated towel did not know I needed that till I received it. My sister had her acrylic nails done for the first time and the lady that did her nails was quick too and okay. The only thing is that I didn't really like how she did my sisters nails she made the nails look so chunky. Imagine your first experience getting acrylics and it's not how you expect. I also didn't like that when she finished her nails she didn't even massage her hands or anything. I mean I paid $55 and tipped for short acrylic nails and didn't even provide her a great experience. I even mentioned twice it was her first time. It is what it is I guess but def don't come if your a beginner or shy to voice like my 12 year old sister

I paid 41 for this ...... so so so bad. Worst nail salon I've been to in riverside. The lady also used a used water bowl with me and flooded my cuticles with gel polish. I do not recommend coming here

The work that comes out of this salon is nice but they can be sneaky and throw in additional charges without telling you. So make sure to establish a price before tot start and tell them no sales.

I requested for Deluxe Manicure for $45. But it was the shortest manicure of my life. They just filed my nail for few seconds. N dan started applying gel nail polish direct. I asked what about massage da woman said we do in the end after nail polish we do the massage with creams. I said that's weired normally ppl massage before. Anyhow after putting my nail polish she just applied a cream and finished. SHORTEST MANICURE ever!

Wooow wooow!! This place is amazing!! We came here comming from my physical therapy in riverside and it was nearby and the service was phenomenal!! I came in with my mom and such good service ! I got the number 8 pedicure and it was amazing ! I have been wanting a pedicure since I gotten my foot surgery and this the by far the best I have ever gotten a pedicure! They weren't stingy with the massage I got that came with my pedicure and the water was perfect the lady who did my feet so good ! I live in perris,ca and I have gone to some there and this is by far the best it's so worth driving here to get the best pamper !! My mom got her pedi and a full and she also felt their service is and how they treated us was amazing ! The lady made sure she took off all the dead skin and was very nice ! Will be comming again even tho I live in perris cuz of how amazing the service was and worth it !

They're super disrespectful and annoying. They talked shit then try to make it right after the fact. I asked if they lady doing them would be able to take out the ingrown nail which they were able to not even a month ago. The girl ignored me and i asked again so she would answer me. but talked shit with the lady about me ended up cutting me so i asked if she wasn't able to that its fine. and they made a whole scene laughing about me and then after the lady was quote on quote gonna do it. I was already felt uncomfortable and the guy coming to touch my toe as if it was infected which it was not! I swear it was worse last time just because she kept picking it at it. It felt worse so i asked if she could. Vibe was weird after that and I asked to leave. I did pay for the clean up service. but honestly after you make a client feel uncomfortable that they have no control over why would i even stay? Also forgot to add i had said i wanted the first service and they wanted to me to do the second after i literally said i wanted the first one just because they wanted me to pay more lol. zero stars literally. and i let them know how disrespectful they were and if they didnt talk crap about their clients i would've stayed.

I hadn't been here in 8 years , so needing a new set of acrylics and being in Riverside I sent back here . Tina took my old nails off without a problem . She put my left finger finger tip on wrong . Now it goes into my other finger . I noticed after I got home mane of my nails were done right . Nails were uneven , worse thing my tips were put on too small . Now I've got to get another new set . I paid $66 plus a $10 tip ( that she didn't want me to put on my card , wanted cash ) . Waste of time and money . I now know why everyone was getting pedicures. I was the only one getting their nails done .

this place is wonderful! i started coming here in 2018 then got closed for covid, while they were closed i tried other shops but none compared to this place! it's very cozy inside!! everyone is super nice and always greet you! linh is the manager and she has done my manicure and waxed me before and she's the best!! tina does the best acrylic nails and fills!! may is so gentle on your pedicure and goes in! my FAVORITE NAIL SPOT!!
