Red Salt

Very tasty. Very pricey. Superb service - Allen was very attentive. The blueberry margarita was the best I've ever had (real blueberries, blueberry vodka, chambord, and lemon), fantastic spicy ribs, and the lobster risotto was also appallingly good. Not a big fan of the ricotta appetizer - the sweet from the cheese and honey clashed with the truffle (but the toasted bread bites were amazing), and the lobster and crab dynamite sushi roll was absolutely delicious. (And not spicy despite the sound of it.)

We rent to Red Salt for my birthday and it was phenomenal! Chef Noelani Planas is definitely a rising star! She came out to check on our meal. The sushi was some of the best I’ve had on the Island. Noah was an excellent waiter and even John the manager stopped by. A most memorable and delicious evening!

We had an amazing experience celebrating our engagement at Red Salt. Every dish was outstanding. We are from Australia, Sydney and have a very high standard for food, and we were very pleased with this. We ordered the pretzel bread basket, ricotta, and ribs for appetiser, followed by the steak, pear salad, and ahi sushi for main. It was difficult to pick a favourite because they were all delicious but I would recommend the house made ricotta. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

This was an amazing experience. Our server, Nick, was wonderful. I got the most amazing virgin pina colada. We started with sticky pork ribs then had the spaghetti with seafood and lamb chops. Amazing options. Nick was generous and offered us a warm cookie over ice cream for my husband’s birthday 🎂 Beautiful ambiance as well and the bathrooms were clean and not smelly.

No reservation needed for the sushi bar Warm welcome after a disappointing reception at another local spot on another site Small but excellent menu. Sashimi was super fresh. Speciality rolls outstanding. The White Coral was excellent Japanese beers and good sake selection Desserts from Red Salt dining room menu The sushi team are real artists and a pleasure to watch them at work and taste their dishes. The food and service was excellent. The seared ahi main dish was especially exceptional. Despite the lovely view of the pool area and the ocean beyond, the dining room is spare and unremarkable.

Ate here multiple times while staying at the resort and never got tired of it! Delicious options for all times of the day. The dinner was delectable with a romantic ambiance. Great portions, really good service. Nick was our server for dinner and was very friendly, quick service, knowledgeable of dishes and described every piece of the dish as he brought it to us. Highly recommend the ahi bruschetta appetizer - best bruschetta I’ve had. All of the dishes were done to perfection! Pictures include… lobster Benedict, avocado toast, loco moco, filet mignon, nut and seed crusted Mahi, ahi bruschetta, and a smoked old fashioned. We’ll be coming back for more!

Absolutely delicious! Was easily one of the best meals we’ve ever had, especially the Ahi. Special thanks to Jo-Jo our incredible server, & to the Chef / Kitchen staff for a delicious meal. Jo-Jo knew the menu like the back of her hand, & it paid off. Reservations needed, a little pricey, but absolutely worth it.
