Great burger spot in Wānaka! Not the best burgers we’ve ever had in our lives but for sure very tasty ones, with a lot of options. We tried the Blue, really liked the caramelised onions, the classic and the chicken with avocado. It felt like good quality food. The fries were really good (though a little bit too salty for my liking). The food was served fast compared to what some comments were saying here, and with a nice smile by friendly staff. Would recommend.

Fantastic burger! And really nice staff. We sat outdoor and it was freezing, the friendly staff switched on the heater for us. Highly recommend this place for good burger and cool people. My wife say this is one of the best burgers she tried.

Hey! I’m a Taiwanese traveler who stopped by for lunch on February 12, 2026. The Dirty Burger was seriously so good — totally hit the spot and packed with flavor! The Blue I got to-go was also really tasty. I loved everything! Literally just finished eating and had to drop this review right away 😂

We had a Dirty Burger and a Blue Burger. They were both so juicy and yummy. I was really happy the Blue burger was such a balanced flavour.. not too strong but a definite Blue cheese taste. Highly recommend. Shame we are only passing through as I would love to work my way through the menu.

Cute and trendy burger joint in wanaka! We did not try the food here but people seemed to say good things about it. We had some time to kill to came here and enjoyed by trying their local beers. They are located opposite a fuel station, laundrette and shower service place if needed as well.

Didn’t expect the burger could be so tasty. Soft bun, juicy beef, sweet pickles and sauces were spot on (dirty burgers). Friendly staff and cozy vibe.

Literally the best flavour burger we’ve had in NZ! Better than Ferg. The caramelised onion and mushroom relish stuff is next level. 100% recommend.

I liked that you can have your burger in a bun (including no gluten option) or in a bowl with a salad. We had the blue cheese burger in a bowl and the fried chicken can, both very good!

After 24 hours of traveling from USA, this was excellent. Meat was perfectly cooked and everything fresh. So missed beetroot and egg on burgers.

I looked at the menu and got excited about the interesting type of burgers they had. I tried the chicken burger and a basic burger. The place was very popular and I could tell that had a lot of take out orders. Staff was very friendly. After waiting for a bit. When we finally got our food we began to dig in. Each type of burger I tried was very dry and pretty bland in taste although it was freshly cooked. Unfortunately, I would not recommend ordering a burger at this place.

Great place for burgers. You get your choice of protein, and lots of great toppings. We had the Mofo and Bleu, both of which were excellent. Nice selection of drinks. Sit inside or outside.

We walked in around 4:45pm there were two Asian gentlemen in line in front of us that were questioning about their order and the manager was like you didbtbirdEd that put we can adds it put you have to pay. Which they did! So the four of us ordered hamburgers and milk shakes that were big and they were just ok. We were sitting outside on the picnic tables and there were 3 other patrons there. Our spouses showed up with fried cauliflower from another vendor and walked over to sit witH us and the rude manager told them he spent a lot of money on the patio and to leave. He never gave them the option to purchase a drink or a burger he chased them off. It was handled horrible. We have only encountered wonderful nice people in New Zealand until here! Customer service is #1 and his is horrible!

A very good burger and beer joint in Wanaka. My stopover was during the day, but I can tell that at night, it would be good for casual group outings. Nicer than a diner, but not a gastropub. The burger (I can't remember which) was excellent, and the selection of local beers was solid enough. A bit high for those on the backpacker budget, but once in awhile, they too must splurge.

I got the MOFO burger and fries today. I must say it is pretty delicious. And this is coming from a burger lover from LA. Everything was delicious. The Cajun fries has the perfect balance of crispy outer and moist potato inside. That white sauce...what is it??? Love it! MOFO had everything on it! The meat was cooked to perfection. Had that grill mark but was super juicy. The egg...eggs make everything better. It was pretty cooked. No runny eggs to splatter all over the burger.

Great beef and fish burgers. Huge. Tasty rolls. Fries were excellent. Salad was tasty and huge. All fresh ingredients. Highly recommended.

We stopped in here for a quick dinner. We had the chicken burger, deer burger and split an order of fries. The fries were great, nice and crispy. Both burgers were cooked perfect and very tasty. Also they have a nice selection of local beers with several different styles so you can get the perfect beer for your burger.

Can't speak for the burgers otherwise this would be 1 star. DO NOT GET THE MILKSHAKES. Absolutely the worst shake I've ever had---it's like you're drinking foamy icing. Nasty--we both thew away our shakes after 3 sips. NASTY!
