Red Planet Clark Angeles City

The hotel provides basic but above-average in room rate price range. I was surprised by the toiletries being for sale but very understandable. My stay was very comfortable and the guard on duty during the night of my stay was commendable. Although I did not necessarily needed help with parking across the road, he kindly insisted. Kudos!

Highly recommended! The staff here, especially the security, were amazing. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with genuine smiles, helped with the elevator, and treated us with such respect. Every time we left for work, they still greeted us warmly and even assisted us into our booked Maxim ride. The receptionists were also friendly and easy to talk to. Great service, warm hospitality—will definitely stay here again!

Impeccable service. Hotel staffs are very attentive, including the guards. They ensure that every guest is well received and attended. Rooms are clean and the bed is soft. Very worth the price. Well functioning elevator.

The bed is clean and comfortable. Security guard is very welcoming and helpful. Front desk staff is cheerful. Air conditioning is working just right. The only thing that can be improved as a budget  hotel is to replace dark and very old bath towels and non-functioning safe vault.

I suggest providing 2 larger pillows, complimentary slippers, and cleaner windows. I wish the room was more aromatic too. A desk for carry on purses or smaller bags would be great! Other than that, the staff and the app service and member discount was worth it!

The reception process was relatively slow, but the security was helpful and nice. The window type AC was noisy in addition to the road traffic noise. The AC power supply is controlled by the room key, at the last 12 hours of my stay, the AC didn't work, and the solution was through the front desk keyboard (activate/unactivate). No slippers and other kits are usually given for free in other hotels. The bed sheet with colored spots. The room's shower drainage is slow, so water remains for a longer time. Internet signal isn't strong enough. Most of the times there isn't free wi-fi. There is no closet in the room where you can put your clothing's. View very tiny died insects were on the bed and on the floor of the room. Therefore, two nights were unfortunately wasted at this place, but the remaining 8 nights will be great at somewhere else (not far) where customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

Red Planet Clark was a big letdown. This is by far the worst Red Planet we've stayed in. All the Manila branches we've tried were clean and well-maintained, but the Clark location was the complete opposite. The room felt dirty—linens and towels didn’t look or feel clean, and the pillowcases looked cheap and unwashed.Noise was another issue. Despite being on the 4th floor, we could clearly hear cars passing by. Worst of all, they don’t even have proper building parking. The limited parking spaces they offer are not enough for the number of rooms, and the rest are just on the street.Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s not worth the price. You’re better off trying another hotel—or even a motel with cleaner sheets.

The room was clean. Check-in was fast, and the staff were very accommodating with our late check-out request. The location is also close to the event I was attending. The booking process was very smooth—Brian helped me with it. Thank you, Red Planet team!

Red Planet had friendly staff and was clean. There were five of us and assumed that two rooms would suffice. We were wrong. Two adults on a twin size bed was uncomfortable. By the time we knew and realized it, we were too tired from the long trip in traffic from Laoag. However, the price per night was great. Not only did the rooms only have two twin size beds, but they were extremely small. If you do not plan on spending much time in the room, this would be a good option. The rooms did come with complimentary breakfast, which was served next door at the restaurant/bar. The breakfast was delicious and made up for the twin size beds. Next time, I'll be sure that we get enough rooms that none of us will have to share a bed.

Visited Angeles on a whim and was not familiar with the area. Only thing I recognize was a Red Planet Brand that i saw from other cities.....So it tried it. This place was amazing. the value for the buck you spent was worth every penny. Well planned and every item is functional. Very Clean and Fresh. The facade was normal but when you step in..your in a modern hotel with minimalist in mind. The amenities is not as expected from other hotel but available at request or extra cost which is understandable. Only thing missing is a tooth brush and water...you can buy that at the desk or 7-11 nearby. ...being in this hotel and as an avid traveler, the money spend is worth. Room is kept well and cleaned daily. The Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Located in the friendship road...near the busy fields and balibago. No traffic and GRAB is present. Yet problem for the city is its public transpo. Download GRAB now. Uber is also coming to the city. Taxi and Tricycle is a rip off. Check out the city....stay in Red Planet..thats the plan.
