A well-located chain hotel offering excellent value for short stays. The room was small but clean and well-maintained, with all basic amenities functioning as expected. Staff were courteous, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay.

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised I booked this hotel through Cheap Flights, trusting the good reviews, especially since the accommodations for my other bookings in Thailand had been excellent. However, this hotel did not meet expectations at all. The room was tiny, cramped, and lacked basic amenities like shampoo. The bathroom was poorly designed, and the space felt incredibly congested. The window was very small, making the room feel even more claustrophobic — definitely not suitable for anyone with even a slight fear of small spaces. None of this was clear from the pictures or description, which was misleading. We ended up booking this room last minute just to spend the night, and it was a huge letdown. The staff at the reception were friendly, but unfortunately, they were not helpful. Most of them didn’t speak or understand even basic English, which made it difficult to get any assistance with our inquiries. Overall, this experience was a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re expecting something comfortable and up to the standard of the reviews

Parking is limited. Front desk staff is smiling and speaks acceptable English. Rooms are within acceptable range for this price.

Is a basic hotel. Also no fridge which ia a surprised. No toothbrush or toothpaste etc. No water provided. Only toilet paper and towel provided. Location is a bit far frm walking street. However, do have sm nice resturant around. Peaceful and quiet area.

The room is quite small and without closes, but It's clean and the vés is comptable, the AC works well and there is a fan too.

It is in a great location.. that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this place. I booked a room just so we would have a place to shower and keep our luggage for the day, we were not staying we couldn’t check in till 2 so we left our bags and came back to shower and head to the airport and the girls at the front seat were not only rude but told me they won’t give more then 2 towels and if we wanted a towel we had to pay per towel.. what in the …….. how dare you want to charge people for a towel when I paid for the room and paid for an overnight stay and only needed the room for 1.5H then another employee was speaking in Thai saying there was to many of us and I kept explaining we were only showering and leaving. Needless to say I dried my body with a bed sheet and would never stay her or suggest it.

Perfect for a single traveler! Great location and friendly staff! I will definitely come again!
