Red Planet Clark Angeles City

My stay was okay, not that bad and not that good as well. It could've been great if they have everyday cleaning of the room and water station per floor at least. If you want to get water you have to get down on the 2nd floor for a water refill. 😥 But for a pretty decent stay, it was okay.

Front desk reception was not responsive when we have problem with the room. The air con cannot be activated after inserting room card. Had to inform them 3 times before someone come to our room to fix the problem. Reception attitude was also not sincere regarding to our problem. Room along the hotel was so noisy with motorcycles exhaust. Only the security on the ground floor was helpful and nice.

Stayed for one night before getting a flight from Clark. This is a budget hotel and you definitely get what the pay for. The room was very basic (twin room) beds were comfy but the aircon was extremely noisy and didnt do much for the room. This is not a reflection of all Red Planet hotels as the one in BGC Manila was very good. The staff at reception and staff on the door are very friendly. There is a 7 11 next door and several bars where you can also get food within walking distance. There's also a SM mall which seems close as it's just across the road however it is a big main road and takes around 30 mins to walk there. However, the taxis are very affordable and we got a taxi (get the GRAB app) for a couple of hundred pesos to the airport.|I signed up for the Red Planet app/membership (free of charge) as you can save on direct bookings and if it's your birthday month, which it was, you get quite a large saving. Overall, we were satisfied as it was just a short stay at a great price and convenient for the airport

The people in the hotel are really charming and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the place is in a good location to experience the angeles city

Wherever in the Philippines we travel we always choose red planet… It suits your budget without compromising your safety and comfort. There is also 7/11 nearby or you can also order food online. Not really close to th effort but hotel is clean.

It can get very busy. For a mostly self-service hotel, it can be a challenge to get the hlep you need. The staf are helpful, but there's only so much they can do if there's just so few of them. For one, parking can be a challenge when the hotel is booked solid. Another is the slow elevators. We had a guest we booked have trouble with their room key and it took 15 minutes just to get someone to the 7th floor to fix the issue. Like i said, great staff can only do so much when they're short-handed. Still a great value for money, though. But I'd personally spend a bit more next time to get my guests a better hotel, just down the road in places like Capitol Hill Suites.

All staff friendly and helpful.The bathroom dispensers need replacing.The little restaurant next door ideal for pulutan. Overall our stay a nice experience.

Recommended for a budget hotel. very close to airport. takes 5-10 minutes to get the walking street with tuktuk. staff is very kind and nice.

Red Planet had friendly staff and was clean. There were five of us and assumed that two rooms would suffice. We were wrong. Two adults on a twin size bed was uncomfortable. By the time we knew and realized it, we were too tired from the long trip in traffic from Laoag. However, the price per night was great. Not only did the rooms only have two twin size beds, but they were extremely small. If you do not plan on spending much time in the room, this would be a good option. The rooms did come with complimentary breakfast, which was served next door at the restaurant/bar. The breakfast was delicious and made up for the twin size beds. Next time, I'll be sure that we get enough rooms that none of us will have to share a bed.

Visited Angeles on a whim and was not familiar with the area. Only thing I recognize was a Red Planet Brand that i saw from other cities.....So it tried it. This place was amazing. the value for the buck you spent was worth every penny. Well planned and every item is functional. Very Clean and Fresh. The facade was normal but when you step in..your in a modern hotel with minimalist in mind. The amenities is not as expected from other hotel but available at request or extra cost which is understandable. Only thing missing is a tooth brush and water...you can buy that at the desk or 7-11 nearby. ...being in this hotel and as an avid traveler, the money spend is worth. Room is kept well and cleaned daily. The Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Located in the friendship road...near the busy fields and balibago. No traffic and GRAB is present. Yet problem for the city is its public transpo. Download GRAB now. Uber is also coming to the city. Taxi and Tricycle is a rip off. Check out the city....stay in Red Planet..thats the plan.
