Red Planet Cebu

My go to place when I stay in Cebu. All the team are super friendly, especially the security guards! Always smiling and greeting you. Rooms are small but it’s cozy. Beds are really comfortable and the shaker pressure is great! Would highly recommend!

I was so amazed by my stay at Red Planet Cebu! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room was clean, cozy, and modern — exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. 🛏️✨What impressed me most was the location — very accessible and close to everything in the city. Perfect for travelers like me! The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed was super comfy, and I felt really safe the entire time. 💯Highly recommended for anyone looking for affordable comfort with top-notch service. Red Planet is a basic, no-frills hotel, but it's nice and clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's located near Ayala Malls...about a five minute walk. Great location. Other than the rooms are small, it's an great option if you're on a budget and want to be close to the city. Would definitely stay here again.

Front desk employee Blaise is amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate our request for early check in and late check out due to my daughter not feeling well from our long air travel from the US. The rooms had good AC and clean shower. Location is very convenient, close to mall and restaurants.

Nice, clean room. Small but I think for its price it's reasonable. It's just walking distance to Ayala Mall Cebu. There is 3 in 1 soap/shampoo/conditioner but there is no toothbrush/toothpaste provided. So make sure you bring one but if you forgot, there is 7/11 downstairs. They also do not provide bottled water BUT they have water dispenser. I prefer this one since I always bring tumbler with me, it's more eco-friendly.

Yet again the staff proved themselves first rate, although this time there was a minor issue. To start you are met at the entrance by 2 real gentlemen. You cannot ask for better. They were both polite and very helpful. Sorry I did not get their names ,but next time I will remedy that. If you stay there and need information talk to them. On to reception and once more was greeted by the delightful Blaise. Again I cannot express what an asset she and the 2 gentlemen are to the hotel.Rooms were clean and tidy. The only issue that I left one day around 10.30 a left notice to make up the room. This did not occur. First time it has happened. Not really a problem. I highly recommend this hotel,with its fantastic staff,clean rooms and great location. Will see you again soon.

Staff were kind and courteous. The mall is in walking distance which is great and there’s a 7/11 right next door. The bedsheets were a bit dingy for my liking and the sink in the bathroom is slow to drain. Lots of traffic noises all night long so bring earplugs! Altogether a good place to stay for a night or two on a budget but I wouldn’t want to stay here for an extended period. I agree with other reviewers that having a water refill on each floor would be nice and the hallways do smell a bit musty.

Excellent frontdesk customer service! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful.Great location— walking distance to and from Cebu Business Park.Sheets and pillowcases can be cleaner. Some smell in the bathroom at times. Overall okay hotel for its price.
