The best part about this hotel is the location, across from the big mall and supermarket, but I cannot recommend staying here because the rooms are extremely noisy from the outside traffic and the entire room is full of mold because of the humidity. The window does not open and there is no ventilation, and every day, the room and my bags and clothes were wet because there was no proper ventilation. And you can see mold growing on the walls. Not a good experience 😭

The only 'art' in the room is a poster pushing their App. There's no phone in the room. The WiFi is good and strong and mostly stays logged in after going out and coming back to the hotel. A feature of the app that didn't work was to use it to receive phone calls as if it was a room phone. When I said it didn't work the front desk simply stated 'technical issue' which I knew! No attempt was made to resolve so the feature worked. Otherwise a good stay.

Great place, great price. We had a really good night in this place. You can really feel that you are welcome to come to that place. No judgement attached especially that I have a foreign partner. Staff and guards there are approachable. Near Ayala also if you want to buy or to enjoy your time. Highly suggested place ❤️

I've been a member and chose to stay in Cebu branch since it was my birthday. Even before booking to stay, i asked questions from the hotel about early check in and late check out. I understand their sop about the policy but was told that we can stay for free until 3pm. Then afterwards between 3pm-6pm will be charged 500. Anyway our flight back to Manila was at 10pm. What happened while we were still out and about buying pasalubongs... I called the hotel and was told we only have until 2pm for free. After that we will be charged 50 percent of the booking until 6pm. Our booking cost 3k plus for 2 nights. So i supposed 1500 a day divide by 2 equals 750 that would be acceptable amount to pay for staying until 6pm. I went straight to the receptionist and she said they were saying or telling the customers about the 500 pesos until 6pm until they were scolded by a some kind of sort audit or qa team. Disappointing. Decided to check out after 3. Just lounged at the lobby.

It was a pleasant stay from November 30 to December 3, 2024. The guard on duty and the front office staff were very accommodating. However, the only unpleasant experience was arriving at 12:20 PM from the airport, expecting to check in as early as 12:30 PM or 1:00 PM, but that wasn't possible. We had to wait until 2:06 PM to be accommodated because the hotel was fully booked the day before our arrival. I preferred a twin bed since we were traveling as a duo from Manila. I hope utensils or a cup/mug can be provided, similar to what is offered at Red Planet Aurora, Cubao. An electric kettle, mugs and a refrigerator are available there. However, I understand that a water dispenser with hot and cold options is available anytime. Also, having only one pillow per bed is not enough as it is too thin. So, I requested an additional one.

very clean and affordable. we got it for 1400 per night for 2. they do not have rooms for big group like us so we have to book separately. we stayed there for 4days and 3nights. very near 7/11, ayala mall, metro, house of lechon 🫶

Decent budget hotel. Rooms are small incase ur expecting space. A hot kettle in the room would have helped. All other basic amenities were available. They also had a iron room, free water dispenser. Front desk staff was polite & courteous.

Location is great, rooms are clean and maintained. Hot and cold water pressure is good. Sleep quality is not so great due to the noise of vehicles passing the main road in front of the hotel.
