My daughter booked this hotel for a place to stay while in QC. We've been to its branch in Shaw Blvd. years ago and it was a pleasant experience. Similarly, our stay in their Timog branch was pleasant. Ira, the front desk staff, was kind and helpful. She even let me borrow her mug and offered me tea bags (I don't drink coffee). This trait is something that any guest would appreciate -- going a mile to make guests comfortable and feel good. The morning shift guard was also polite, never forgetting to greet guests. Even the room attendants were helpful. I just want to comment on the shampoo/soap dispenser in the shower area. The red part always fall off. Hope this can be checked. Also, the drain tube on the lavatory leaks. Since we only stayed for a few days and we're often out, I forgot to inform the front desk about this. Nevertheless, our short stay was pleasant with a comforting bed to sleep on, particularly since I have scoliosis.

I had a great stay at Red Planet Hotel Timog with friends! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. Perfect for a budget-friendly and hassle-free stay. Would definitely come back!

Room was clean and location is very close to establishments where you can eat and party. Only issues i experienced was the aircon is limited to 24C and doesn't go any higher so it can get pretty cold. Not sure if it is the same for their other rooms. The soad dispenser covers also tend to come off when you try to use them for some reason. Aside from these two things, everything was excellent.

I’ve stayed at Red Planet Timog multiple times, sometimes for longer stays, and I keep coming back because of the amazing staff. I especially want to mention Ms. Jen and Arvin at the front desk—they’re always so helpful. Whenever I run into problems booking through the app, Ms. Jen is the one who takes care of it, and Arvin is just as great whenever I need something during my stay. The guards are super friendly too, which adds to the overall welcoming vibe. The beds are really comfortable, so getting a good night’s sleep is never an issue, and the rooms are always cool and cozy—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I did have a small issue with the liquid dispenser in the bathroom, as the cap was loose, but it’s easy to fix. Hopefully, they take care of that soon. Also, if you need toiletries, you can just grab them from the front desk. Overall, it’s been a great experience every time, and I’m always happy to return. Thanks to the staff.

Hi! I'm a solo traveler and I am sharing my experiences so you can make an informed decision. Follow me on IG at @wandererva *** I'd like to give 5 stars but I can't find enough reason to do so. I was there overnight. I think the room is affordable and best for solo or couple traveler. The bathroom is as expected, with H&C shower and working bidet. Location wise, I think it's good as many restaurant, convenience store, bars and coffee shops are nearby. When I was there, I think they're short-staffed as there's only 1 personnel at the reception while many guests lined up for questions. Nonetheless, I had a lovely stay.

The staffs are attentive and helpful all throughout our stay. I was able to reach their contact number before checking in and asked them my prior concerns. We're able to check-in and check-out easily and smoothly. They're also responsive to requests and our needs. However, as per the room itself, I find the walls thin as we can somehow hear some noise from the other room. Overall it is a great stay and service.
