Easy Planet Phuket Patong

We stayed at this hotel for 14 nights, the hotel is in a good location, it is about a 15 minute walk to Patong Beach and is only a short drive from many tourist attractions. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. Yes the rooms are slightly worn, however you get what you pay for and i believe this hotel is good value for money. The room had a big shower and a comfortable bed so overall we were happy with this hotel.

It was okay, but you will find many nice hotels near by.The hotel was really close to the beach also to the Bangla road.But I would not recomment to stay at Patong area too noisy.

I left this hotel a week, I had been staying there about 23 nights.(21 January to 15 February) Which is located along a busy traffic road. I am an old man and sensitive to noise. Front Desk staff re- arrange a quiet room for me. I want to say .. they have a good team of front desk staffs.. they are polite, friendly, patient and helpful... I remember some of their names ( Fah, Sorin, Honey, Alice, Mean...) I forget some of their name😅. The rooms is clean. Thank you front desk team again 🙏🙏🙏 LEUNG WAI YIU , from Hong Kong

It's located at an ideal spot and have good accessibility to patong beach and bangla walking street and 7/11 . Staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel is non-smoking. Our room was a Lil cramped but overall good with a nice view. Will surely recommend it 😄

A well-located chain hotel offering excellent value for short stays. The room was small but clean and well-maintained, with all basic amenities functioning as expected. Staff were courteous, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay.

No drinking water in the room, you have to get the water from the water dispenser machine in the hotel. They only provide toilet roll but not tissue paper. There were no toiletries provided (toothbrush, shower cap, etc.)

28.02.2016 Rooms are way smaller without basic amenities like water/coffee glasses, no intercom, water dispenser at reception. Ac's working supper, washrooms super, staff super, location super

The rooms are very small. The location is good and convenient. However in services they do not provide water bottles.
