Mixed experience — could be improved
I stayed at Red Planet Timog and my experience had some ups and downs. First, they should really inform their third-party partners like Agoda that they have very limited parking slots. I arrived around 8:30 PM with no place to park, and my only options were to cancel (with no refund for my 3-night stay) or wait on the roadside until 9 PM for their valet service. I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes on hazard lights along the street, which was inconvenient and unsafe.
My first room (1006) also had a clogged shower drain, so I had to request a room transfer. Fortunately, the staff assisted right away and the new room was fine.
Overall, the staff were friendly and accommodating, but the parking situation and initial room issue made the start of my stay stressful. Hoping they can improve these areas for future guests.
