Excellent Stay at Red Planet Timog, Quezon City I had a wonderful experience at Red Planet Timog. The staff are extremely friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. What stood out the most was how they proactively offered assistance even without being asked. Their professionalism and warmth made the stay even more pleasant. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything was efficient and comfortable, making it perfect for short stays. The location is also very convenient, especially if you need quick access to establishments around Timog and Quezon City. Overall, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

SO DISAPPOINTING. TAG AS PET FREINDLY HOTEL BUT STAFF ARE NOT ANIMAL FREINDLY. I stayed last december to celebrate new year together with my family and our furrbabies. I am writing this review to express my concern about an incident i witnessed involving one of the hotel staff harassing a stray cat within the hotel premises. As a guest and animal advocate, this was very disturbing to see. especially since the hotel promote itself as a PET FREINDLY ESTABLISHMENT. Harassing or mistreating animals, even stray ones, creates a negative impression and goes against the values compassion and responsibility that many guest expect from a PET FREINDLY HOTEL. This kind of behavior may affect the hotel's reputation and could discourage animal loving guests from staying here in the future. I hope the management will address this matter seriously. provide proper guidance and training to staff, and ensure that animals within the premises -owned pets or strays- are treated humanely and respectfully. I will the call the attention of DEPATMENT OF TOURISM to look in this incident,. My wife caught it on short video and we are willing to show it to them or in socmed only for awareness. I believe the hotel has the potential to uphold better standards, and i sincerely hope this concern will be taken into consideration.

My stay at Red Planet was pleasant. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth. I appreciated the convenient location—close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast and reliable. Great value for money; perfect for short stays.

The place is fine for the price you paid. Location is convenient to the venue we were going to attend. Staff are friendly. Security staff were superb.This hotel has a very basic toiletry supplies like soap. The towels were very thin. No kettle to use as shown on their ads. We took some damages that we saw in the room so it won’t be charge to us once check out.Overall, we get what we needed and paid for, sleep in a comfortable bed and room with AC. ☺️

First timer in Philippines! It was my first solo trip to Philippines and my friend recommended this place to stay as it is quite nearby to most touristy places in and around Manila. The room and service were so good and neat. Staffs were so friendly and welcoming. They speak good English and there were no language barriers. Recommending this place for solo/friends/couple travellers.

Towels were so bad. They were grey and thinning out unlike before. The laundry service uses really str9ng chemicals. The staff are great. The room is clean but when the towels are so bad you can't have a decent shower.

The staffs are very nice,from security and to all staff,the room is comfortable and clean,the cr are also clean.the aircon and television are also good.the accommodation for my days of stay is very good

Mixed experience — could be improved I stayed at Red Planet Timog and my experience had some ups and downs. First, they should really inform their third-party partners like Agoda that they have very limited parking slots. I arrived around 8:30 PM with no place to park, and my only options were to cancel (with no refund for my 3-night stay) or wait on the roadside until 9 PM for their valet service. I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes on hazard lights along the street, which was inconvenient and unsafe. My first room (1006) also had a clogged shower drain, so I had to request a room transfer. Fortunately, the staff assisted right away and the new room was fine. Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, but the parking situation and initial room issue made the start of my stay stressful. Hoping they can improve these areas for future guests.

As of today June 5th , this hotel will welcome guest without having to undergo a covid test, as long as you have to show a proof that you have a booster dose of covid 19, plus show your passport or valid id. Price is so affordable today:)) By the way, this hotel does not provide toothbrush and tooth paste however you may buy it from them for a of 75pesos /1.25$ they have provided a 3in 1 shampoo conditioner/ body wash. The customer service lady is very friendly and explained it well the do's an dnts of the hotel.

I was at this hotel from January 29-31,2020 for a supposed to be extended stay. The hotel was small including the elevator and room but was nonetheless clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A very basic hotel meant for rest and sleep. Period. The only negatives for this hotel were- no cabinets for clothes. You have a small corner rack to hang clothes with 4 hangers provided. No telephone in the room so you have to have a smart phone with a strong Wi-Fi to be able to call the front desk or outside. No in house restaurant but you can order out and have it delivered. In short, this is not good for any stay longer than an overnight.

Lacking some basic amenities like soap and shampoo but a very clean hotel. Was looking for a hotel close to St. Luke's Medical Center and this was very inexpensive for a hotel that was quickly booked. The rooms are not as big as hotels rooms in the United States but it is clean and well kept.it also has a safe for your important belongings.
