Mike was great. Really knew the product, sizing and fit, but he was super low-key about it. Great place to get work boots!

Tried to return boots purchased online but didnt have the packing slip. Was told to come back with a packing slip or go to a different location. Came back with a packing slip and then was told the owners CHOOSE to not process online returns. Just go to a different location.

Went into the store on March 10 to see if they could help me with my right sole as it was cracking after only 3 months of wear. The two individuals were not helpful at all. Stating that these sole will last 9-12 months with everyday use until I told them it had only been 3 months. They tried to sell me a resole for $100. I can't afford to resole these four times a year. Edit: After getting Red Wings customer support involved apparently the employees I dealt with told the manager of the store that they told me I should come back when he was around. This is not true.

I had a great experience in this store, Bianca was very helpful to my needs of a new pair of boots and showed me a variety of them. She was polite, friendly and had a great smile.

Bought a cleaning tool for the work boots and the ladies were very helpful in choosing the proper tool. I will be back for the courtesy protective oil and keep the red wings up to date and working for awhile!..

Very satisfied with the shoes I’ve purchased at Red Wing over the years. I decided to stock up on a particular boot as they are not always easy to find in my size (12 W). Biancha was extremely helpful locating half a dozen pairs in my size from various store locations in both brown AND black. Her communication with me which was ON POINT and her ability to have them shipped to the Lakewood location was timely and convenient for me. I picked them up today and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Thank you Biancha! I’ve got boots for years.
