Red Sea Palace Hotel

I stayed a few nights at the Red Sea Palace Hotel in Jeddah. The experience was quite pleasant. The staff were nice and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was enjoyable. I was privileged to have a room with a city view, allowing me to see and enjoy the sights of the old city. The views were quite picturesque, adding a special touch to my stay. I arrived late and ordered some food to my room, which arrived quickly and was tasty. This made my late arrival much more comfortable and convenient.

Very bad experience, hotel is not even worth 2 stars! - Wifi was very slow and weak - AC has weird sound like someone breathing which woke us up at night - Ceiling light is not covered and there is no bulb. Not all the lights were working - Ceiling has mold ( I have pictures) - Very limited parking in front of the hotel - Window is not properly ceiled and we could hear light wind at night. - No hot water!!! Even though I asked for it twice - Shower has black mold in the corner - Fridge not working and I asked for it to be repaired twice - The molding as you enter the room is about to come off and you can see a big black - looked dirty - gap. - location is alright and is not really something that made any difference in our stay.

The room quite big, but not much fix since our first time visit here. The lobby was so nice and also the interior design. The price of the hotel reasonable

We were at the middle of city of Jeddah at Night 8PM almost lost didn't know where to find a best place for family. then we found Red Sea Mall and went there and booked a room. this hotel is a five star carrying the legacy of one of the great hotel of Jeddah beside its one of the busy port. Nice location, good stuff and tasty food choices. They also provided guided city tour taxi with pay. we enjoyed our stay.

A great hotel in Message. From the wonderful Arabian Hospitality at the reception to the good breakfast buffet spread to the fast and responsible room service to the good water view to the gym,pool, everything is wonderful.

Beautiful vintage hotel. The location is very nice, you can walk for less than 10 minutes to go to Al-Ballad market. The hotel was very nice, they have a very helpful receptionist. Next time i'm here, i'll take a photo for the room.

I have been in this hotel for 10 days. Very good hotel. The people who work here are also very good. And the food is also good. I'm proud of you
