We visited Red Stripe during Restaurant Week and had a fantastic experience! We started with the buffalo cauliflower, which was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and a great way to kick off the meal. For my entrée, I had the beef stroganoff made with short ribs, and it was outstanding. The short ribs were incredibly tender, easily the best I’ve had to date. We finished with a tiramisu, which was the perfect sweet ending—light, creamy, and full of flavor.
Beyond the food, the service was excellent, making for an all-around great dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!
