Thank you for the warm hospitality during my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and appreciate the cleanliness and service provided. One suggestion I’d like to offer is to consider adding a designated table or area for meals. Having a proper space to enjoy food—whether for dine-in or takeaway—would greatly enhance guest comfort, especially for those on work trips or longer stays. Looking forward to future visits!

This is just a great hotel: an exceptional value. Another terrific hotel, on the same block, just 2 blocks away, is the Quest Hotel. The difference is that the Red Planet offers similar amenities- though no restaurant- for half the price.|The shower was terrific. There is abundant hot water, even in the tap -|so unusual for the Philippines -|The WiFi was terrific.|The bed was super comfortable.|All the facilities worked flawlessly.|This property is no frills, but it completely exceeds expectations.|The housekeeper, Apple, was always extremely friendly.

Location is great because is just a few steps from the mall, when I got to my room I noticed some hairs in the floor, there is some mold in the bathroom, and the floor from the hallway had tape everywhere I’m guessing that there was a carpet before and doesn’t look really nice… the water to drink from the lobby tasted weird so I didn’t had it. I recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere affordable and close to the mall, staff is incredibly helpful and friendly

I was so amazed by my stay at Red Planet Cebu! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room was clean, cozy, and modern — exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. 🛏️✨What impressed me most was the location — very accessible and close to everything in the city. Perfect for travelers like me! The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed was super comfy, and I felt really safe the entire time. 💯Highly recommended for anyone looking for affordable comfort with top-notch service. You cannot beat this location. Check-in was very smooth and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. Being a budget hotel we did not expect much but we were hoping there was at least a small ref in the room. You enter your room via keycard access but there was no secondary lock from inside the room so that worried us a bit. Beds were comfortable. There is no restaurant on the premises so being across from a mall where you can get food helps a lot. For the purposes of our trip this time around, this hotel works for us. Red Planet is a basic, no-frills hotel, but it's nice and clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's located near Ayala Malls...about a five minute walk. Great location. Other than the rooms are small, it's an great option if you're on a budget and want to be close to the city. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location is awesome! Its practically at the center of all the action in Cebu city. We were also given an early check-in by the hotel staff, which was absolutely fantastic, since we really need an early rest after an early flight from Manila. We were absolutely delighted with our stay, and will surely cone back again. Thank you!

Front desk employee Blaise is amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate our request for early check in and late check out due to my daughter not feeling well from our long air travel from the US. The rooms had good AC and clean shower. Location is very convenient, close to mall and restaurants.
